The spot was beautiful and quaint. A short drive from the airport and in a quiet area surrounded by rolling hills. The owners were great and the breakfast was delicious! Would stay here again. Thanks again.

La Casai Rovai est située dans un magnifique immeuble du centre historique de Florence. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville à pieds. Nous avons eu la chambre familiale Pégase, très belle, très haute de plafond, avec une décoration sobre et de bon goût, une literie très confortable. Nous avons également apprécié le service de bagagerie, avec possibilité de récupérer nos bagages à notre convenance. Etant arrivés en dehors des heures de réception, nous avons trouvé l'arrivée et l'enregistrement automatique un peu compliqués, mais au final tout s'est très bien passé. Nous recommandons.

Room was located near to train station. Its reasonable to have some noise by the road given its convenient location. Room is clean and shared toilet outside. Host kindly allowed us to leave our bags while we go about our day post check out.

This is a true gem! I almost didn't write this review because I don't want to let this secret hideaway become overcrowded and unable to book when I go back to Florence. An authentic Florentine bed and breakfast, centrally located, safe, clean, and the best part are the hosts that treat you like family! Breakfast and coffee-phenomenal! Not only are you getting a lovely and quaint place to stay, but you also get the assistance and care from Riccardo and his wife to have the best experience in Florence. Both were so helpful in arranging a tour of the Chianti region, being present for my lost luggage so I didn't worry and waste time waiting for the delivery, making reservations to places I couldn't get into, giving advice for sites to see, even ordering a taxi for departure, and offering historical information about the city and its many changes. They go over and above what is expected from an air bnb! Will definitely stay again if they will have me!

Wir haben uns während unserem Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt. Carla, unsere Gastgeberin ist einfach wunderbar und konnte uns tolle Lokale empfehlen. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig. Obwohl die Unterkunft sehr ruhig gelegen ist, ist man trotzdem relativ schnell im Zentrum von Florenz, zu Fuß in etwa 30 bis 40 Minuten, mit dem Auto in etwa 10 Minuten, wobei man am Stadtrand parken muss, wenn man kein e-Auto fährt. Für uns war es der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um Florenz und das Umland zu erkunden.

Excelente lugar, el desayuno muy bueno, Mario y todo el equipo son excelentes anfitriones, hay lugares cercanos para comer y bares, hasta tarde, la zona es segura para caminar de noche. Solo hay que considerar que no hay elevador, si llevas equipaje pesado

L’établissement est reculé & loin de tout à pied. Vous devez avoir un véhicule .Cependant la vue et l’intérieur des murs en valent le déplacement ! C’est magnifique . La chambre était superbe, le seul bémol est qu’il fallait sortir la nuit dans un corridor pour la toilette. Il y a deux beaux grands salons, foyer, bibliothèque, cuisine avec frigo partagé. Une cour intérieure joliement décorée . Je n’ai pas aimé mon arrivé , seulement après 15:00 prcq la réception est fermée et qu’il n’y a personne. On voulait profiter de la vue et la piscine(pas possible). Le lendemain à 10am on devait déjà être partis on nous l’a repeté 3 fois, c’était comprit la 1 ere fois ! C’est tôt , pour avoir le temps de prendre une douche et déjeuner . Cela nous a beaucoup déplu ! Le piscine bien qu’elle soit ecolo est plus comme un étang où nager avec les grenouille peut être possible. Faites attention après 18:30 si vous avez un problème ,plus personne ne répond ! (Serviettes en location à 5 euro. )

Overall it was really nice. I would have preferred to stay on other rooms of the villa but they were all already booked. This room in particular was not of our taste. Perhaps you like it!

I loved our stay here! Our host’s gave us great recommendations for area’s to eat and things to do in the area. It is nice and private - very relaxing. We mainly booked so that we could relax and use the pool and chill - so it was perfect for that but you definitely need a car to go and travel to restaurants / activities and there isn’t that much in walking distance. We used the bbq at the place too which was great! The pool was beautiful with plenty of space to lie down and sunbathe. Thanks for a gorgeous stay!

Wir durften ein paar wundervolle Tage bei Valentina und ihrer lieben Mama verbringen – zwei Frauen, die mit ganzem Herzen Gastgeberinnen sind. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit einer Herzlichkeit empfangen, die sofort das Gefühl von Zuhause vermittelte. Das Zimmer war gemütlich, blitzsauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Pool bot perfekte Erfrischung an heißen Tagen, und rundherum war einfach alles zum Wohlfühlen gemacht. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war aber das Essen: Alles selbst gemacht, mit frischen Zutaten, viel Liebe und italienischer Leidenschaft! So gut, dass wir jeden Abend extra zurückgekommen sind, um bei Valentina zu essen – und das sagt wohl alles. Es war nicht nur ein Aufenthalt, sondern eine Erfahrung voller Genuss und echter Gastfreundschaft. Ohne jede Einschränkung weiterzuempfehlen – wir kommen sicher wieder🥰

Wij hebben een heel erg fijn verblijf gehad bij Nico. De communicatie was goed en hij was erg flexibel. Zo konden we eerder aankomen én toch een nachtje langer verblijven in een andere (grotere) kamer. De airco was heerlijk na de warme week in Toscane. Het verblijf was schoon en het bed was heerlijk. In het dorpje zelf is alleen weinig te beleven, daarentegen zat je dicht bij Florence voor een uitstapje! Wij zouden zeker terugkomen!

Alessio’s accommodation was well positioned, and l felt welcomed by everyone l met.

Localização fácil de acessar, quartos bons e limpos, com secador no banheiro, água quente, cama bem ok. Estrutura do hostel muito boa. Realizam diversas atividades, welcome drink e massa a noite para os hospedes de forma gratuita. Vale lembrar: só fornecem toalha por meio de aluguel.

This home is something special. Very clean. Very aesthetically interesting. The beds were very comfortable. Linens lovely. Everything in the space had a story to tell. Lots of history. Stefano was very flexible and informative. We never met Stefano due to the fact that we came in late from travels and had to leave early for a flight home. But we had all we needed to feel at home when we arrived. Coffee in the AM and wonderful seating areas outside to watch the sunrise and hear the birds:) thank you Stefano for leaving us with a very cozy last night in Tuscany. We will never forget it.

Our stay in this house was great! The apartment is extremely well curated in every detail and thoughtfully designed. Eugenio explained that the apartment was created by a local designer! The house also has access to a stunning internal shared garden - beautiful to have breakfast in the morning! The location is perfect: tucked away on a quiet street, ideal for a peaceful stay, yet still within walking distance to plenty of lovely breakfast spots and restaurants. Eugenio and his team recommended a nearby pasticceria, and their croissants became our go to breakfast spot! Throughout our stay, Eugenio and the team were incredibly responsive, always ready to assist, and just genuinely kind and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here—we’d love to come back!
