Rolando was friendly, prompt, amazing, and an all around wonderful human being. We had a small issue with some ants and his team was there fixing it within a few hours in the middle of the night. I will absolutely be staying here again during our next trip.

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

This is a good place for those with big families. Espcially the pool is actually spacious enough for kids and adults altogether. Also, the barbecue grill is there. Most essentials are present!

Unit is very clean. We love their AC coz its super cold. Perfect for summer. Wifi is very fast. Thank you!!! :)

One of the most beautiful Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! We’re a close-knit family so we really appreciated being able to all sleep in one room it made our stay even more special. The home is surrounded by trees, giving it such a peaceful, calming vibe especially in the morning with the sound of chickens and goats, it truly felt like farm life. We had quite a few questions about the location but Ms. Ana was so patient and kind guiding us every step of the way. She also accommodated a few extra requests which we really appreciated. I stayed at Renz’s place for two weeks and it felt like home. The space was nice, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What made the experience even better was how easy it was to communicate with Renz. She was super accessible, quick to respond, and always helpful. We were a group of 10 and we had a great time at Juans place. The staff were helpful and amazing, but also letting us have our private time. The house is exactly like the pictures, and is truly a beautiful home I a quiet street, right closeby all the nightlife of Makati. I would highly recommend this place. The place was perfect for my daughter’s sweet 16th bday. No karaoke so it was peaceful and quiet. We were allowed to play music and we’re very mindful to lower down the volume during late night. Lots of greenery. They allowed us to decorate the attic room where my daughter and her friends held their pajama party. No wifi but we already prepared pocket wifi and data and it was already mentioned in the property description. The host was very accommodating as well as their caretaker. Will definitely book again and also recommend!! :)
