Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Nice outdoor areas with dining groups, sofa group and gas grill. The cabin is located about 200 meters from parking and a path takes you to swimming opportunities in 5-7 minutes.

From here you take 10 min to Gamlebyen, 15 min to Fredrikstad city center and 25 min to Svinesund. There is a short distance to swimming areas and the campsite and the convenience store is only a 10-minute walk away. The house is from 1850 and is completely renovated in 2022. The porch is perfect for late summer evenings, undisturbed and with lovely views.

The home is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7 -8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad 1-2 times an hour. The ground floor area on the first floor is approximately 115m². Here there are two big bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room and a delicious newly renovated bathroom. 2nd floor have two bedrooms. Sleeps/dining area for 10 people. Children's high chair and sprinkler bed can be provided upon request.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and relaxation. Fresh air, good nature just outside the door, dream garden and open living rooms both inside and outside. Take a breath in the ground in our house on the blueberry top in Varteig. Varteig has many great hiking trails to offer, swimming at Glomma (within walking distance), berry picking, proximity to Rudskogen and central road to both Rakkestad, Sarpsborg city centre and Sweden (both Nordby and Töcksfors).

Recently renovated cabin paradise at Glomma! The cabin is spacious - with new fresh bedrooms, new bathroom and new kitchen. LARGE garden and several terraces to enjoy in the sun. Outdoor kitchen for grilling and cooking outside as well. We have Jacuzzi with room for 5 people. We have our own parking with room for about 3 cars. 1 Electric car charger. Several parking spaces in shared parking just across the road. 10 minutes drive to several grocery stores, Kafe and thrift store.
