Monthly Rentals in Sauvabelin

Very clean, well-equipped studio flat in a quiet suburb of Lausanne. The bedding is comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped and so is the bathroom. Wifi is tip-top. The location is quiet and safe. LEB train to Lausanne is at a walking distance, but I used a car for which there is a large parking space. Check-in and out was very smooth. Pascale was very welcoming, friendly and helpful, and she is promptly responsive to any query. I warmly recommend this place.

Luca is a thoughtful and accurate host. Professional hospitality, simple and clear explanations. Great availability. The apartment has everything you need even for those who have to work in the home office thanks to the powerful and stable internet connection. The area is quiet and public transportation is nearby. Very nice Sauvabelin Park to relax outdoors. If I had to go back to Lausanne, I would definitely contact Luca to stay with him again.

Arndt's bright and comfortable apartment is on the top floor of a villa in a very pretty and peaceful part of Lausanne. It has a lovely view from the balcony of his garden as well as of the Lake of Geneva. There is a bus service (bus no. 21) to within a few 100 metres of the apartment which runs every 10 minutes and not only goes to the station but also to Pully, on the lake. We had a wonderful holiday staying in Arndt's apartment and enjoyed hiking some of the many trails in this part of Switzerland; along the lake, through lots and lots of vineyards, up and down hills, through forests, along rivers and streams, and also past rural mansions and ancient castles (the castle in Aigle and Chillon Castle are spectacular). We also took several trips on the lake on old paddle steamers. We hope to be back soon!

Great stay at Lena's! I've rarely had such a clean place to stay and it felt good. In addition to this, there is great equipment available to us for cooking, as well as in the bathroom. I have rarely been as satisfied with a visit, it's a real 5+ stars! Thanks again for the warm welcome!
