Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Sayulita

The views from any spot in this home are absolutely breathtaking! We had three couples in our group and we all slept very cool and comfortably. The sheets and towels were clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was small but we did 0 cooking because the food scene in Sayulita was the best I’ve seen. Highly recommend trying the small outdoor eatery at the bottom of the hill. I will say DO NOT have the doors/windows open at night with the lights on because the bugs are insanely creepy. They are attracted to the light and this house is in the Mexican Jungle, so trust our advice. Great stay for a large group. The salt water pool is super fun and the roof top is perfect for sunset viewing. Highly recommend this spot.

This is honestly one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever rented. The private pool overlooking the beach was just perfection. Rosie was incredibly responsive and supportive. There were a couple random issues that she helped us with immediately. She is friendly and easy to talk to, which I love! The bedrooms and bathrooms are also gorgeous. The kitchen was already stocked with bottles of water in the fridge, coffee in the pantry and snacks! Every room has AC control (that only works if the doors are shut to save energy; there’s sensors on the doors to alert you if they need to be closed for the AC - brilliant. The management/owners thought of everything!

Beautiful house with beautiful sea views, comfortable, functional, with everything you need for the sea and the pool. Very equipped and spacious kitchen, spacious, super clean bedrooms, with lots of light and a terrace overlooking the sea super nice. the sea 2 blocks away with good access by foot or by car.

We loved Marianne’s stay!! We unfortunately didn’t see any wild animals but it was great waking up and seeing the ocean and being surrounded by lush greenery. Marianne was very responsive and helped us out with the private chef and masseuse! It was a great place to host a bachelorette. I didn’t find the location too walkable but it was easy to Uber in and out of town

Beautiful home, clean and very spacious. We loved the outside shower, the pool was a great asset since it was very hot in Sayulita. Just a 5 minute golf cart drive to downtown. The beaches were great as well. Great food everywhere we ate. We will definitely be back. Thank you Nancy, everything was perfect!! Only thing that did not work for us was the internet.

If you’re lucky enough to discover San Pancho, I would highly recommend staying at Homero’s place. Not only is it beautiful, and kept immaculate by the team (inside and out), but it’s a 10 minute walk from the beach, the beach club, and town. I’d strongly recommend popping into the turtle sanctuary opposite, and trying (and buying) some of Homero’s Raicilla. Homero makes you feel like an invited guest, not a paying guest, and is incredibly communicative throughout. All in, it was a superb stay and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Belles place was amazing. It was our first time in Sayulita, and despite being steps away from the main square, we felt like we were in a jungle paradise. Belle and her house manager were accommodating and the house is well taken care of. The casa is very well located in town, and is surrounded by lush tropical gardens, eclectic and colorful art pieces representative of the local culture, and a privacy you don’t often get on a main road in town. Ambient noise wasn’t too much, and we had some great recommendations from Belle about spots to check out. Easy walk to the main beach or playa Los muertos. The house and location felt very safe and secure. The dipping pool is an amazing extra feature that my kiddos loved. Hammock time on the porch was one of the highlights of our vacation. Gerardo’s place was fantastic. We also had the pleasure of meeting his father Frank, his wife and children - what a nice family!! Highlight of the property was the pool - it’s pristine and the perfect depth for children (our 7 year olds loved it). The beds were very comfortable in all three rooms. The master suite has a great balcony with a good view downtown Sayulita - perfect for having a coffee and reading. The two upstairs bedrooms have separate entrances and are adjoined by the bathroom - the shower is spectacular and real highlight! The incline approaching the property is indeed steep - we initially had a 6 seat golf cart that we had to back down the hill which was a bit tricky. We traded it for two small carts which could be turned around in the driveway which was much easier. The location is very close to the down town square so it is very easy to walk down to the many amenities in the downtown area. We were very appreciative of our visit and the hosts! highly recommended!!

The space we loved it, the room is very cozy and the facilities are spotless. The location is unbeatable Not to mention Brian's excellent attention at all times. I'll be back for sure.

This is a place where clearly a lot of thought was put into its design. It features beautiful furnitue, artworks, and something I have rarely seen in rental homes: amazing lighting. It was perfect for us, two couples, and would definitely come back. This is Airbnb at its best.

The view was beautiful. The room had AC, which was great. The Wifi was good too. Chelsea provided accurate directions to get to the property. The taxi drivers who drove us to and from the property happened to be familiar with the area, so they did not need them. However, when we used Uber, we saw that the Uber navigation sends drivers to the wrong road. So if you use Uber, make sure to give your driver a heads up about their navigation and share the directions provided by Chelsea. Chelsea provided us with a golf cart, which made it very convenient to move around town. I would definitely book again.

Place was great and especially loved the rooftop pool. The only downside is they are constructing a new building next door and the sounds of the machines are a bit annoying as they go on throughout the day. This would be the only complaint I would have but it is out the Airbnb owners control, just something to keep in mind. The place is great and it has a security at the lobby 24/7 which is great

We absolutely loved staying at this home. If you have any doubts, lose them and book this place! Everything was absolutely perfect. We felt safe and secure with our two young children. The beach and pool were steps away from the home and the beach was absolutely gorgeous. Soft white sand and pleasant waves that allowed our kids to have so much fun. The views were absolutely stunning. David was a kind and responsive host that ensured all of our questions were answered. Chefs Isa and Mellie were the most wonderful, experienced cooks with the most lovely and caring attitudes. We ate very well our entire trip! Estelle always made our rooms spotless and was so kind and friendly too. Every person at Los Veneros was helpful and friendly. The condo complex has beach toys, a few paddle boards, and pool floaties for the guests to enjoy as well. This could not have been a better experience for us! Book your stay with David now. We hope to be back soon!

Get location close to the town Center with many shops and restaurants and cafes nearby. The unit is great value.

We had a lovely stay with Beth! She was very accommodating and responsive. The pool was heavenly after a day at the beach and we loved having the flexibility of cooking.

Truly the best stay in PV we’ve ever had! The building and location are top notch. Walking distance to everything and so much good food and bars and coffee all within less than 10 minutes. Panchos Takos! Elevator situation is weird, but you get used to it after the first day. Plus once you realize the extra views you get from the balcony and pool, you don’t mind at all! Free firework show from the balcony every night at 8:15. The condo is super clean and modern and has everything you need. So many extras that aren’t even listed! The AC works so good and the electric black out shades really keep the place cool. Only suggestion would be a small tabletop fan for the bathroom because it gets hot in there. Rooftop pool and views were magical. Their onsite manager Arturo was super responsive. The entire place felt like a cool and hip luxury hotel. Would love to stay here again!

We wished we had booked Mikes place our whole stay. Incredible views. The mattress was very comfortable slept so well each night. Moises was very helpful with recommending a nice massage therapy that comes to your room! Great beach access. Perfect location to walk and explore. Rooftop is gorgeous and very comfortable furniture to lounge on:)

Great place to stay for several days, very quiet area, and if you can rest both in the house and in the pool, very close to the beach and places to buy food, great place to rest.

Stunning location! We loved the balcony and view - perfect for active folks looking for a pristine getaway with lots to explore locally. Every detail thought of, would give extra stars for the sheets, cold complimentary beer on arrival and rooftop pool. Would recommend!!

We loved our stay here! The condo is beautiful, clean, and extremely chill. The view of the jungle and ocean from the balcony is stunning. Paulina was always super responsive and helpful. Her recommendations for food were spot on. Be prepared to walk or get a taxi for most outings because the condo is a little out of the way, but was well worth it for the peaceful location and beautiful view. Walking into La Cruz takes ~15 min down the hill. Have pesos with you because not many places in La Cruz take card. We liked being in between PV, Punta Mita, and Sayulita and did excursions at all three. We didn't rent a car and mostly used Uber as it came out cheaper than the local taxis by 20-30%. If you're looking for a tranquil, quiet, beautiful location that's still close enough to the beach and to excursions, then this is the place.

The condo was modern with a/c in all rooms, filtered water, nice pool, covered gated parking for your golf cart, and washer/dryer for those longer stays. Walking distance to everything if you don’t want to rent a cart. Frank was very responsive before and during the rental. Thanks Frank!

This was the perfect staycation for me since I wanted to have some peace and quiet. The place is spotless and exactly as described, and you can't beat the ocean views. Instructions were very clear and the host was very communicative. The place had everything I needed for a perfect time and I'd recommend coming back here.
