Fantastic Adventure to Hidden Waterfall and Three Eyes Cave
Discover a hidden waterfall in the greenest province of the Dominican Republic and the mysterious 3 Eyes Cave with us! This 20-meter-high waterfall, along with the most magical cave in the Dominican Republic, will allow you to immerse yourself in Nature, enjoy spectacular views, and live a true Dominican experience. We'll meet at Columbus Park in the Colonial Zone to start our journey to the waterfall, 50 minutes from the city. Enjoy scenic landscapes and dive into Dominican culture along the way. On arrival, be welcomed by authentic Dominican coffee prepared by Doña Ramona, we will take a 15-minute walk through a tropical scene to reach the stunning 20-meter-high waterfall. The path is steep but safe. After spending about two and a half hours swimming, taking photos, and exploring our favorite secret spot we will return to the starting point for a delicious traditional Dominican lunch, perfect for relaxing and enjoying local cuisine. Say goodbye to the waterfall and prepare for a 45-minute ride towards Santo Domingo to visit the famous 3 Eyes cave. Here, we'll explore its amazing caves and underground lakes while learning about its fascinating history. Then we'll head back to Columbus Park, ending a day full of adventure, new experiences, and new friends. Hiking Tabernacle thundering waterfall

Difficulty level: -Medium; when you're fit/water level is low (dry/cold season) -High; when you're not fit/water level is high (wet/hot season) It is completely doable in all scenarios. You must not have any injuries, don't need to be an athlete either! (If you want a more challenging experience, book 'Hiking DR's most impressive waterfall') LGBTQ+ friendly experience/vegetarian acommodating. Pickup included in Santo Domingo. We depart at 6am (pick up might start up to 30 minutes before). It's a 2-hour road trip with beautiful sights of the mountains to get to the town where we are having a typical dominican breakfast. After breakfast, we begin our journey. It's a 3 to 4-hour route within hiking, swimming, climbing, etc. Swimming is mandatory (no need to know how to swim, you'll have a life vest). Water is cold. You can leave your bags in the car while hiking. After hiking, we change clothes (by the car, there's no restroom). Then we go back to the town to have a dominican lunch. Caves, cenote & beach in Santo Domingo; Los Tres Ojos
Los Tres Ojos (The three eyes) is a must do in Santo Domingo. It's a set of underground lakes and a big cenote in the middle of the city. The best way to combine it is with a secluded beach! We depart at 9:00am from your hotel (pickup included in Central Area). Our first stop is Los 3 Ojos, 15 minutes away from Zona Colonial. We walk through its 3 lakes under caves, explaining the history about them (non-certified guide included), and then we take the little boat ride (included) to its 4th lake, or the big cenote. Swimming is not allowed here. After spending about 1.5 hours at Los Tres Ojos, we drive about 20 more minutes to get to a non famous, very local small beach with crystal clear water, in which you can relax, swim, jump into the water, interact with locals, or just watch the airplanes taking off/landing at the airport. We spend 2 hours at the beach. Beach might/might not look as in the pictures depending on weather/sun conditions. Then we change clothes (no shower here, no dressing room, we change by the car) and go to a nearby very local place to have a Dominican lunch (included). We return to Santo Domingo at around 3:00pm.

Come and enjoy a 2 in 1 tour!!! You will be ready to go to the "Cascada de El Limón" in a short horseback ride through the tropical forest that will lead to the mountain where you can enjoy the unique view of the crystal clear water. Next, you will leave the horses behind and cross the "El Limón river" on foot until you reach the waterfall by stairs, where you can take a pleasant and refreshing dive in a place created by nature in the most artistic way. Then you will go to the Cayo Levantado is a tropical oasis: a small island in the middle of the ocean with turquoise waters and white sands and enjoy a delicious Dominican lunch. This is a unique complete adventure.

Exploring the North; Cenote & beach, swimming and jumping
Looking for authentic things to do in Santo Domingo? Let's explore the North of the island, two beautiful places: 1. Laguna Dudu: A recreational area that has a big cenote, just like Los 3 Ojos but you can actually swim. Not only in Mexico you have cenotes!. It also has a cave you can explore, and another smaller lake you can also swim and relax. It has some swings, hammocks, volleyball and soccer courts. 2. Playa La Entrada: A very unique beach that has a stream that flows into it. That means you have both fresh and salty water at the same beach. It's paradisiac. We depart at 6am (can be 30 min earlier) We drive 2.5 hours. We stop for authentic Dominican breakfast. Then we go to Playa La Entrada and spend 2.5 hours there. Then we go to Laguna Dudu and spend 3 hours. Recommended to bring/buy some snack in between the activities. Finally, we have lunch (at around 3:00pm) and head back to Santo Domingo to arrive round 6:30pm Recommendations: -Go out with your swimming clothes and water shoes -Bring sunscreen, hat and glasses -Bring a towel and dry clothes/footwear to change afterwards -Bring a plastic bag to put your wet clothes -Good vibes
Salsa or Bachata Dancing in Santo Domingo
Enjoy authentic Salsa or Bachata dancing in the heart of Santo Domingo, with an experienced, professional and friendly dance instructor. We have a good balance of learning and practical dance. We meet in Zona Colonial and visit a few of the iconic dance bars & clubs. Enjoy a friendly night full of dancing and fun. With an introduction to other dancers. I teach Bachata/Salsa beginner-intermediate. For more advanced learning I bring an additional instructor. Please let me know if you would like a salsa or bachata focused experience. Complete beginners are welcome Please note different times offer different focuses: 7.30-9.30pm: Learning experience. 45 mins structured personal class followed by social dancing in bars and tour. 9.30-11.30pm: Strictly Dancing experience- social dancing in bars and tour. My Intention is to give you the best experience and memory of the Dominican republic so I will capture this moment with my high quality camera for you, so the memory can last forever. Please bring +1 outfit with you to the photoshoot. If you come as a couple, then please come with coordinated colors. That looks more harmonious in the picture. During the shooting i will share with you how you can experience the country up close to better understand the culture and will also recommend you the best hotspots. Let's explore and experience La Zona Colonial from the eyes of a local with an international perspective! First thing first, let's get personal... Let's meet at a local colmado (or coffee shop if you prefer) and get to know each other, I have found the best time starts when there is confidence so let's start with that, I will also share important information about Dominican Republic and the lifestyle. Now, let's walk towards La Tarazana! On the way we will stop at the main attractions, the best bars to cool down, and other hidden gems. Main places that we will be visiting: - Santa Regina Church - Maraca Restaurant and bistro - Duarte Park - The Cathedral - Museum of Sugar and Cane rooftop - Fortaleza Ozama - La Tarazana - House of Rum Bar and museum I grew up in this area and is my favorite area of the city to party and hang out with friends/family so I know it well. I have lived in Mexico, France, Turkey, US, and Switzerland so I have a lot of friends from different nationalities who have visited and loved the experience, always thanking me for being their guide and having a great time. Dominican Culture Around the Fogón
We will walk throught the "Sendero del Eden" where we will see trees and a beautifull cave named "La Cueva del Eden", here we will go into the Cave and observe the stalactites and stalagmites. Then we will visit our Fogón where we will grind cocoa, make casava like our ancestors and roast coffee. After that... We will take you to cave brujuela so you can swim under ground , a space with 15 meters below, with natural water, while you wait for the food to be prepared in the fogon to eat at the pool. Also you can enjoy your food with a Presidente Beer or Mamajuana. At the end we will give you your chocolate ball 100% cacao to take home!! Other things to note We will be outdoors, the caves are rocky so we must have safe closed shoes (better to use black color), sunscreen and repellent, we will use stairs, and we will have access to parking, bathroom and shower.
Bean to bar chocolate workshop
You will be making chocolates right from the cacao bean, also preparying and tasting various cacao or chocolate drinks. You'll leave with your own handmade chocolates, customized the way you like them, to enjoy with your friends and family. Children of all ages welcome!
Limon Waterfall like a local
Do you want to help us to improve the lives of the Families of El Limón? The profit is for the families and to improve children's education. This is a social project with the NGO Projects for Children. El Salto del Limon is a waterfall in the middle of a valley in the province of Samaná (Dominican Republic). The Walk lasts around 2h (1h one way + 30min return + 30min relax). you will walk along a hike beginner level path, explaining the local tree species (pineapple, coconut, cocoa, almonds) and seeing and tasting its fruits. You can swim in the two waterfalls and take pictures. On the way back, you will be able to eat typical food (rice with chicken, beans and salad) with a family from the community and learn how these powerful women live from their natural environment. Sandboarding & snorkeling at the Dominican desert

Ready to explore the Dominican desert and its sand dunes, salt ponds and coral reefs? We depart at 6:30am (Pickup might start up to 30 minutes before), take a 2-hour road trip to Salinas, with some stops on the way. Our first stop is for an authentic Dominican breakfast at a local place. After that, we visit the sand dunes and spend some time learning about them, taking pictures, and of course, sandboarding. I'm not a certified instructor, we're just having fun. No experience required. After having fun at the dunes, we walk through the salt mines and its pink lakes, where we see the salt process and workers taking salt out of the lakes. Our last attraction is playa El Derrumbao, where we are going to do some snorkeling. To get there, we take a 20 minute walk (one way) under the hot sun. We walk into the beach with urchins and grab the goggles to watch the coral reefs and fish underwater. It's beautiful! Then, we walk back and change clothes by the car. There's no dressing room, Then we go back to the same local place for some authentic Dominican lunch. After lunch, we return to Santo Domingo, happy and tired at around 5pm.
