We enjoyed staying at the apartment very much and the location and size was perfect for a weekend in Innsbruck! Almost everything is within walking distance and a stop is also right nearby.

Viviana is a great host and the place is as described.

The house is excellent placed, close to the main road, bus station and a good restaurant (Dorfwirt) . It was very clean, in the kitchen we had everything we needed. There is a coffee machine (filter coffee), cooker, fridge-freezer (small). There are two bedrooms. Heating was good. Communication was great with Victoria (we didn't meet her) and Martina (she was very nice and helpful). It was requested a deposit ( 200 euros) for eventually damages. It was not the case and the deposit was returned before our departure.

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment! The location was ideal and well connected by public transport, allowing you to fully use the Trentino card! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: spacious, clean and well furnished. The kitchen is well-equipped. The hospitality was impeccable. Alessandra and Michele are great hosts, very helpful providing us with all the information we needed to explore the area, as well as welcoming us with a great freshly made strudel, a fruit basket, a bottle and other delicacies! We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore Trentino and look for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay, even for four-legged friends who are fully welcomed and pampered! The accommodation more than met all expectations!! Good location in the district of Partenkirchen as a starting point for various hiking tours and also not too far from the town center.

Lovely property set in beautiful surroundings. Decor was gorgeous really well thought about, and they had thought of all the little touches to make you feel at home. Accommodated 5 of us perfectly. Sauna and wine cellar were a bonus! Nice walks..and good public transport to Innsbruck and ski resorts, which we used and were approx 30 mins away.. Host was helpful and responded promptly when needed. would definitely stay here again...miss it already!!

Great Airbnb just above a beautiful cafe. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The bathroom is very large and super clean. We had a large balcony with seating and umbrella. The view from the balcony is to the countryside and the garden from the cafe. The location is very quiet and you are right in the city on foot. Opposite is a paid parking area. We would immediately choose the accommodation again. Thanks so much dear Katharina for the nice days.

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

Great location with Mountain View, 20 mins drive from main Innsbruck city. The apartment was clean, had all electronics and amenities, worth the price.

We immediately felt comfortable in the apartment. It is simply but very attractively furnished. The two bathrooms are a dream and the beds are heavenly comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is centrally located (yet quiet) and is a great base to explore Merano and surrounding areas. We got tips on places to eat and places to shop. We thoroughly recommend staying here

As soon as we entered, my wife had a huge smile on her face. We loved the place and enjoyed our time there. Ute was very helpful and responded to any question/request within the hour, usually with more information that we didn’t know we needed! The area is lovely, nestled right below mountains in all directions. Can’t recommend this location enough!
