Monthly Rentals in Sawmill Settlement

The A Frame house is an amazing place to stay, big enough to fit a large group but still cosy for a smaller one. Our hosts were amazing communicators along the way who were also able to help us out with local recommendations. It’s a charming house in walking distance to the river which we found to be a lovely for a refreshing dip on hot days in summer. Would also be a fantastic base for mt bullet in the winter.

What an incredible space ! The design of this functional modern treehouse was so cleaver. The massive glass window in the lounge room made you feel like you were actually in the tree tops. Sawmill Settlement has a very special vibe what a great location - close to the mountains and river and town. Immaculately presented and carefully thought out - we felt so welcome. We look forward to a winter visit next time.

Wonderful place to enjoy a mountain environment. We saw many animals like deers kangaroos or cockatoos around and enjoyed the hiking trails.
