Brewery house on farm with animals. Quiet and peaceful far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Located deserted in great nature. The nearest shop/city center is Rakkestad which is about 10 km away. We are also 10 km away from Rudskogenmotorsenter. 20 km to Mysen and Sarpsborg. 1,5 km down to Glomma. There are 2 (120x200) beds in the loft. Large sofa bed (150x220) in the living room. There is access to 2-3 travel beds for children (60x120) if requested. There is a playground and a seating area with a fire pit right outside. Max 7 adults + 3 children under 3 years

Our charming house/apartment is located in a nicely established residential area next to Skjebergkilen in Høysand. The place is ideal for both work trips and leisure stays, with both central location, and many activity opportunities nearby. They have the entire home for themselves, and it comes with its own sheltered outdoor area with cozy fire/barbecue area at the back, as well as a porch with cozy sofa group, sea view and evening sun. The area has several great hiking opportunities (the coastal path).

The home is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7 -8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad 1-2 times an hour. The ground floor area on the first floor is approximately 115m². Here there are two big bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room and a delicious newly renovated bathroom. 2nd floor have two bedrooms. Sleeps/dining area for 10 people. Children's high chair and sprinkler bed can be provided upon request.

Large cabin at the water's edge at the end of Skjebergkilen. Large plot, 50 meters sandy beach. Suitable for the extended family, or two families. 3 large bedrooms with plenty of space for a double bed + a smaller bedroom. Several nice outdoor areas, over 30 m2 porch. Comes with small boat (13ft pioneer, row boat)sup boards, fishing opportunities, football, kubb games etc. Large parking lot 30 meters from the cabin. 300 meters to walk to large campsite + dining.

Cabin completed in 2012 is rented. Large open plot with sun all day. It takes 10 minutes walk to the beach. 10 minutes to grocery store and pharmacy. 15 minutes to drive to Halden with Fredriksten fortress. 20 minutes to Nordby Shoppingsenter, 25 minutes to Strømstad. Fredrikstad 35 minutes to Fredrikstad and Old Town. 20 minutes to Superland and Inspiria Normally the cabin is used by a family of five and our cat. We are happy to rent to families with children.

Huset ligger skjermet og fredelig, uten sjenerende trafikkstøy. Benytt deg av den flott opparbeidede hagen med steinbenker og hagebord og egen grill. På høsten kan du plukke epler av de tre store epletrærne - helt gratis selvfølgelig! Huset er nyoppusset i 2023, og består av 3 etasjer. Velkommen til Sarpsborg! :)

It is next to school, shops and transportation. You are only 10 minutes from the city. Close to the house you have many good hiking areas. The house is also dog friendly. You can safely leave the dog out in the garden. The yard is surrounded with fence.
