I had a great stay! The neighborhood was amazing—safe, quiet. The room was spotless and super comfortable. I was a bit hesitant about the idea of a shared bathroom, but this place completely changed my mind. The bathroom was always incredibly clean and well-maintained. Also, a big thank you to Mike who kindly helped me with my luggage—it was such a thoughtful gesture and made my arrival much easier. Highly recommend this place!

The apartment is very well appointed, very clean, and literally less than a block from the beach on a lovely gated walk street. It’s nestled in a block next to Santa Monica’s fanciest beachfront hotels at a much lower price. A charming way to experience the best of Santa Monica. Walkable to downtown Santa Monica and Main Street, as well as the Santa Monica Pier and Venice Beach. Apartment is very cute, and Brian was great to work with. Highly recommend.

Erika was very proactive and communicative! She checked in ahead of my arrival to ensure I understood how to access the apartment and even sent a visual guide. She was responsive throughout my stay, and very kind!! The apartment was perfect, very clean and cute! The building is literally right across from the beach, very close to broadway and lots of amazing restaurants. Very walkable!! You will hear some noise late night as the apartment is situated towards the back of the building and trucks come late to clear the dumpsters. Getting in to retrieve the key is a little challenge if you don’t drive, as you’ll need to access the lower level garage (Ubers don’t want to drive down there), but once your down, it’s very easy to find! Outside of those two things (which are not terribly bad) The apartment is a great find. The pros exceedingly outweigh the small cons. I wished I had time to stay longer and will definitely return to rent again!
