The townhouse is centrally located in a quiet residential area in Sandefjord, 15 minutes walk from the city center and train station. There is also a short distance to several convenience stores such as Coop extra, Kiwi and Rema 1000. On the terrace there is sun from the morning and into the evening. No loud music and noise after 11 pm are not allowed. In the summer it is allowed with street parking, otherwise I have a parking space belonging to the house. There is also a guest parking further up the street for one to use.

Solrik hage, gåavstand (1-1,5km) fra sentrum og havnen. Mokollen og Midtåsen skulpturpark og cafe ligger i nabolaget. Boligen er lys og moderne. Det er vaskerom og fullt utstyrt kjøkken i huset. TV på rommene om man ønsker å trekke seg tilbake. Ellers er det stue med TV og salonger. Badet har boblebad og steam dusj.

We rent out our spacious 70`s holiday home, sleeps 8-10 (4 bedrooms), 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and laundry room. The house is located on a mountaintop, with sun all day and fantastic view of Lahellefjorden. The house is located 100 meters from the water in the air line. 5 min walk and you can swim on the local dock or beach. Hiking areas just outside the door, with a great coastal path beyond Østerøya. Here you will quickly get to Skjellvika and other lovely sandy beaches.
