Bonito lugar, con amenidades muy agradable, la ubicación muy bien, tiene cerca lugares para comer rico.

La casa está en una zona tranquila, con garaje cerrado, espacios grandes. Yo voy a CR a trabajar y los hoteles me parecen fríos. Es una zona poco usual de turistas, pero vale la pena manejar 15 minutos más y quedarte en una “casa”, tranquila, con todo lo necesario para el día a día… Sin duda si los anfitriones me lo permiten volveré en mi próximo viaje.

La casa estaba limpia y tenía lo suficiente para poder vivir una temporada larga, si hiciera falta. No es grande, pero tampoco se queda pequeña. Las zonas comunes estaban muy bien cuidadas, con explicaciones en todas ellas sobre el funcionamiento y las normas. La piscina era más grande de lo que parece en las fotos. Alguna tumbona más se agradecería. El gimnasio tenía una buena variedad. Cerca del apartamento hay un supermercado y algunos restaurantes.

Cute, small place. It is true that you have a daycare right next to it, but I use it basically for sleeping and making breakfast and it was perfect for this.

Stayed here for 3 days and it was wonderful. This place was clean and secured. There is a gym and other facilities like the pool. The pool is on the top floor and it was amazing (It overlooks San Jose.) The hosts were friendly and easy to get a hold of. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

We only stayed one night but this was such a neat place! Every corner had something interesting. I found the layout of the space very intriguing and unique! The entire home was extremely clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. We ate at a local soda nearby for breakfast, Restaurante El Fogoncito Alajuelo and it was incredible. There are plenty of great places to eat nearby, just search on Google Maps! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a cozy, spacious, unique, and safe place to stay.

Una casa muy amplia y ordenada, muy cerca del aeropuerto, nuestro vuelo llegó muy tarde así que fue muy fácil y rápido llegar a este alojamiento. Hay que leer bien la descripción de las habitaciones ya que solo una cuenta con A.C., en esta ocasión no fue algo que nos afecto así que nuestra estadía estuvo super bien. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables, nos dieron unas excelentes recomendaciones.

Me encantó este alojamiento. Definitivamente regresaría. Está bien equipado y es apto para quienes quieran pegarse una escapada, como para quienes quieran un lugar con lindas vistas o ambos. Recomendado.

Casa Peces is well maintained and comfortable. The home is spacious and the neighborhood was peaceful. The pool was perfect. It was very easy to communicate with both Martha and Jessica. I would absolutely stay at Casa Peces again on a future trip!

Lovely private location with a beautiful view, very relaxing. We were there for the rainy season. We enjoyed the warm sunny morning sitting out on the patio sipping our coffee and taking in the scenery. We would take trips around the area and return for the afternoon thunder storm which we enjoyed watching from the same patio. The town is a nice lovely with very warm happy people. It was a wonderful time and place that we will always remember.

I had a great stay in San José. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues that came up during my stay. It was a perfect base for exploring the city and surrounding areas. I’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Carolina’s for one day before we were flying out of SJO. It was 4 of us and it was perfect for us. It was clean, its in a gated area so it felt safe too. There is a city mall near by so we went there to explore that area too. Carolina was such a nice host. Her communication was fast and clear.

Airbnb messed up the check-in times. It showed different check in times to me and the host. however the hosts were really helpful and let us check in earlier.

Passamos quatro noites e saímos muito satisfeitos. Além da ótima localização — a poucos passos da linha de trem e cercada de restaurantes, padarias e serviços — o edifício impressiona pela qualidade e estrutura: piscina aquecida, academia bem‑equipada, salões de festa, espaços de co‑working, sala de reunião e até cinema privativo. As áreas comuns são bem cuidadas e oferecem vistas lindas da cidade. Dentro, o apartamento entrega tudo que promete: • Cozinha completa com utensílios de qualidade, ideal para quem prefere cozinhar; • Sala ampla e confortável, varanda com pôr do sol de San José de encher os olhos; • Dois quartos bem decorados, roupa de cama caprichada, armários espaçosos, TV e ar‑condicionado em cada um; • Dois banheiros, um social e outro na suíte. A anfitriã Jennifer merece menção especial: sempre solícita, respondia rapidinho e resolveu todas as nossas dúvidas. Recomendo a estadia!

All I can say is Karil is one of the nicest, most understanding people I’ve ever met in Costa Rica, and I’ve been down there fifteen times. His places are always exactly like are depicted in the pictures, always clean, everything you need to have a fantastic time. Located in a great district where great restaurants and grocery stores close by. If you have a problem, he’s always quick to respond. Five stars to his Airbnb’s. Thank you Karil, you are the best !

Our stay here was awesome! This was our first night in Costa Rica and our host made everything as easy as possible for us, eliminating any unnecessary anxiety. The host and his wife were responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The view is absolutely amazing and there is much to see and do locally. 10/10!

Quedamos encantados con el alojamiento de Norman, ubicado cerca de exclusivos restaurantes, en una de mis zonas favoritas de San José. El apartamento muy limpio y muy acogedor, nos encantó la decoración y el amplio dormitorio. Volveremos sin duda!
