Melissa was a huge help, answering our questions. The mix of historic charm and modern touches creates a one-of-a-kind retreat. We loved our time here and highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Farmington.

Staying at any of Catherine's units makes our stay that much more enjoyable. This was the first time we stayed at this unit, but it was just as comfortable as her other units. Catherine's rentals are always comfortable and well-appointed. You will always have what you need, and if anything is missing, Catherine will supply it promptly. The beds are always comfortable, the hot water is plentiful, the Wi-Fi is good, and Catherine is always responsive. Catherine provided bottled water for us for our stay, which to us, is going above and beyond. We have typically stayed in Catherine's units during holidays, so food prep has been involved. Catherine's kitchens are some of the best-equipped for the task, as she provides more appliances, pots and pans and cooking utensils than most. The bathroom towels were fresh and had a nice soft scent to them. Catherine also let me know that the unit was ready early so we could check in ahead of schedule. As always, we had a lovely stay.

It was a great place to stay. In Bloomfield Mexico and a tiny house was pretty good just a little tricky with the water heater and air conditioner. Try to see how to work it but it was all good. Thank you for letting us stay there.

Great Choice for our stay, easy to find, with good parking. Very clean and comfortable, and Katherine was very kind and responsive. would definitely stay here again.
