We had a pleasant stay at Jacqueline’s place . We left behind our son’s soft toy after check out , she even allow us to pick it up without any problem to access the key on our own . Highly recommended.

Very nice accommodation in a bush environment. Had a wonderful weekend with friends, with all the comforts. Private terrace with fire basket. Friendly communication with Denise. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, my own stay was only of a very short duration, because I became increasingly sick during the first evening. Karin helped us (I stayed here for a weekend with my best friend) with the contact details of the doctor's guard and there, in addition to antibiotics, I got the advice to go out at home sick... So whether my husband still pick me up around midnight. Extremely unfortunate because the cottage had/has everything we had been looking forward to. From a nice dining table to chat at, playing games, being creative, to a really beautifully finished bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and a lovely bed (I spent a few hours sick there that afternoon so I'll take that experience as a "bonus". My girlfriend was able to explore the beautiful surroundings further after my departure, she stayed there to enjoy the tranquility and did this to the fullest! In the future, we hope for a resit because this location is definitely worth it!

lovely house with a great garden. we were super lucky with sunny and hot days and the toddlers played wonderfully on the trampoline and grass. we will definitely be back!

Our annual Easter weekend away has been fantastic again, partly because of the nice space we stayed in. Close to a petting zoo, the Uilenbos. In addition, you'll walk right into the woods. The house is not large, but very nicely laid out with 3 bedrooms. The living room is not that large, but the outdoor space is very spacious with nice terrace and covered seating. The house has all the comforts; you often have these kind of cottages that the number of plates, cups and cutlery is on the tight side; but that is fully present here, very nice. Plenty of pans and kitchen appliances. The kitchen is very nice and the fridge spacious; too bad there is no freezer compartment. Communication with Anoek is smooth and pleasant. There are lots of toys for children and there are books and games. There is also the necessary toys outside, there are bicycles and a trampoline; barbecue and firepit. In short, a great house in a nice environment. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at the beach house. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. The outside area was a lovely place to sit in the evening sun and the Sauna was very relaxing. The facilities (pool, kids playground, the beach and the restaurant) were fantastic. The location is wonderful and feels close to nature with a beach very close by. It's very easy to drive to local attractions or you can take the number 24 bus into town from the main road (30 mins walk) and take the train or tram anywhere. This is a great location to relax in nature and to enjoy local bike trails and walks. Karin is a wonderful and attentive host. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Fabulous spot on the water, friendly and welcoming reception. House has fascinating design features. Outside space and paddle boat great when the sun is out.

We enjoyed staying with Jaqueline and Nico very much. An enchanting cottage with everything you need and beyond! Even boat and bikes were present. Jaqueline and Nico were very nice hosts who always responded quickly and constructively to questions and took care of them. We will be happy to come back.

The place was very nice and well maintained, we felt right at home! In the house everything was available...from baking paper, Zewa, etc. to Maggi, the kitchen was well equipped. The hostess Patricia was very friendly and helpful. The location is nice and quiet with direct views of the water... Everything worked out and we can only recommend the place!

We were 7 people and were all fully satisfied. Beautiful, clean and technically impeccable vacation home, furnished with attention to detail. Lindsey also always inquired if everything was okay. Would highly recommend! :)

A very cozy vacation home with everything you need and much more. We particularly enjoyed the fact that the beach is within walking distance. There are many nice beach bars!

We (two adults, two children) had five great days in Egmond and Jan's accommodation despite the moderate weather - and that was also and above all due to this cozy place to stay (including the garden) and its location. In the house and the cabin next to it we found everything that makes such a holiday a pleasant one. Particularly noteworthy are the bicycles (borrowed for small money), all kinds of toys for young and old and - our boys loved it - the large trampoline in the garden. The communication with the extremely nice Jan was exemplary from the beginning, he then welcomed us on arrival, explained everything and also gave tips for the area. Very quickly it was clear: this place is the perfect base to explore and enjoy the area (e.g. the beaches and small towns, but also Haarlem or Alkmaar). Thank you!

We feel blessed to have found Heleen's house to stay in - it was perfect for us. The house and garden were both immaculate but homely. The house is well equipped for cooking and eating in (the house or garden) with a dishwasher to clean the dishes. It has a washing machine and dryer, TV, dog toys, children toys, bicycles, two good sized bedrooms (we only used one and the bed was very comfortable), bicycles to use and a good sized, matured, safe garden. Heleen was proactive in sending full and clear details regarding access and how to find everything, and she was very responsive and friendly in contact. A great host. The house is in a lovely quiet location on the edge of beautiful woods. There are other houses very close but it is in a respectful environment with plenty of privacy. The birds and even a red squirrel were regular visitors. Parking was easy in the spaces provided on the drive. We stayed with three small/medium dogs and really hope to stay again next year.

This was a perfect place to stay for our three weeks in Utrecht. Jochem’s place is bright and spacious, a lovely place to be and right in the heart of the city. We loved being able to walk the few minutes to the canal, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Jochem himself is a fabulous host - so welcoming and helpful. We really appreciated how he went out of his way to make our time there comfortable.

A beautiful house in a peaceful, quiet place. It has everything we needed for a long time stay. Jorrit is very helpful, ha was always avalaible if we had any questions. We definitely recommend this place.

A very warm welcome, a quaint cottage with everything we needed on a generous plot that we had access to all of it. Bus stop close by making it easy to visit Gouda and beautiful location. Conchita the host was very friendly but kept away but was easily found with information when we needed it. Carina’s beach home was lovely. It was right next to the grocery store and less than 5 minutes to the beach and many restaurants. It is also right at the start of the tulip parade which we came for (super convenient with our small children!). It is near several tulip farms as well. It was super convenient. The outdoor space was private, the apartment was clean, and it had plenty of room. The beds were soft and the location was surprisingly quiet. We all were able to sleep in! Carina was super kind and allowed us to check in a little early. She made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend

We had a great vacation in this house. The house is great in terms of amenities, appearance and garden and suitable for two families. The surroundings are beautiful and for active people who also want to travel on foot or by bike. Clear recommendation 🙌🏻

It was a fantastic and peaceful place for 2 nights. Location was great and interior design was excellent. Everything is available in the accommodation. It is highly recommended.

My boyfriend, our four-legged friend and I stayed in Berrie's house for almost 5 days. It is a very nice little house with a mostly paved garden. The sun shines really nicely on the sitting area in the garden and invites you to linger. The living room is brighter and more friendly than it looks in the photos :) The beach can be reached in about an hour on foot... by car it only takes about 20 minutes. The public connection to Amsterdam includes a 15-minute walk to the train station and about 40 minutes by train, which takes you directly to the main train station. So, if you are looking for a quiet, beautiful area between Amsterdam and the beach, this is the place to be :) We highly recommend Berrie's house!
