Excellent apartment, very well organized and equipped. It has everything nearby, Rodadero beach, Inca Inca, places to eat, such as Tierra Querida, 3 blocks away there is Ara and D1, Air Conditioning in rooms allowed an excellent space to sleep very comfortable. Andres is super friendly and answers all questions.

Very comfortable place, according to the description, stores like D1, Ara, butchers, restaurants, small shops, supermarket and fast food less than two blocks away On the way back, you can catch buses to any beach or place you want to go, including the airport or Tayrona. Excellent place to stay while visiting Santa Marta.

Extremely large and beautiful, it had very soft beds. In addition to 5 minutes from the beach, the pool and jacuzzi are quite relaxing. The lady on the fifth floor's food is exquisite, what a good apartment🫶🏻.

Accommodation like the photos, cozy, the apt has a beautiful view, it is very close to the sea, the very diverse area is all at hand, I thought it was super good! Johana is an excellent host. Communication is effective.

Really enjoyed my stay and will probably return. Rosibel was a responsive host. Good communication except one misunderstanding about my guests which was quickly clarified. The apartment was exactly as in the photos. Kitchen was good. It was nice to have a washing machine. And the flowers outside were beautiful.

Clean, modern apartment with everything one need for a comfortable stay. Supermarket, gym and restaurants are all within 5-10 mins walk. 24/7 security. Great views one the SM mountains. Great value for what you get 👍🏼

We loved the place to my family and I, very clean, quiet, with easy access to the wet areas and the beach . I get a lot of attention from the excellent security you have, I highly recommend it. And very dear Mrs. Luz, both the owner and the lady who gave us the apartment.

It was great overall the only downside is that the parking was not covered so the car was in the sun all day , but fortunately at the reception they were able to rent me a covered parking space very cheap but the amenities the place and location were all amazing

The facilities are just like the photos and the description, it is 4 or 5 blocks from the sea and has supermarkets and a lot of shops nearby, the place was clean and it was a very pleasant stay

A very well located apartment, Playa Salguero is the best beach to enjoy as a family, it is quiet, with clean waters and few vendors; Regarding the apartment, the lighting is warm which provides a cozy atmosphere; it is complemented by the very well selected decoration, of impeccable taste; the kitchen has all the necessary elements in excellent condition, the bathroom is modern in excellent condition and finishes; the towels and sheets are in good condition and with a good smell; the social areas are clean, and with a very nice view of the city and the sea. The host Cindy was always very sweet and kind A plus, it has chairs, a mat, a cooler and a bucket for sand castles; the perfect complement for going to the beach at sunrise or sunset

Oscar is an excellent host, very attentive and formal. We'll be back for sure. 100% recommended.

Jaime's place was great for those who want to be in the middle of everything. The beach is very close and there are many great restaurants and bars close by. This place is in the midst of the party zone so there's a lot to do and can be quite noisy but the bedroom is quiet, dark with great air conditioning. It's possible to get a good night's sleep even with the noisy surroundings. FYI, there is no hot water for the shower, but it is normal for this area of Colombia because the water is not cold. It's a similar temperature as the water at the beach, so it's refreshing in the morning.

The place is very nice. Elegant and peaceful. It's perfect for people that just want to get away trip. Place looks exactly like the pictures. Mauricio was very responsive. I would definitely recommend it.

Wow! Words can’t even begin to describe how amazing this apartment is. It’s literally a 4-bed, 4-bath house in the sky — a true duplex penthouse. The terrace off the master bedroom is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the sunrise, and the sunset views from the living room terrace are just as breathtaking. This place truly feels like a home, not just another Airbnb. I 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and unforgettable stay!

The house is as advertised. the washing machine was a big plus for us. Alfredo was nice and communicated very well.

Lorena was a great host. She was always responsive and the apartment was perfect. Loved the view of the ocean and wrap around deck. We were visiting for a wedding so having the Marriot steps away from the apartment building was a huge plus as many people from the wedding were staying there. Although we were not guests at the Marriot we were able to enjoy the breakfast and lunch at an additional cost. Fernandez at the front desk was so sweet and incredibly helpful with arranging taxis as well as providing recommendations in the area and what the appropriate prices were for taxi's. Would definitely stay here again if we get to come back to Santa Marta. Other Notes: -Plaza Zazue is only a 5 min drive and has a supermarket so you can stock the kitchen. -The city center is about a 20min car ride

The apartment is very nice, comfortable and complete. Adriana was always attentive to our questions and needs. The building is very conveniently located and the common areas such as the pool, gym and others are very spacious and with panoramic views that allow you to enjoy a great experience. The area is very central and quiet, everything is close by. It's really worth staying here!

Alfonso is a great person, was always available and helped with everything you need, the apartment is clean and tidy, great balcony and even there is a grocery store across the road. Highly recommend!
