Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Saugatuck Township

For our stay at Melissa Sherri’s, they went above and beyond. A storm knocked out our power for a day, but they were able to remedy our situation by getting us groceries delivered and asked if we needed something many times, which we really appreciated. They were very understanding of the situation and wanted to make the best of our stay. And they did! Thank you so much for a great stay! Communication was prompt and exceptional.

Jimmy was very responsive, and extremely helpful. We even got an early check-in because they had the place ready earlier than expected. The space was cozy, the beds were comfortable, and the neighbors were friendly.

This was a great little house! It was very clean, well stocked, and close to the lake. We love a dog-friendly rental, and this was the perfect spot. The fenced in yard was great for our pups and we enjoyed sitting outside in the private backyard. Mary left some nice touches that made it feel homey (e.g. dog treats/supplies, a bottle of wine). We were in the area for a show in Grand Rapids, so being near the beach was a pleasant surprise!

This is a second wonderful stay that I had at Diane's place. Would highly recommend to those visiting the Berrien Springs area.

This is our third visit to the squiggle house. We love staying in the woods here. Such a beautiful location. We will be back, hopefully soon!

House was well appointed. Great for a large group. Great location to walk to town and beach. Communication was easy, even with using a third party management company. However, the extra paperwork (listing all guests names and ages, for example), contracts, and use of a second app other than Airbnb were a surprise.

An absolute gem of a property!!! This home is stunning in every way. Every amenity, spotlessly clean, and gorgeously decorated!! This is not your typical Airbnb rental. This is a beautiful and comfortable home!! The host is fantastic as well…. If you’re reading this, book it now. You will not be sorry!! Planning on returning here soon!!

This is our 3rd year in a row to come for an extended Labor Day weekend and bring our kids and/or grandkids. We love the setting. The pool is perfect for the younger kids and the adults appreciate the beauty of all the surroundings, including at poolside. If we could change anything at all we would add another bedroom as we can't quite get all of our extended family here at one time. That said, we would like to return for a 4th year at Labor Day weekend time next year. The combination of beauty, privacy, amenities, condition (always in great shape!), and proximity to lovely South Haven can hardly be beat!

Northern Lights condo is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. You will not find a cleaner rental! There are many thoughtful touches such as bath supplies and local attraction maps. We spent the weekend attending a wedding at the Felt Estate, just 10 minutes away. The condo is in a quiet location and close to all local attractions.

Thank you for the wonderful visit! We enjoyed the beautiful lay-out, the spotless rooms, the pristine swimming pool and deck. Two 7-year old boys were in heaven while running through the lawn, climbing trees, swinging on monkey bars, and dipping in the pool. The adults loved grilling out, making S'mores, lounging on the couch, and even got a bit of sleep-in time given the generous lay-outs of the bedrooms. Traveling as 2 families, we deeply appreciated how many options we had for sleeping and showering. There was ample privacy and the surroundings were absolutely peaceful. Thank you for a great visit!

The staff was very accommodating when we had a couple of our employees come down to the area to work for a few weeks They were very helpful. It's helping us navigate through a last minute contract, and we're very easy to work with. The swim spa was a huge hit as well as the pool table. We will definitely be booking money of our trips in the area there when available.

As always Linda and Kourtney were great. Second time staying here and everything was just as awesome as the first time. Thanks again

This spacious and well-equipped condo is located in a great area. I would highly recommend it.

This was a warm and welcoming place to stay. It had everything we needed and then some. I couldn't recommend this spot more and Kym was so incredibly kind. We ran into her outside and she offered all kinds of knowledge and suggestions. Thank you for the more than hospitable stay.

Jessica’s place was exactly as listed. The hosts were friendly and shared local favorites to visit. The guest suite was a great place to spend the weekend. We enjoyed the location as it was a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and bars. Would definitely stay again.

Mindy is a wonderful host with a great place to stay. The condo is exactly like the photos, even better. It's nicely updated and beautifully decorated. The beds are super comfy. There are tons of fluffy towels. Virtually everything you need is provided, such as soaps and shampoos for the shower, laundry pods for doing laundry, and most anything you would need to cook a meal, just pick up some groceries and your set. A few little things that make Mindy stand out are by very thoughtfully providing: cooking spray, salt and pepper, foil, wax paper, etc. There are plenty of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. A fridge with automatic ice maker full of fresh ice was very appreciated too! An extra bonus is having an attached garage with remote control garage opener that just made the stay easier. Highly recommend!

great communication from the hosts and listing is exactly as pictured/described. the family room and living room provided the kids and adults to have their own space which worked out perfectly for the holiday weekend. quick drive to anything you might need (groceries, restaurants, etc). would recommend as we are already discussing our next stay.

The hot tub was awesome! Great place for bringing dogs. Wish it was fenced in but still great. Backs up to a busy road so there is some road noise when you are relaxing in the hot tub but you cannot hear it inside. The beds are very soft and mushy - not comfortable if you like a firm bed. Beach access just a few minutes drive away with dog friendly beach! The town of St Joseph has several restaurants with vegan options! Overall, great stay!

The space was warm, inviting, and thoughtfully furnished with newer pieces that made it feel fresh and comfortable. The standout feature for me was the bathroom—it’s clear a lot of care and research went into designing it. The shower was especially impressive, with a soothing rainfall head and an enclosed setup that kept humidity contained—no steamy mirrors or damp air. The couch was also a highlight—super cozy, perfect for hosting friends or sneaking in a midday nap. A lovely stay overall!

Kara’s place was a perfect spot to stay for a couple nights while in town skiing at Bittersweet Mountain Resort…was super close to all the cool breweries, coffee shops, and restaurants in downtown Kalamazoo…highly recommend!

Only stayed 2 nights but this cottage was the perfect spot to relax after exploring Saugatuck and Holland. One morning, we kayaked around Mill Lake before heading to Saugatuck (about a 45-minute drive with no traffic) to hike the Dunes North Outer Loop Beach Trail. Afterward, we drove just five minutes to downtown for dinner and drinks, then made our way to Oval Beach to catch the sunset. On another day, we visited Windmill Island for the Tulip Festival, spent some time downtown for dinner, and ended the evening back at the cottage soaking in the hot tub. Thanks for the short notice booking, LOVED the cottage! :)
