Valentina and Gregory's place is really very cozy. They think of the smallest details to make the stay pleasant and comfortable. It is very nice and has a spectacular view. We fell in love with the place!

This was our 1st trip to Chile and we feel so lucky to book this property for so many reasons. We are in love with Chile. Claudia Alejandra and her property are definitely reasons among other. She is a great person, very humble, always ready to help. She is very quick to respond to all our questions with great recommendations everytime which we found very helpful. On the day of our check-in, she greeted us at the gate, served us freshly made lemonade and gave a tour of the house. The property is very beautiful with so many details, characters and has plenty of space to accommodate our group. The front yard has multiple hammocks to enjoy. I am so happy we agreed to let Claudia stay in the basement as she remained a great resource throughout our trip to make it very comfortable, enjoyable. All her shopping recommendations are great i.e. Mozart bakery, Peublito los dominicos just to name few. Her fur babies are adorable. I would book this property again and highly recommend to everyone.

Excellent stay, great jacuzzi, the instructions were clear, and it was also great. I just feel that more blankets were missing, I'm sensitive to the cold (there was air conditioning, so I was saved, haha) in my opinion. The internet connection with the TV was not compatible, which was the detail that struck me the most, but everything else was excellent and I'm grateful for the exquisite place to rest

The house met all our expectations, it is second time that we stayed, and we will definitely come back for a third time if possible, everything is very clean and tidy, the pool is large and green areas very well cared for.

The location is easy to find, spacious, has kitchen tools, there is hot water for the shower, the only shortcoming was no laundry service for long-term stays, everything else was great

The house is very spacious and nice, it has everything to have a pleasant stay. And the patio is great to share among a group of friends, very comfortable everything. The house is very well located, it is in a very quiet sector, where there are several supermarkets nearby, among others. Jorge is a very concerned and flexible host at the same time, I was always attentive if anything was needed. In short, everything goes out very well and the stay was great. I'm sure we'll be back.

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable house. All the amenities you can ask for. Completely fenced in and secure. Amazing privacy. A great place to stay especially if you have a car, because the parking is awesome and the location is close to several major thorougfares, so you can get to anywhere you want to be in Santiago in no time. Our host was awesome. I would recommend this place to anybody. I'll definitely be looking for it the next time I'm in Santiago.

Everything was very easy - check-in, parking spot, communication, location. It was a great place to stay in a great neighborhood. Also, it was an excellent value for what we received. We will keep in mind for if my husband and I visit again!

A great choice for a quiet and comfortable stay in Santiago! Being at the back of this apartment block meant it was much quieter than being street facing. Very comfortable bed and everything you need to your stay. Lovely to be personally welcomed by Claudia and her friend - the English information was much appreciated!

The stay at Casa Marcoleta was very good. We asked to check in a little earlier and Alex did his best to get the apartment ready early, despite having residents the night before. He waited for us and gave us all the necessary directions for a great stay. The apartment has a very convenient location to move around Santiago and with all kinds of services around. The rooms and kitchen had everything you needed and the hot water in the bathroom was a very pleasant temperature. We definitely recommend Casa Marcoleta for a family or small group stay and we hope to return when we return to Santiago. Thank you very much Alex and Zule.

The apartment is amazing with a wonderful terrace. Next to two shopping malls, in a super financial area, with parks and also with car parking. What I liked the most was the outdoor area and I love that part of Santiago and it leaves me calm, because I'm going to work. It's a premium location.

Accommodation in excellent condition: clean and equipped, central location to restaurants, metro, supermarkets, etc. Jeyson is a very friendly host and clear with check-in instructions😉

Cozy apartment, perfect for two people, it is well equipped, with everything you need, the host is attentive to answering questions and giving information, the apartment is close to a large supermarket and two subway stations

Great and homely accommodation with proximity to Barrio Italia, good restaurants and shopping. Great host who was thoughtful and helpful. Can really recommend staying at Gonzalo's place!

The space is very pleasant and impeccable. The location is beautiful and very quiet. It has a bakery next door and on the corner a restaurant. Gabriela and Sonia were very friendly to us. 10/10
