Nice quiet place with good connection to the railways station / city center. Having a tram stop nearby is very beneficial (from my short experience tram is waaaay more predictable than a bus).

The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, communication with the owners was very easy and pleasant. The location is great for reaching all the places of interest in the area (and there are many). Village with a good bar, pizzeria and brewery. Staying in a historic building has its charm and the swallows outside the window are enchanting...

It was the perfect place for us to stay at Florence. Latif was personally present for the check-in, which was very nice of him.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. It was central to all the activities and we had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Luana was very helpful with our early check in and assisted us to ensure we found the location. She was responsive to any questions we had and was responsive to our messages. We would return if we came back to Florence.

very central apartment, very nice space. the host was quick to answer and always helpful. it's a third floor apartment and the stairs are steep - it wasn't a problem for my group, but it's better to take notice. anyways, would easily recommend.

This was an extremely cute apartment. It really felt lived in which was such a nice change of pace. We felt right at home. Agnese's instructions were super clear and we had all the information we needed. The apparent itself was super spacious and we had lots of space to relax. The location is extremely central, everything we wanted to see was very walkable from where we were. We had a lovely stay!

We stayed at Patricia's beautiful property which is a lovely old farmhouse, set in a peaceful countryside location but which is walkable to a town with shops, bars and a restaurant. The property has plenty of space and is filled with character. There was pleasant outside seating, a bbq with additional seating area, pool, gardens and off road parking. Patrizia was very helpful and kind and always on hand/email to answer any questions. The property was good value and we would be very happy to return to the property again.

We had a very nice, relaxing stay on Bellavista. Angela and her father were extremely welcoming. We were supplied with our own wine, homemade luggage and farm fruits. Staying on Bellavista was definitely worth it and we'll be in the area again at some point, we'll be back! Wehrli family

We have enjoyed the stay in the house! It's in a beautiful spot. Is complete with a lovely bed. The view is phenomenal! Within walking distance is a nice and authentic restaurant. Luca, La Spezia but also the local pictures in the area are nice to visit. The hostess speaks several languages, is always ready to help and has nice tips about the area.

Babette and her husband are very nice and friendly. The apartment is very suitable for 2 people, the kitchen is superbly equipped with dishwasher and large fridge. Warm duvets are available for the cooler autumn season! Very nice terrace overgrown with vines. In addition, a small additional terrace at the back with morning sun, ideal for breakfast. The apartment is quietly located, a little off the beaten track, surrounded by vines and olive trees. Therefore, not easy to find. The last stretch of road leads partly through a forest on an unpaved road.

Good apartment. It’s in a good location and easy to reach by bus. If you have a car there is parking available nearby.

My girlfriend and I spent 1 week in giada’s air bnb, we had a wonderful time, the home is in an excellent spot. Being close to the tram station gives you a lot of freedom with what you’d like to do with your day. We made plenty of use of the surrounding restaurants and shops locally. Giada herself was very welcoming and clearly takes her role as a host seriously. A responsive host, who is eager to give her guests the best experience with several great recommendations. Cannot fault the experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fredericos apartment. it was exactly as advertised. The location was just outside the old downtown and only a 15 minute walk to many historical sites. Frederico very helpfully gave us lots of recommendations to sites to see and restaurants to visit.

This place was private and a good place to come back to after a day on the town.

I had a lovely stay at Diana’s place in Florence for a month. The location was perfect, the flat lovely, and she was a brilliant host.

Luca was very friendly and kindly accommodated whatever that was needed for our stay. The place was conveniently located with the tram stop only 2 minutes walk away, and the main Firenze SMN train station just a 10-minute walk away. Thanks for everything, Luca!

Our stay in the appartment was amazing. The communication with Luca and Cinzia was very helpful, allowing us to find the appartment with ease. The appartment had everything and more that we could imagine. The appartment is very spacious, incredibly clean and cozy, with a big balcony and great views.
