The place is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was great to have hot water since it’s not common in the DR! The beds were comfortable. The AC units worked great. It was really helpful to have complimentary cleaning and laundry services. We enjoyed the back patio! It was really helpful to have the backup generator. It’s well integrated into the system.

Very nice place to stay at with friends and family. Also is very spacious and I would definitely recommend.

I have been traveling to the DR since 2012 never had an issue . However, this place top it off the house was huge and well maintained , easy access to everything . I will definitely be back and highly recommended it . The host was top notch.

Words can’t fully express the connection I felt with the host, the community, and this Airbnb. I stayed for 15 days, and from the moment I arrived, Michelle greeted me warmly and gave me a thorough tour of the space. The location is in a charming, well-established area of Santo Domingo with incredibly friendly neighbors. It’s easy to get around with Uber, and the neighborhood feels very safe. This Airbnb has the charm of a Washington, D.C. brownstone, complete with stunning rooftop views, a washer and dryer, an air fryer, and a reliable power backup to ensure uninterrupted TV and fast WiFi—perfect for remote workers. The water is consistently hot, and the AC keeps the space comfortably cool. Michelle and her support team were always available and eager to help. One of the best features is the secure remote access system, providing both privacy and controlled guest entry. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I highly recommend it!

Visited the DR with family to attend a wedding. Jenci was always very responsive, polite and easy to communicate with. Hector the local host was excellent and assisted with our check-in even after my flight was delayed several hours. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, slept peacefully at night; more than enough room for our party of 9 to spread out and looks just as pictured. If you’re comfortable driving in the chaotic DR streets, then I’d recommend renting a vehicle. The house has parking for two vehicles. I had not driven in the DR for over 20 years but I got my skills back right away! There is also a pool which we didn’t have time to use, but did get in a work out with the gym set up at the house. The AC works great throughout the house, which is important. All in all very comfortable home and would stay again in future visits. Thank you Jenci & Hector!

Beautiful place and stay to be, everything is very clean and organized, to go with family or travel in couples, excellent host always attentive, friendly, kind and diligent, responds quickly and I loved the safety of this home, we will definitely return and book for June. I recommend this place 100%

I had a great 3 night visit at La Casita. Patricia is extremely helpful as a host. The unit was exactly as I expected and the location is ideal, within a few blocks of the best restaurants and bars in the Zona. All 3 AC units operated perfectly to provide a comfortable sleeping climate. As a pet owner, I truly appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the 3 minute walk to a large park perfect for exercising your dog. I would absolutely stay here again.

Jessica’s apartment provided every aspect of what you need and is very modern, bright and in perfect location in Santo Domingo for getting taxis (UBER or DiDi) - stop scrolling and simply stay here, good views on 17th floor pool and BBQ area, restaurants and all you need in walking distance including safe access to two (2) ATMs of major banks.

My new favorite place to stay in Santo Domingo. Gabriel is a great host. Very responsive and professional. Apartment is perfect in every way. Quiet, beautiful decor, Quality appliances, super clean, awesome tv in living room and TVs and a/c in every room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Beautiful rooftop pool area. Very walkable area. Near Downtown Center Mall and several grocery stores and comados. Gabriel sent over new knives and pan at my request I really appreciated his immediate attention. I’ll definitely be coming back very soon. The place felt like home. We loved it!!

Our 3-month stay was unforgettable. The apartment was peaceful and beautifully designed, with stunning views from morning to night. The gym, pool, clubhouse, and business center made daily life feel effortless, and it’s rare to find a three-bedroom in Santo Domingo that checks every box like this one. The sound system in the house was also great when it was time to dance bachata. Pastor, at the front desk, was always helpful with anything we needed. The location is unbeatable! Walkable to incredible restaurants on both sides of the airbnb, Opera RD Bakery, late-night food trucks a block away, and close to Agora Mall and grocery stores. David was everything you’d want in a host: present, kind, respectful, down to earth and attentive. Meeting him in person made the experience even better. He’s someone who treats you like more than just a guest. This was hands-down one of my best Airbnb stays. I can't wait to come back and I definitely recommend this airbnb to anyone.

Wendel’s Place exceeded my expectations! It looked just like the photos and was conveniently located near fantastic restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was stunning, contemporary, and impeccably clean. I highly recommend it to anyone and will definitely be returning in the future.
