I can't say enough about how absolutely beautiful this property is. Coming down the driveway feels like you're entering a private botanical garden. Just gorgeous. The house had everything our family of 6 needed. Beach chairs, coolers, plenty of space and lots of cute, friendly pets wandering around. The kids just loved petting the kitties and doggies. Hector and Kim are so friendly but still give you your privacy. The location is stellar. You really feel like you're super removed from the hustle and bustle but you're only 25 min from the airport, 15 min from El Yunque and 10 min from a great beach with beach bars and restaurants. Comfy beds, awesome kitchen space, great a/c! Book it now! We didn't want to leave.

Eli and Joanne are wonderful people. Very kind and generous! If you’re a climber you will be amazed from the parking lot, to the trail up and then the amazing routes. Thank you for all your work Eli!!!!! Can’t wait to come back!

Very accommodating and kind! Was accessible and helpful! It’s definitely small, but truly comfortable and was the perfect place to rest and make small meals.

Had a wonderful 8 night stay here with my mom! The host and co host helped us quickly when we needed it and everything was as expected with the reservation. I would say the only slight issue we had was noises at night sometimes (loud repetitive coughing, loud cars, etc.) but that was out of their control and we deal with that at home so no biggie. Smelled good, had cleaning products in case we needed it, as well as kitchen and bathroom products which deemed to be helpful. We had such an amazing stay!

Very nice and quiet neighborhood with good parking. House was very cute. Everything was neat and clean. Anything we needed was already there . Host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

My second time staying here and my room was the right size for my short stay in San Juan. Melody is honest and super responsive as accommodating. Most definitely worth the price and location (clean, comfy, central). Thanks Melody, hope to meet with you again.

My second visit to Las Casas de la Selva was fantastic. Being embedded in a rainforest is a truly unique experience. I love the trails and I loved sitting in the stream watching the small waterfall above. The communal living room and communal kitchen are super clean and comfy and have everything you could want. Thrity is the best host ever. She is warm and engaging. When you stay here you know you are doing no harm to our troubled earth and you know you also are helping bring more peace and justice to the world. And the cats are very sweet. (And if you want to dance - try going 20 minutes down the road to Guavate!)

We had a wonderful time at Casa Margarita. Joseph & Amber were amazing hosts and were very thoughtful and helpful through out our stay. From giving us little breakfast treats to accommodating our requests/ needs, they were truly astounding hosts. The place is described exactly as it was listed. It’s by no means is a modern place but gives local Puerto Rican house vibes. Having access to the beach gear: umbrellas, chairs, snorkel equipment etc were extremely helpful! It’s a small quaint little town and there is a small grocery store that is walkable.

A serene place to stay! The patio area was very relaxing and the Jacuzzi made it a wonderful place to end the evening. Mery was very responsive and gave directions when we were not sure of anything.

Loved staying here, definitely recommend for you to book with her! She was very attentive when I had questions!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. It’s away from the hustle but not too far from things to do. The pool and the outdoor kitchen are amazing. We enjoyed breakfast by the pool every morning. It was nice to be able to grill in the evening. Had everything we needed. Would highly recommend Andrea’s place!

This was an amazing spot, loved the setting/environment super clean and Judith was very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, loved the coquís singing at night 🐸🇵🇷

Jorge's place was very nice and homey, it had everything we needed even some additional supplies to take to the beach with us. It was very comfortable although it was fairly small 3 people were able to comfortably enjoy our stay here. Thank you for your time and hospitality

It was a great experience, I went to celebrate my 50th bday. She allowed us early check in and was waiting outside for our arrival. We were greeted with a big smile and gave us the keys. She even gave us a tour of the property. Before she left she gave us a shot of liquor and gave us the bottle to keep. She was the best host we ever had. During our stay the only con was the hot water. We did have a little trouble, the hot water was very inconsistent. But she informed us that it’s best that one person take a shower at time. Other than that everything was great. The pool water was perfect. Great location from the beach and la placita (we walked there all 5 nights). They even brought out an ashtray once they saw that we were getting ready to smoke. Once it was time to leave, they did allow us late check out. Overall a great stay.

From check in to check out Kristina was an amazing help! She set everything up perfectly and even decorated for my birthday. The space itself was clean and had everything we needed! It was so nice being steps away from the house after a long beach day. Will definitely be back!

Adienid’s place was fantastic! It met all of my family’s needs. We love the location and the convenience of staying there. We will most certainly book again when we return to PR.

Hôte top et très réactif. Je recommande fortement. Seul bémol, logement très lumineux donc vers 7h il fait jours dans le logement. Sinon top et la douche dehors bien pratique quand vous êtes plusieurs.

We had an amazing stay at villa Mifany, everything was perfect! We felt like we were right at home. They both were super friendly, responsive, and super quick to help if we needed anything. Everything was so clean from the pool, bathroom, bedroom. We loved that the Airbnb was in a gated community we felt so safe during our stay. We definitely will be coming back for our annual trip next year!

We had a very smooth and easy stay here! The instructions for check-in and check-out were very thorough. It was easy to get many places from the Airbnb. There are lots of walkable places and uber is widely available for longer distances. As other guests mentioned and the host is very clear about communicating, this is a 2nd floor location with no kitchen. There was a small fridge and coffee maker, a large closet area, lots of storage, plenty of towels. The host promptly brought a hair dryer when we couldn’t find one. There are neighborhood and city noises at night, and it’s not dark in the room at night, but my earplugs and eye mask did the trick. Again, we were prepared because the listing is very clear! We would gladly return here! Thanks for a lovely stay and great communication.

This was a wonderful place, and I would love to come back. I’ve stayed in this area many times. There are lots of great bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and drug stores within easy walking distance. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away, and Jose provides beach chairs and towels. Jose was extremely responsive and friendly. I couldn’t ask for anything more!
