Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war super, es wurde immer sofort reagiert. Der Weg zur Villa ist sehr eng, die Eskorte vom Host hat uns beim ersten mal sehr geholfen! Wir würden ein Auto empfehlen, da zu der Stadt bzw. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mindestens 3-4 (steile) Kilometer zurückzulegen sind. Einmal angekommen erwartet euch hier viel Ruhe. Das Meeresrauschen kann man bis auf die Terasse hören, wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge über San Stefano di Camasta sind nur wenige Schritte über die (absolut ruhige) Straße am Steinstrand zu genießen. Die Villa liegt an einer Bahnstrecke. Hier waren tagsüber einige Züge zu hören, seltener auch Nachts mal ein Güterzug. Die Unterkunft hat absolut alles, was benötigt wird. Kochen, jeden Tag einen (oder auch 2-3) Espresso aus der Kapselmaschine, und romantische Abende bei Kerzenlicht. Der Host hat uns sogar mit Wasser und Espresso zum Start versorgt, super Service! Vielen Dank für die ruhige Unterkunft für unsere Flitterwochen!

Notre séjour dans la maison de Gabriele s'est parfaitement déroulé, la maison est très bien équipée, propre et accueillante. Notre hôte a été particulièrement réactif à toutes nos questions, répondant précisément dans un délai toujours très court! Les enfants ont pu profiter de l'extérieur, et même faire une délicieuse citronnade avec les produits locaux. La maison est très proche de petites plages, une supérette est située à proximité. Bref, rien à redire sur ce séjour, nous remercions Gabriele.

The house was incredibly clean and the host was very responsive. Dario was helpful at every stage and was an incredible host. The place was in the perfect location by the water with many great restaurants right outside. Would highly recommend!!

Great place close to the beach, good for friends and families to spend time outside of the city next to nature

Die Lage ist der Knüller, mittendrin mit toller Aussicht, direkt am kleinen Stadtstrand, mit schöner Terrasse und ruhigen Nächten. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen! Das zweite Zimmer in der Dachschräge ist zum Wohnzimmer offen, man sieht es auf den Fotos. Unsere Kids fanden es super.

If this is available you should book! The view from the terrace with your morning cafe or evening meal is ideal. We stayed 3 nights in this hidden gem. The beds comfortable and overall well stocked for your family’s needs. Roberto will come to check on you and ensure you are well. He had good recommendations. While ideal for having a car if you want to visit the restaurants nearby, we managed by foot. Bit of a walk to the center for a meal, but overall it can be done. Many of the restaurants across from the marina on the opposite by the sea were closed, but those in the marina still served. There is a market nearby and another in the center of the marina. There are many boats to be booked. Overall, in October, was a bit on the quite side which we appreciated. One flight of stairs and a view to be remembered!

We spent entire November in Sylvia’s place and it was absolutely great experience! We loved the home and the surrounding area. Nearby beaches and Cefalù are beautiful. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is one of the nicest places we stayed on Airbnb. I can recommend visiting in November as the weather is still very nice and there is plenty of sun.

An amazing getaway! A pristine, rustic, and cozy sicilian home nestled in a citrus and olive orchard with a 200 meter walk to the beach. Quiet, except for the birds and the occasional car. Full kitchen to cook what you learned at at a local cooking class and a great family run restaruant an few minutes walk away. Close to main roads for adventures out and a train station about a kilometer away if you prefer. The host was friendly and helpful with recomendations and understanding Sicily if it is your first time. He spoke English very well and a variety of other languages. This was a great location to live and breathe Sicillian culture and to have a quiet place to rest. Overall an amazing countryside stay that was still close to Cefalu and Palermo. Highly recommended!

The place was amazing, super well kept and extremely clean. Enzo was a wonderful host and very friendly throughout our entire stay. The house itself was beautiful and was a very short walk from a lovely beach. Would recommend this location to anyone!

Die Wohnung/ Anlage war schön und ruhig gelegen, super ausgestattet und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Konnten den Supermarkt und auch die Stadt Cefalù gut zu Fuß erreichen, sodass wir unser Auto fünf Tage nicht bewegt haben.

Very much enjoyed staying at Salvatore’s house. Everything was as described and looked just like the photos. Pristinely clean and well accommodated, it had everything we needed. The outdoor space in particular was very special and the pool was pristine.

We hadden een geweldig verblijf bij Antonio. Het terras is super! Het uitzicht is fantastisch! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, het is niet supermodern, maar wel heel charmant. Antonio en zijn zus zijn snel bereikbaar en staan open voor info. Ik moest door familiale redenen onverwacht vroeger naar huis, maar het werd prima geregeld door Antonio. We’ve travelled a bit and stayed in over 30 AirBNBs across multiple countries and continents. Marco’s place is definitely in the top two of all the places we have stayed in. The house is brilliantly built by Marco’s dad, Antonio, who was on hand to meet us and help us if and when needed. We followed most of Marco’s excellent recommendations and had a wonderful week. It was great to be outside Cefalú in Sant Ambrogio, a quaint village, but with easy access to Cefalú and all the surrounding villages. The pool was fantastic and I swam every day but one. A truly great stay.

Wir hatten einpaar wirschen Tage in einem sehr schönen Haus. Alessio hat sofort reagiert wenn wir Fragen hatten und nach einer sehr windigen und stürmischen Nacht kam er vorbei um alles zu checken.

The house is very comfortable and functional. Giovanni is hospitable and helpful. All the information is as described. Nice, fenced garden, good places for a dog. This was the best house we rented during our travels. The beach is close, a bit rocky, but you can walk a long way. Nearby Campofelice is a lovely village, from the terrace of the local restaurant there is a beautiful view of the sea and the tower. Easy to reach by train to Palermo and the airport. However, it is good to have a car, for convenience of shopping and local trips.

Wir wurden freundlich an der Rezeption empfangen. Das Appartament war wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Auf Nachfrage für einen Kinderstuhl, wurde extra ein neuer gekauft, da bisher keiner vorhanden war. Dies war super für unseren Aufenthalt. Der Pool und alles drum herum ist sehr schön und super gepflegt und sauber. Es gibt Getränke und Snacks an der Rezeption zu kaufen. Die Unterkünfte ist direkt an den Bahnschienen, welche auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern etwas zu hören waren, aber das hat uns nicht wwiter gestört.

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed. In terms of layout, design, usability and location, it does not get much better for this price. It is in the centre of a charming small city with everything you need close by, without feeling very touristy. It was great to stay here with a small child, but keep in mind that the entrance has a narrow staircase that is not super easy to navigate with a stroller.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à Aci Castello, village charmant, où l'on trouve plusieurs restaurants et tous les commerces nécessaires à moins d'1km de l'hébergement. La terrasse est vraiment très agreable et permet de prendre le petit déjeuner au soleil, même en décembre... Le coeur de ce petit village situé en bord de mer a beaucoup de charme. Nous recommandons sans hésitation! Merci à Stefania et Ricardo, qui se sont montrés très souples sur notre horaire d'arrivée et de départ.

Wir hatten dort sehr erholsame Tage. Das Haus war toll, sehr schön und modern und die Aussicht auf das Meer und den Felsen von Cefalu war einfach toll.

einzigartiger Blick auf s Meer! Guter Parkplatz immer frei genau gegenüber! Alles andere nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Leider konnte man nur schwer an den Strand direkt vor dem Haus unten.

We had a wonderful few days. The place was just as it was advertised. The communications was superb as I had some questions about little things and their response was immediate and helpful. The kitchen was also well stocked. I would highly recommend it! Thank you for making it a memorable and lovely stay.
