It is centrally located/walking distance to Tjøme city center "Norges Hawaii" with lovely shops/cafe/restaurants/Golf course. 2 kayaks/bikes can be borrowed without additional charge. Great fishing opportunities. The house is newly restored. A place to take a break from everyday life. 2 nights minimum.

Townhouse in central Sandefjord

The townhouse is centrally located in a quiet residential area in Sandefjord, 15 minutes walk from the city center and train station. There is also a short distance to several convenience stores such as Coop extra, Kiwi and Rema 1000. On the terrace there is sun from the morning and into the evening. No loud music and noise after 11 pm are not allowed. In the summer it is allowed with street parking, otherwise I have a parking space belonging to the house. There is also a guest parking further up the street for one to use.

Large great single-family home

This is a large single-family home of 300 sqm over three floors and 1 acre plot. The house is recently renovated with two living rooms, loft living room and large kitchen, bathroom, 4 bedrooms and a large porch with associated garden. Here there is plenty of room for 7-8 people. The listing is at the heart of a blind alley. There are child-friendly surroundings and about 10 minutes to walk down to the city center. To the nearest beach it is about 3 km. There are space for several cars in front of the house.

Small house in central Sandefjord

Annex/small house with walking distance to the sea (750 meters) and Sandefjord city center (900 meters). The house contains a small bedroom with window and double bed 160cm. Living room with kitchenette and new bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The living room has a sofa bed that can be used by two children. The lower floor is out of use when renting. Parking on the property is possible. The lawn in front of the annex can be used by the tenant. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.

TV på rommene om man ønsker å trekke seg tilbake. Ellers er det stue med TV og salonger. Badet har boblebad og steam dusj.

We rent out our spacious 70`s holiday home, sleeps 8-10 (4 bedrooms), 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and laundry room. The house is located on a mountaintop, with sun all day and fantastic view of Lahellefjorden. The house is located 100 meters from the water in the air line. 5 min walk and you can swim on the local dock or beach. Hiking areas just outside the door, with a great coastal path beyond Østerøya. Here you will quickly get to Skjellvika and other lovely sandy beaches.

The second floor is a loft. There are power outlets outside with the possibility of charging a car. The house is located in a rural and open area.
