Hazel was an exceptional host! She provided clear instructions for seamless check-in and check-out. The house felt cozy and welcoming, and our kids had a blast in the pool. The air conditioning throughout the house ensured a comfortable stay. While there were a few minor areas for improvement, such as adding sponges for dishes and extra pots for reheating food, these were negligible compared to the overall excellent experience we had. We're grateful for Hazel's hospitality and would highly recommend this stay! Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband's birthday at Dina's place. She was very responsive and accommodating through the Airbnb chat. I asked if we could check in early since we were coming from Makati, and she immediately said yes without hesitation. The air-conditioning in each room was excellent, making the place extra comfortable and relaxing. Overall, we had so much fun and would definitely love to come back. Frederick's home offered the perfect blend of beauty, cleanliness, and privacy. Its location was ideal, allowing us to easily walk to numerous places of interest. The pool area was a significant highlight, providing much-needed relief during the hot weather. Beyond the fantastic property, Frederick's responsiveness and willingness to assist with all our inquiries made our stay even more enjoyable. We would absolutely choose to return here on our next visit to the area.

We really enjoyed Emman’s place. The place was great and very spacious with lots of activities to do with the family and kids. The swimming pool and hot tub were a nice bonus including the billiards and air hockey. The environment was peaceful and quiet with lots of greenery around. Emman was super responsive during the entire process from the moment i was inquiring about the accommodation through to checkout. The caretaker was also very helpful during our stay and very polite. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to family and friends.

We celebrated my Mom and Grandma's birthday here, and it was such a lovely experience! The place is peaceful, calming, and incredibly well-maintained. Everything was spotless, and the air conditioning was super cold—perfect for relaxing. Ms. Merlyn and Kuya Ivan were very accommodating and responsive to all my inquiries. As a sweet surprise, they even gave us some delicious baked goods before we checked out. It was a short but memorable staycation—definitely time well spent! I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to others!

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Robbert’s place. The kids especially enjoyed it, as they were able to spend unlimited time in the pool, which made their experience even more memorable and fun. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for our entire family — relaxing, enjoyable, and filled with great moments. The place is very cozy. Perfect for quick and intimate get aways. Secluded enough to give you privacy but with establishments within 5-10mins away to make your stay comfortable. Note: There are a lot of Northridge places in the area. Be sure to pin Northridge VIEW.

Had our team building here and we all had an awesome time! The house was super clean and spacious—exactly like the photos. It was so spotless, you’d be shy not to tidy up after yourself! The caretakers were really friendly and helpful, and Tara, the owner, was super responsive to our questions. Bonus: the location is accessible enough for Grab Food deliveries, which made meals extra convenient. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely family home—it was the perfect spot for our group!

Super great deal.  Felt so homey as a family with kids. Cozy and clean house and a very kind owner. They welcomed us with personal greetings and fruits that my kids loved! The pool was so much fun! Not crowded as it is private and not pricey... its so affordable to guests who wants to swim. Complete items that a house should have. They offered soap and shampoo, towels and complete kitchen items. Overall this listing is one of the bests you could have in airbnb.

I recently stayed at this charming 2 bedroom Airbnb, and it was the perfect escape for our family vacation. The property was beautifully maintained, with a spacious layout that comfortably accommodated all of us. Each bedroom was tastefully decorated and featured cozy beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. One of the highlights of our stay was the private pool. It was a fantastic spot to relax and unwind, especially after a day of exploring the local area. The pool area was well-kept, with plenty of lounge chairs and a shaded area for those who wanted a break from the sun. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals together. We also enjoyed dining on the outdoor patio, surrounded by lush landscaping. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants just a short drive away. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and throughout our stay. Overall, we were enjoyed our stay.

Spent my 21st birthday here and it was amazing! Would love to comeback again. This place felt very home-y and appropriate for a chill celebration. The kitchen was really nice as well as the amenities. The rooms were also very comfortable, we had no problem sleepinf soundly. The houskeeper was also very accomodating, friendly and helpful. Overall, this place was a 10/10!

Not used to shower without curtains, but other than that very nice place and very responsive staffs. Would love to recommend it to my friends 🙂

Staying at Loida’s place was really convenient and made our wedding prep easy and beautiful. The old house is well maintained and has a very homey vibe. The French windows and doors, the garden and the interiors of the house made it feel like home. The stay was comfortable with the ACU installed in the ground floor and each of the bedrooms. The host was also very sweet and thoughtful, who welcomed us with a gift for our wedding. The caretakers are also very kind and always ready to help. Almost like having your own grandma around. The place is clean and spacious. The host and staff are very kind and also responsive in the chat. They even accommodated my requests. I thought we wouldn't enjoy the pool because it was a bit small, but we had a great time. The rooftop is also nice at night; we hung out there to chill. This is the second time that I used this home through Janet/ Andrew. They are great people, host, friendly and professional. I will continue to use this home each time I come to visit family in the area. I promise if you stay here you will feel at home and any thing happens or if you have questions the response is always fast.

Aya’s place looks exactly like the photos—what you see is what you get. Our family had a great time! The space is so big that everyone found their own cozy spot to relax and unwind. The AC is cold, check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the people on-site were kind and courteous, which made our stay even more comfortable. Aya was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and setting clear expectations about potential downsides like flies and occasional brownouts. But none of that stopped us from enjoying our stay. Everything we needed was provided, and she was even kind enough to set up the room just the way we liked. Overall, we had a blast—her place is definitely one of our favorite summer getaways!

The place was super spacious. Perfect for parties and hanging out with family and friends! 😊 We had a blast with the karaoke too. The rooms were clean and cozy. The only thing was a few ‘unwanted guests’ flying around outside at night lol, but overall, everything was awesome. Thanks Sir Mark!
