House vacation rentals in San Giovanni in Fiore

Nice place within easy walking distance to the beach with restaurant and beach bars nearby. We loved having access to both a pool and the beach. The place was secure, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The manager, Luca, was awesome and deserves his own 5-star rating! His responsiveness and warm hospitality would make coming back here an easy decision!

The house is wonderful, spacious and renovated; the private, quiet and clean public pool (it doesn't make it from the photos). You have to use the car, but there are many unique coves and beaches nearby. The only issue was checkout which is not at 12:00 pm as written, but at 10:00 am, which created a lot of discomfort. In any case, knowing this, the villa is worth all the money spent.

Very large and spacious house, perfect for more than one family or group of friends in an elegant and quiet residence, with all the comforts. The swimming pool is beautiful and equipped and the restaurant makes a great pizza. All the friendly and friendly staff with various evening activities. Included is also 50% off the Odyssey 2000 water park, which is within walking distance. Comfortable and fun if you have kids or kids! Everything is very close: beach, restaurants and supermarket. Impeccable cleanliness, sheets and towels included and quality, kitchen equipped with everything you need and even more (there is also a dishwasher), perfect rooms for a family. Having 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and the other without) is a plus, not considering the outdoor shower (hot). The house is equipped with solar panels, during the day you can use the energy without thinking of extra costs. The location is very good, in the middle of the small village, facing the sea. Next to the street, on the other side of the street, there is a great restaurant/pizzeria. The beach in front of the house is free and very large, the owners leave an umbrella and two sunbeds available for guests, to be taken down daily. Beautiful and very clean sea. The pool was the highlight of the house. It is ideal for days when the wind is too strong and the sea is too agitated, you can enjoy the sun and bathe in tranquility. Very kind owners, who leave nothing to chance!!

Another great stay at Pietros place .As our previous visit we found the house well presented, very-clean and ready for our visit. I previously left a post two years ago about our first stay and not a lot has changed in our opinion. You find a well equipped kitchen, a spacious property that is now fitted with slide door mosquito nets which is a great addition . AC added to one other bedroom, one previous,and the pool area upgraded with a covered seating area where you can look out to sea or the hills opposite. My elderly in laws along with ourselves drove up and down the hill,mountain,not sure which! we had two cars . If you want to get away from it all , with a private pool yet 15 minute drive to the supermarket and beach beyond id recommend this place . A car , vehicle is essential for this home!! We also drove to Pizzo and had a day at Tropea about 1.45 in a car, easily accessed and well worth the visit for a day trip. Beaches in Amentea are sand covered and the sea is lovely with a gradient in the water that doesn’t drop off too sharply, in my opinion!. We used the public beach under umbrellas and occasionally went to one of the many restaurant, lidos for lunch. Parking is also easy on the roads opposite .We parked mainly in town as we were always late to the beach ,preferring poolside until midday , this meant that beach front parking had gone by the time we arrived.Even so a 5 minute stroll to the beach . So yes, if you like space, stunning views, a pool at hand and a quieter tranquil side to your holiday id recommend this home as there cant be many like it for location!

My stay at the bungalow was simply wonderful. The place is very modern, comfortable and was spotless. The whole environment is a real garden. There are flowers, well-kept grass, animals and a connection with nature that invites you to rest. The views are beautiful, especially the sunset that can be seen in total tranquility from the pool, for example, which is in a closed area so you can enjoy it at any time of day. The location is excellent, very close to the airport, just 10 minutes away, and getting there is easy because it is well signposted. In addition, the host was very friendly and helpful at all times, which made the experience even better. Ideal for those looking for a quiet place, surrounded by greenery and with all the amenities. I highly recommend it!

A beautiful house in a beautiful quiet environment where nothing is missing. Beautiful pool and well-kept indoors and outdoors. Alessandra and her husband Maurizio are wonderful hosts. They gave us great tips on restaurants, locations, beaches and much more. I can only recommend it to everyone!

Giovannio was a fantastic host. Very helpful & friendly. The place was perfect and great value for money. Lovely place out of the way. Peaceful and nice days relaxing by the pool whilst the kids had fun.

Spacious, clean and great house for those who want to spend a week relaxing with their family or friends. The house is in a somewhat isolated area outside the village, so not very suitable for those who want to live "modana", but excellent for those looking for peace, relaxation and pleasant temperatures. The sea can be reached in 10 minutes by car along a bent road that crosses the village of Belmonte and reaches the marina. We were able to appreciate all the services offered by the house: outdoor hot tub, large garden and veranda, super equipped house and spectacular sea view. The host was always available to our every need and intervened quickly with a small issue we had with the veranda lighting. Great experience!

Such a cute apartment in a really old hilltop town. If you want to experience local culture, this is the place to be. A lot of the locals spoke German which helped us to communicate! But generally there are not many attractions nearby. If you want a place to chill out and wind down with a beautiful view, this the place. Eleonora put a lot of attention into detail and even left us snacks. The access was quite difficult with very skinny streets, but we saw it as an adventure! There are restaurant in the town down the hill which are quite good.

Wondefful place and incredibly friebdly hosts. I could not have asked for a better arrangement.

Period 11/08 -23/08.... Perfect stay: the accommodation more than meets the description, comfortable, equipped with all comforts, located inside a quiet and well-kept residence, a few steps (but very few) from the beach and the center of the village. A special thank you to Mr. Giuseppe because he is a really friendly and caring person towards guests, always available. And if we consider the beautiful sea of this area, I would say that you could not hope for a better vacation.

Great place for those who want to enjoy the tranquility a bit outside of Lamezia. There is all the need for a relaxed stay. Everything clean! Antonio is a great host and I will definitely be back!

Nadia is a precise and kind guest. The apartment is in an original and hospitable area. Il Pollino and his people surprised me. I wanted to spend more time and come back...and if so, I'll certainly ask Nadia for hospitality

The Rocketta House is an interesting place to stay if you are looking to spend some time in a typical "centro storico" area. It has all the amenities that are necessary for cooking, sleeping, and cleaning, and is very well located. You can walk to the famous Sanctuary of San Francesco di Paola. The main central square is 5 minutes away. Ferruccio is a lovely host who is always available to answer any question related to your trip. If a person has allergies to mold, the place may not be the right fit. Ferruccio did mention the mold to me before we came to Paola. The upper floor has a very nice balcony, so you don't sense the mold. The bathrooms have curtains instead of doors and an exterior wood sliding door without a lock that separates them from the living room area. For some people it may not be a big deal, but for a group of four (me, my mother and two siblings) it was a bit of an issue. The warm welcome from the neighbor was a great part of our visit.

Antonio, his wife and mother Mina were so warm and welcoming. Our trip from Rome was much longer than we anticipated and they waited up until 1:30 am to let us in. The home is beautiful and so well equipped for a comfortable visit. Mina so graciously, took us to restaurant, where we could eat and helped us connect with our distant relatives. The whole experience was a dream come true for us. We were only here for two days but I would highly recommend a longer stay. The views are beautiful. A great place for an artist or writer or anyone needing to be restored. God willing we would love to return.

I spent time in this beautiful house and I can say with certainty that it was one of the most relaxing experiences of recent times. The proximity to the sea is a real luxury: in a few minutes on foot you can reach the beach, without stress, without a car. Just the sea breeze and the sound of the waves. The house is immersed in a quiet setting, truly an oasis of peace. Perfect for getting away from the chaos of the city and regenerating. You can only hear the chirping of the birds and the scent of the pine trees. The house is well-equipped and you can see that it is cared for with love: there is everything you need, from the full kitchen to the outdoor area with shower. But the real highlight was the patio! A wonderful white wooden canopy where I cooked thanks to an outdoor masonry kitchen (with fridge and sink) A place that makes you feel right at home, with the sea just a stone's throw away and time that seems to slow down. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back

Great value for money, Giovanni is very available. The apartment is a comfortable basement with new furnishings and a really satisfying outdoor space. It's not an upscale place of course, but it's worth the price you paid. Thank you Giovanni, we will be back

Great home in the historic centre of Rogliano. The house and furnishing are of high quality, very comfortable, and in a quiet residential location. Home is within easy walking distance to the town centre, all types of shopping and small town life, activities, and events. Community parking is available nearby and the train station is within a few hundred metres. Easy access to the freeway for side trips. The Vincenzo and his sister in law are very kind and helpful making our family's vacation to the area a pleasure.

This is a very charming and substantial historical residence in Decollatura. We stayed here as it was walking distance to our family who we were visiting for almost a week. Arcangelo and his family were perfect hosts making us feel welcome and responding to queries in a timely manner. It is such a joy to stay in a home that is used by a family as it means that everything you need to be able to cook and entertain is right here. We had a wonderful time having our family of 12 people for a beautiful lunch. There are also places to eat out, (although we mostly ate with our family in their homes). The garden and grounds are also very beautiful. We cannot recommend Arcangelo and his beautiful home enough, I hope we get to stay again!

Francesca was lovely and responsive to our messages, we booked very last minute but she was very accommodating to our arrival time. The flat was very clean and in a nice area, easy to find. We also had a flat tire the next morning which Francesca helped us out with massively. She was really helpful in calling a mechanic and getting us back on the road!

Beautiful cabin surrounded by nature just a stone's throw from Camigliatello. Stuck for one night to spend an evening with a barbecue with friends, a wonderful setting and a house with all the comforts. Very kind and super available host for any questions or needs. Highly recommended

The accommodation is as described, it is located on the 1st floor of a house in the center of the small town. Clean apartment. Very pleasant and reliable host in his directions. Thank you for this good restaurant recommended by Francesco. Nothing negative to report.
