Alvin's instructions were clear on how to get there, such as getting in and out of the apartment and the use of the pools. The accommodation matches the publication, it is sufficient and comfortable for two people. It is close to a service center and the supermarket, in addition to places to eat. The apartment has everything you need for a getaway. It's well equipped and organized. Clean, everything is as good as new. Nice design details, both in the apartment and in the building. The best, without a doubt, is the incredible ocean view, which invites you to enjoy it from the terrace, in our case, having breakfast there. We didn't have any issues with check in, stay, and check out. Our host always sent the instructions in a timely manner so that we did not have any inconvenience. It was a very pleasant experience.

Pablo’s place was a perfect stay. The apartment was really well equipped and incredibly clean. The view was breathtaking and the space was meticulously organized. The apartment is located a bit above the breach so a quick walk downwards will get you to sector 5, but keep in mind that brisk walk will turn into a 30 min uphill walk on the way back, so plan accordingly. All in all a perfect stay and will probably search for availability again if we come back to Reñaca some other time.

Cozy and beautiful apartment, Sebastián (the owner) is very friendly and attentive at all times, a perfect place to spend a few days out of town with your partner or alone. Beautiful view of the sunsets, comfortable furniture, everything clean, and the location - well close to the beach and shops. The truth is that I would stay here again! Recommended. Only theme, when I was, was the kitchen light that didn't work. Otherwise no complaints.
