Absolutely beautiful, photos can’t do the location justice. The place itself was very clean and private but there is also a beach club a few steps away with great food. Almost feels like you’re staying at a resort. Easy check in and check out.

Perfect location in Finale! Just steps from the beach and a short walk to the pedestrian zone—everything was within easy reach. Once we unloaded the car and parked it (free lot about 10 minutes away), we didn’t touch it all week. The apartment had a secure storage room for our mountain bikes, making it easy to ride to Finale Borgo in under 10 minutes. After a day on the trails, we’d stash the bikes, clean up, and head out for the evening. The grocery store was an 8–10 minute walk, and the kitchen was well-equipped for making daily breakfasts, trail lunches, and a few dinners. We especially loved the balcony with its sea view—coffee and breakfast out there became our morning routine. Alessandro’s apartment was an ideal base for our biking trip. He was very responsive and easy to communicate with, and the bed was super comfortable. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a great stay! The apartment’s location and view are amazing, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit.

We were three couples and this listing was exactly what we wanted. It had everything we needed for a week-long stay. The location is perfect, half a block and you’re in old town. Beach is across the street. The upper balcony has an amazing view of the Nice coast and the town lights up golden as the sun comes up. There are three stories. From the front door (ground level) you go up to the main living area, well stocked kitchen and balcony. The master bedroom is a few steps down from ground level with a tub and dual sinks in the bedroom and a privacy screen. It’s a very comfortable room with a nice closet and lots of room to unpack. The toilet closet is just outside the bedroom door. The other two bedrooms are one more level down with a separate toilet closet and a separate shower sink room. The shower is large and has great water pressure. Each bedroom has its own split unit AC/heat. All bedrooms have outside patio areas but no views except for the upper level. Great spot!

Absolutely phenomenal view from the Villa! It’s a bit of a trek to get up to it but it sure is worth it. Perfect for a big family or a group of friends.

The view is incredible!! Peaceful area as well. There’s paid parking right outside the building which was super convenient. Everything was walkable. Check-in and checkout was super easy. Would definitely stay again!

The Sun Bay House was the perfect place to stay at during our first visit of the Côte d‘azur. The studio itself as well as the terrace were as beautiful and clean as on the pictures and Phillipe was always there to help! He was an amazing host with many recommendations what do to in Villefranche-sur-mer and in other cities It was one of the best AirBnb experiences we‘ve had! We will definitely come back 😊

The most perfect property. The views are unmatched. The proximity to both the train and the beach gave us the best of both worlds, with access to all the local towns, as well as the beautiful Mediterranean. All of us described this house as our dream home. I couldn’t recommend this property enough, and Amo is a wonderful, responsive and helpful host, full of incredible recommendations for the local area.

Top accommodation for these points: magnificent view and not overlooked, parking, cleanliness, key box + really convenient digicode, large pleasant terrace (deckchair, decor…), comfortable bed as well as armchairs and sofa (a little less in bed position), equipment and linen in sufficient quantity, practicality of all the supports to hang things, its functional, peaceful side… Responsive, understanding host and clear instructions to arrive easily. For our visits, we chose to take the bus (Nice-Menton line) from the city center (where there is also a bakery, supermarket, tourist office, etc.) by taking the 300 steps (10-minute walk for us). The pool is great, just a shame we could only use it on our last day despite the summer temperatures at the end of May, but we had to wait a few days after it was treated. However, we enjoyed swimming in the sea.

The accommodation is in a perfect location! There is no one opposite and you can make as much noise as you want! The pool is cleaned every day by David, and that's a good thing! Apart from a few logistical problems, David was able to respond immediately and always made us feel as comfortable as possible! Thank you! David was always available! Small note for safety, we had children and we have to be careful, because there are no barriers, they are ropes and falling is possible. Note that the bedrooms are not all together, there are 2 bedrooms, cut off from the rest, in the basement. So you have to leave the house open the house at night so people can go to the bathroom. (It would be good to stipulate this) If not, everything was great!! He provided charcoal for grilling and wood for a nice evening fire. To party, it's a perfect place that we recommend! A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. Would definitely return. Veronique was an excellent host 👍🇫🇷

Jean-Marc’s apartment in Nice is unbeatable. My husband and I had the opportunity to stay in his home as part of our trip and it was truly incredible. The home is so close to the beach, plenty of restaurants and bars, and generally walkable. Public transportation is easy to access and ubering was also super convenient. It would be a pleasure to be able to stay in this home again.

We absolutely loved Philippe’s place! It was the perfect spot to stay while attending the Monaco Grand Prix. There's a direct bus nearby, with easy access to both Monte-Carlo and Nice-Ville. We took day trips along the coast to explore various Riviera towns; from Cannes to Monte-Carlo, and even the charming Italian town of Ventimiglia. The apartment boasts a stunning balcony view and is both beautiful and comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to everything you want to see along the Riviera. The place is well-equipped, and Philippe is a really nice person, always responsive, with great tips and clear instructions.

We felt at home immediately. Alan was a great and friendly host who helped us a lot. We hope to come back as soon as we can.
