Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in San Rafael de Escazú

Great place to stay and was very peaceful with a good view. Exactly what I needed.

The house is in a quiet area, with closed garage, large spaces. I go to CR to work and the hotels seem cold. It is an unusual area of tourists, but it is worth handling 15 more minutes and staying in a "house", quiet, with everything you need for everyday life... I'm sure if the hosts allow me to come back on my next trip.

The house was clean and had enough to live a long season, if needed. It's not big, but it doesn't stay small either. The common areas were very well maintained, with explanations in all of them about the operation and the rules. The pool was bigger than it looks in the pictures. Some more sunbeds would be appreciated. The gym had a good variety. Nearby to the apartment there is a supermarket and some restaurants.

Cute, small place. It is true that you have a daycare right next to it, but I use it basically for sleeping and making breakfast and it was perfect for this.

Stayed here for 3 days and it was wonderful. This place was clean and secured. There is a gym and other facilities like the pool. The pool is on the top floor and it was amazing (It overlooks San Jose.) The hosts were friendly and easy to get a hold of. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Awesome apartment, great location! Had an issue where my daughter left her favourite stuffy after checkout and David quickly recovered it and saved the day.

Super cute, José welcomed us with snacks, the place was super equipped and clean and the location is perfect!

We only stayed one night but this was such a neat place! Every corner had something interesting. I found the layout of the space very intriguing and unique! The entire home was extremely clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. We ate at a local soda nearby for breakfast, Restaurante El Fogoncito Alajuelo and it was incredible. There are plenty of great places to eat nearby, just search on Google Maps! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a cozy, spacious, unique, and safe place to stay.

Casa Peces is well maintained and comfortable. The home is spacious and the neighborhood was peaceful. The pool was perfect. It was very easy to communicate with both Martha and Jessica. I would absolutely stay at Casa Peces again on a future trip!

I had a great stay in San José. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues that came up during my stay. It was a perfect base for exploring the city and surrounding areas. I’d definitely stay here again.

Very Good location in East San José, very close to shops, restaurants, movie theater, etc. Ideal for a family. I would recommend this place.

We loved our week-long stay at URBN Escalante. The location is good on the outskirts of Barrio Escalante. The apartment was exactly as pictured and clean. We loved the facilities in the apartment complex like the coworking and social areas, as well as the gym. We would recommend this apartment to anyone travelling to San Jose. The only problem was the honking from the trains which happens very often between 7-8pm and 6-8am, but this is common throughout San Jose. Closing the bedroom doors helped with the noise.

It was such a lovely stay. It was large and the bed was so comfortable. I’d always come here when flying in or out of SJO.

Airbnb messed up the check-in times. It showed different check in times to me and the host. however the hosts were really helpful and let us check in earlier.

Great place, simple, effective and family friendly.

Really liked the apartment! The beds are very comfortable. The two Air conditioners are very cold. The views from all the rooms are great with huge windows. Bars and restaurants are a few steps away with a park down the road. I would stay again!

All I can say is Karil is one of the nicest, most understanding people I’ve ever met in Costa Rica, and I’ve been down there fifteen times. His places are always exactly like are depicted in the pictures, always clean, everything you need to have a fantastic time. Located in a great district where great restaurants and grocery stores close by. If you have a problem, he’s always quick to respond. Five stars to his Airbnb’s. Thank you Karil, you are the best !

Our stay here was awesome! This was our first night in Costa Rica and our host made everything as easy as possible for us, eliminating any unnecessary anxiety. The host and his wife were responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The view is absolutely amazing and there is much to see and do locally. 10/10!
