Monthly Rentals in Santa Cruz

Great location. Close to everything! Uber's were easy to get and fairly cheap to get to known places in San Juan. The condo is well air conditioned and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the water ran warm. The kitchen is fully stocked. Check in was a negative experience. I did not have the chance to communicate with Daniel directly, but the interaction with his staff felt unfriendly and unnecessarily aggressive. Being told "Excuse me" via text in a manner I perceived as rude was off-putting and out of the norm for me.While I understand there are policies in place, I felt it was inconsiderate to require payment at the exact moment of my arrival, especially after a long journey. I was under the impression that the small payment could be made within 72 hours, as indicated in the request. Having to put my belongings down outside to address this in an unfamiliar location felt unsafe and unwelcoming. Otherwise, a great place to unwind and enjoy what San Juan as to offer!

We had an amazing time at Casa Parque! The property was so peaceful and absolutely beautiful. Exactly what we wanted for our trip! The suite had everything we needed for our stay and the location was very convenient. Jess provided clear instructions and great communication throughout our stay. We are so grateful! Thank you Jess and Fam (and Guayaba 🐈) for sharing your home with us. We had such a lovely time and will definitely be back soon! ❤️💙

The place is spectacular! We stayed for only one short night on our way back to SJU from Rincon, but we really enjoyed the setting and privacy. The hosts were very accommodating and they provided many great local recommendations. We want to come back and stay again soon!

My stay was above average and absolutely worth the price of renting. I found the hospitality to be exceptionally friendly, communicative, available and solution focused. The location was easy to find and in the center of many of the vacation expectations that one would have traveling to experience island life. Alex and Naty went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at home. Without question, I would return to experience the beauty of Puerto Rico.
