Great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was friendly and responsive. Check-in was easy. Would definitely stay again!

Francesco immediately showed himself to be a kind and helpful host towards us, as having a 20-month-old girl we needed to be able to put her to sleep and he immediately tried to do his best to meet our needs! He was kind enough to offer directions on where to go and useful tips on places to have breakfast! A host that I would recommend everyone meet on their own "travelers" journey. Thanks again!

This is a special place! When I booked this I had no idea how fantastic it would be. It’s a grand Italian villa with well kept flowering landscaping, winding paths, pool, grand main house and very comfortable accommodations. I highly recommend the dinner service; delicious regional food served on the lawn and the limoncello made from lemons grown on the property was a special treat. After dinner don’t miss the fireflies in the woods past the pool, they are magical. I also did not realize the host would be on site. He was very gracious and accommodating, from area recommendations of places to visit and restaurants to local travel and calling taxi’s for us. One night late we were stuck in Luca with no taxi service….he drove 20 minutes to pick us up!!! Ignacio is the perfect European gentleman. The Airbnb listing does not do this place justice you will be so pleasantly surprised if you stay here.

I fell in love with this house and didn't want to leave it. The place is quiet, the apartment has everything you need. Large veranda with sofa, dining area and even a sink. Close to several restaurants and cafes, including takeout. There is a house restaurant 200 m away where they make pizzas of your choice and fresh cantucci in minutes. Supermarket within 5 minutes' walk. The beach is less than 5 km away. Pisa is a 10-minute drive and Lucques is 20-30 minutes away. I would highly recommend it.

Bruno's place is very central and walkable. You can walk to everything. Bruno is also a great host and always responded almost instantly. The place is very clean and spacious. I'd book again next time!

Amazing little apartment. In good proximity to the City Centre and all the main attractions. Very clean and well-kitted. Damiano and Helena were always at hand to support and advise when needed. For example, there was a power-cut in the neighbourhood and both of them were very quick in responding to our questions. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone thinking of visiting Pisa and the surrounding region.

Miriam was an amazing host. She was always available and we got a lot of helpful information for the area. The apartment is very nice, very tastefully decorated and everything was super clean. There were many attentions (water, coffee, breakfast, enough towels, etc.) we didn't miss anything. We felt very comfortable. Thank you for everything. 😃

We only stayed 2 nights at Laura’s apartment in Lucca. It looked just like the photos. Communication was good, as were the nearby restaurants. We had a wonderful time and would recommend

Excellent accommodation, with a nice living room, comfortable sofa and top bed. We had a really good time. Special note for the hydromassage and multisensory shower. Recommended

Great location and comfortable apartment. Surprisingly quiet for how central it is with lots of nice restaurants, cafés and bars nearby. It’s also a 15min walk to the train station if you want to day trip to Florence and only half an hour walk to the airport.

Please do yourself a favour and book this place! Franco and his family are amazing hosts, the appartment looks even better in person and it is perfect for a romantic getaway. We had questioned ourselves whether it would be a downside to live together with more people on the property, but this turned out to be more of an advantage than anything. It felt like having very friendly neighbours, and we never felt like we had less personal space as a result. On top of this, the neighbouring towns are great for day trips and restaurants. So take the opportunity to enjoy this airbnb gem :) (someone mentioned the internet did not work, but this is fixed now)

Brilliant apartment, very clean and everything thing you need, just like home from home, plus extra goodies in the fridge free of charge. Walter is a great host, very responsive, and helpful. Very perfect experience, the decoration in the room can feel the host's care.Each room has its own private garden, where you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset views from the homestay.Excellent location, close to Siena, convenient to go to Pienza, highly recommended!

If this place is available , STOP looking ! It’s breathtaking ! The whole apartment is gorgeous but the view from both the small terrace and the huge one is heaven . Unobstructed views all around . Literally 360 degree view of paradise . Everything was perfect . Thank you so much Anna

Luca’s apartment overlooking the piazza was absolutely perfect! There were reviews about it being loud but honestly we were so tired every night from enjoying the beauty of Florence that I didn’t even notice any noise. The location couldn’t have been any better & it was a perfect space for my husband and I. Thank you Luca!!

If you wanna do social ig picture and tell to the world that you are in Florence , there is no other place more characteristic then this one . Wonderful . My girlfriend is still thanking me

Superb spot close to river. Bed is confortable. Yes, stairs could be a challenge for some only it is clearly stated. At the end of the day, it’s alright!

Eo has a gem of a place in the ❣️of Florence. The place was delightful and the garden terrace a bonus with jacuzzi. It was clean, lovely linens - the mattress was not my favorite but after great wine & pasta, pfff… I recommend for business or pleasure!

Matteo, Neri, and Alessandra went above and beyond for us on this trip. We had an issue with our stay elsewhere and they helped us in every way to make it smooth for us for stay in our apartment. They even helped us move to another one as well. We are truly grateful. The apartment itself is everything you would want. Super spacious, clean and comes with all the amenities (full working kitchen and all the basic things you would need). There’s also an elevator which is a huge plus! The view is amazing as well. We can see the Ponte Vecchio and with the doors closed, it is still very peaceful and quiet. Location is the best in Florence in my opinion. It’s close to everything without being in the huge crowds. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you again Matteo! We hope to be back soon!

This loft apartment is lovely and the perfect place for a couple. It has everything you need with a beautiful view on the sourrounding hills. The historic city center and the port is just a couple of minutes walk away and you get very quick to the trainstation to explore cinque terre.
