Communication with Line was great, answers came promptly. The location of the small lake hut is 25 minutes from Skanevik, but is a great place to relax because of its seclusion. We were there in the winter. There was enough wood outside the door, so we didn't have to freeze. The only thing you should get used to is that the tap water has a different character and smells a little. It didn't bother me. With 4 people you can have a great two/three week vacation in the house. Keep in mind, however, that although there are swimming facilities in the summer there, the swimming areas are rocky. The water is crystal clear and offers divers and snorkelers a perfect view. I would love to visit this area again in the summer. Etne and Skanevik have various shops and you can get everything you need there. In general, Norway is highly recommended. Everyone is friendly and helpful. An amazing cabin with amazing views, 100% recommend spending at least one night

This cabin is a real gem nestled in a corner of paradise. Accessible in only 10 minutes on foot from the parking lot, the path to this is perfectly marked. The kitchen, fully equipped, offers all the essentials to prepare delicious dishes or desserts. Comfortable, the cabin also has a TV, wifi, and much more.

We had a great stay over Christmas at this lovely cabin. Very clean and cosy, well equipped and in a nice location very close to the Røldal ski resort. The cabin is even nicer than it looks in the photographs and we can highly recommend to other guests.

Fabulous location for action based holiday or equally suited to a peaceful, quiet holiday. A log cabin on a lake with the most beautiful and dramatic scenery what more can you ask for. The property was clean, tidy and welcoming. Jane was very responsive with any query we had. We enjoyed all aspects of the holiday.

We celebrated Easter in this peaceful cabin and absolutely found the tranquility we were looking for. Here you will find what you need to enjoy a good holiday. Beathe is nice and proactive so any questions were quickly answered. Reccommended highly. The cabin is suitable for both young and old. We were pleasantly surprised and the amenities exceeded expectations

My husband, myself and our 4 small children have spent Christmas in this lovely house. Wow! Where an experience. The house is absolutely idyllic and unique. In addition, the house has everything you need The host couple were really nice. They helped make our whole Christmas and stay a great experience. The nature around the house is so beautiful. Absolutely beautiful cabin, great responsive host who was already on hand for help if needed. Such a lovely cabin, our only regret is that we didn’t stay for a little longer. But I’m sure we will be back as we loved our stay. If your looking for an cosy, relaxing stay…this is the place 😁

The cabin was really cozy. Felt just like home. We spent the new year with the family, and had a beautiful time. The host was very helpful. Even he offered us to stay one extra night, given that we had an inconvenience with the car. They also have us a pair of skys to use with no additional fee.
