The studio is small but sufficient. The amenities (bath shower, cooker) are not exactly the latest, but everything works as it should. Mainly, this is a great location as a starting point for car trips. The host is very helpful and communicates well even when not present. The railway is in the process of being renovated,so be careful, there are no trains here now (May 2025).

The apartment is very spacious, spotlessly clean, and well furnished. It’s truly a home away from home, with a full bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a large double bed, and a living room with a single bed. The layout can comfortably accommodate 4 people. More importantly, the apartment is within walking distance to all major attractions as well as numerous restaurants in the old town. The only drawback is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor but there is no elevator, which could be difficult for people with mobility issues or carrying large bags. The host is warm, responsive, and extremely thoughtful. He goes out of his way to accommodate us during our stay. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Salzburg.

We wish we could give more than five stars. Highly recommended. Gunther and Christa are warm, generous hosts. The apartment is even more attractive than the photos, filled with good artwork, comfortable furnishings. Don't miss their recommended Cantinetta, Falkenstein restaurants, walks around the lake and the ferry. We even plunged into the clear lake at the little beach just steps away. Beds are comfy and the kitchen well equipped. We will always look back fondly at our time in St Gilgen.

Great apartment, access to hiking trails and the Predigtstuhlbahn a few minutes away. Bad Reichenhall Kirchberg train station and Bad Reichenhall city center are also within walking distance (depending on the destination 10-20 minutes). The ascent to the apartment building is quite steep if you arrive without a car, but in principle feasible. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short vacation, the pool on the ground floor is an absolute highlight.

Ingrid was a fantastic host. Her commumication before and during our stay was excellent. She met us personally on arrival and when we left, providing helpful hints and tips about the local area. The apartment was in a great location within Hallstatt and ideal for visiting the surrounding areas. Providing a dedicated parking space outside the apartment was really helpful given the parking restrictions in the village itself. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ingrid thought of everything from robes to slippers, umbrellas to toiletries and much more. We had a lovely relaxing week and are very grateful for Ingrid's care and consideration throughout. We would highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Hallstatt and surrounding areas.

Fantastic apartment, in really the best location, also the value for money was excellent. All around a very pleasant stay, in quiet surroundings.

We enjoyed a breathtaking view of Lake Wolfgang from the apartment windows, and which looks exactly as it is in the pictures. The location is peaceful and private with easy parking and easy road routes to Salzburg and the other lakes. It’s up a hill so may be a challenging walk from the lake (about 15-20 mins) if you struggle physically. There’s a mix of restaurants nearby but two supermarkets very close if you want to self cater as we did for half our stay. The place has just enough pots and pans to make a full cooked meal.

This airbnb is in a beautiful location and Christian is a warm and friendly host. Highly recommend

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Super stay at Jakobs house, the house was huge and well equipped. You could sense the mountain atmosphere. A wonderful, peaceful area. One of the most beautiful places I have been to with my friends. Jakob was very helpful and responded to messages very quickly I recomended

Snezana-Mile is an amazing host who was very responsive to our questions (and there were many😊). The accommodation is in a village a short walk from Salzburg, in a nice modern house. It is in a quiet environment, very clean, comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and in addition to the classic amenities, we were delighted with the little things - coffee (and chocolate) capsules, tea, spices, and so on. The bathrooms didn't lack all the necessary toiletries. There was plenty of storage space in the rooms. Also, the fly screens in the windows were pleased. Our group of 8 was very welcoming and comfortable. It is about 20 minutes by bus to the center of Salzburg, Snezana-Mile has also equipped travel tickets. I definitely recommend staying in Au, we'd love to come back again. Snezana-Mile – thanks so much ♥

We had an unforgettable stay at Hallstatt Lakeview House! The views were absolutely stunning — truly some of the best in the area. The home was clean, cozy, and perfectly located. Our hosts were incredibly attentive and helpful, providing detailed instructions that made finding the house easy. We’re so grateful for the opportunity to stay here and would absolutely return. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel right at home. The house is fantastic for a family and Roxana is an incredible host. she had arranged our public transport tickets that allowed us to catch the bus from the end of the street into Salzburg. She also surprised our 10 year old with balloons and decorations upon arrival for his 10th birthday. We loved our stay at Roxana's house, it was amazing.

We had a lovely time staying here and exploring Salzburg! It was really easy to find the place and get inside - Ray's instructions were very clear and helpful! It's really easy to get to the city centre and the central train station which meant exploring the city and it's surroundings was simple! Ray was very communicative and ready to answer any questions we had! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again next time we visit Salzburg!

This place is a steal! It is near the bus and train station. Finding the place was easy because of the very detailed instructions and pictures sent. The place was spacious and beautiful, with well stocked pantry and toiletries. Will definitely book again when we are in the area.

We made a stopover in Bad Füssing on our way through and used the apartment with a total of 5 people. The stay was very pleasant. The apartment was extremely clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped – you immediately feel comfortable. Even though we unfortunately couldn't meet Christian in person (we arrived late), the check-in was completely uncomplicated. Everything was well prepared. The location is quiet and ideal for relaxing. Overall a very nice place to stay – we can definitely recommend it. We thank you very much and will be happy to come back if we get the chance! Everything as described, Stephanie responded very quickly and the apartment has a personal touch. The location is of course great. Check-in is in person and you don't just get a key code, which we like. Everything was also provided for our child. There were plenty of towels and a small basic equipment in the kitchen such as tea, coffee, oil, cereal and milk.

Tadeja is a great hostess. She really went above and beyond to help me get situated in her place. Even picked me up at the train station when she had work the next day. 5 stars. Thank you so much!

This apartment was spacious and within 20 minutes walk of historic Salzburg. A bus stop is conveniently located across the street. We appreciated Gregor’s responsiveness to our questions. We had the opportunity to meet his parents and found them to be lovely people. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and coffee. We would stay here again!

We had a great time at Evelyn's. The apartment is super furnished and cozy, we felt right at home. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom very clean and Evelyn a perfect host. When we had something to complain about, she immediately took care of it and also did her very best to get the strong smell out of the kitchen that the previous tenants had left behind. She was always super easy to reach, very friendly and thorough. Thank you for the wonderful time and we are happy to recommend the accommodation!
