One of the most accommodating airbnbs I have ever stayed at. From the granola bars in a basket, to different types of coffee, to all the spices available, to even having different shower products. The cabin itself was wonderful and serene, but more than that Don was incredibly kind and helpful for the duration of my stay. He respected my privacy while also being available whenever needed and very communicative. He would check up on me as I was solo traveling but also recommending spots to eat or hike and telling stories of a life well lived. His friendliness never waivered, even letting me borrow crampons and a giant thermos for when some unexpected snow hit. Every aspect of my stay was incredible and a large part of that has to do with how amazing of a host and person Don is. I very much intend on returning after the experience I had!

I never actually met or spoke to Micheal but I am sure he is very nice! But I did have communication with Elizabeth the property manager and she was amazing! Very fast response time and kept us up to date on anything we needed to know. VERY HELPFUL Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay with Z! The home was clean, stocked with all the necessary kitchen appliances, as well as relaxing and fun amenities (hot tub and bikes). Everything about the stay was thoughtful and it’s clear there was a lot intention with creating the space for comfort and ease for the guests! We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here during an AAU bananas tournament. It’s remote and peaceful but still only 20 minutes to anything you would need.

Judi was an amazing host—responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful. The property was exactly as described and fit all of our needs perfectly. We loved the secluded, peaceful setting, yet it was still just a short drive to everything Lake Placid has to offer. A great balance of relaxation and convenience. Highly recommend!

This was probably the nicest Air BnB we’ve stayed in. Kitchen items were well stocked and in like new condition and very good quality. Would definitely come back here to stay. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms are new and very clean, hot tub was clean and worked great! If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay, that’s got all the amenities of home and is a reasonable (15-20 minutes) driving distance to village of Lake Placid… this is the place!

The house was excellent and we loved the area. The location is only a few minutes from pretty much everything you can do and the hot tub and fire pit were also great. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location from the town, and from nearby trails. Very clean place and easy to check in. Nice to have a fenced in yard for the dog and hot tub amenities.

My 13 friends and I recently took a fall break trip to Adirondacks, and it was the most amazing, relaxing time thanks to Antoine’s beautiful airbnb. As soon as we walked in, we were brought into another world—with the most eclectic artwork and interior design—and yet still felt at home. Antoine was the most welcoming and responsive host we could have possibly gotten; he even provided us with tips on possible local adventures! I absolutely loved making memories with my best friends in all of the rooms (and the place is massive!) Overall, this was the most fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this airbnb to anyone looking to enjoy their trip to the Adirondacks!

Ray’s place was just perfect for our stay! The view is absolutely stunning. The space worked well with two completely separate sleeping spaces and bathrooms. And it was dog friendly. We hope to stay there again.

The house was very clean and spacious. Would absolutely stay again and would suggest to others. Weather didn't allow but the backyard patio area was so nice - I wish we could have used it.

This was an excellent spot to stay in Lake Placid! It was absolutely breathtaking from the second we entered the suite! The host made us feel so much at home with coffee offered, and the kitchen was spotless and beautiful for us to have dinner with our family. The bedrooms were amazing, immaculate, and the heated floors in the bathroom were an amazing unexpected surprise. The wraparound balcony was the perfect spot to watch the sunset. The location was so convenient to downtown, with some great restaurants nearby as well. The location was also very quiet and peaceful. We were so sad to leave after one night but decided we’ll definitely have to make this spot a tradition! Check in and check out was also very seamless.

Genuinely even better than anticipated. Place is bigger than it looks, very spacious, clean, all amenities, great location, quick response from hosts. Loved every moment.

Our second stay at Fox Hollow. Great location next to town. Beds and baths worked well for us. Access to trails and sledding out the back of the property was great. The front porch puts you in a special place and mood. J

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was close to a lot of hikes and not too far from Lake Placid. It was so beautiful and calm, and our dog felt right at home! I will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in town.

We had a great stay in Tupper Lake, which we used as our home base to hike in the Seward Range. Moody Sunset had everything we needed and more. The kids enjoyed lounging in the basement and playing all the games available. And we enjoyed the beautiful views, cozy fireplace, and well-stocked coffee bar. It was also great to have a Google speaker (something we use at home often). And the ADK stickers, welcome note, and sparkling water at check-in were a really nice touch. Would absolutely recommend Moody Sunset for anyone looking to explore the area. You won't be disappointed.

Our first time at Lynda's home in the woods. Place was exactly how described! Was very cozy and we had everything we needed for our stay. Great location, very private and close to skiing and town. We enjoyed to sauna every day. We got to relax and really enjoy ourselves. Lynda was very quickly to respond and was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely plan to go back, we loved it!

We had a nice stay for our son’s graduation from UVM. Plenty of room for 4 of us, Andria was very communicative and check-in a breeze.

Had a great week at Chad’s property. Felt right at home and had all of the amenities we needed for our family and dog. Close to downtown, plenty of space, clean and he was very easy to communicate with and fast to respond. Appreciate it!

Wonderful stay! We enjoyed doing puzzles and exploring the nearby waterfall and lakes. The space was perfect, and we appreciated the opportunity to relax here.
