We really enjoyed spending a night in this very nicely decorated apartment. This refurbished apartment is well thought out and well arranged. We didn't miss a thing. It's really well equipped. We had very specific directions for our arrival and enjoyed the self check-in. In short, everything was perfect and if we have to come back to Nantes and the apartment is available, we will book it again!

Great private home, everything you need for a weekly stay. Available coffee , tea for morning and appliances for them. Shop nearby with everything you need for breakfast or lunch. Getting around the city attractions is easy with tram 2, which is a 2-3 minute walk from home. The castle , cathedral and art museum are a 20-25 minute walk away. Close to faculties. Lovely location. I recommend Mathis home. Responsive host. I and my husband were very pleased.

Nickel! Great place even if it's attic (beware of the head😉), not very far from shops in the center and close to parks and the beach. Functional accommodation and comfortable bed. Easy communication with Thierry. As it is a smoking accommodation I was afraid for the smell but no worries. I recommend it.

we have really been in a haven of peace with quality services, a spacious place, very close to the beach, beautiful walks by the sea and small huts on each beach where it is good to sit down to eat or have a drink. jean Paul and Chantal are very nice and accommodating. a great stay with our 8-month-old grandson. recommended+++ we will go back without a problem so much we enjoyed the place. Very well located house, in a quiet cul-de-sac. Close to shops and the sea, well-equipped.

The accommodation is in a very good location, close to the beach and shops, everything can be reached on foot. Had a great time and Dominique is very responsive.

Great stay in Nantes at this place. Friendly and accommodating host for the arrival time, the place was clean and functional. The building is a bit noisy and poorly insulated, however.
