A little slice of heaven in Circeo. We have had an experience that we will carry in our hearts. The house is wonderful, with attention to the smallest details, very clean, cozy and with a view that leaves you breathless, the kind that makes you stop and look in silence. It's the ideal place to really unwind, breathe freedom, and find calm immersed in beauty🦋. The location is perfect for exploring the Circeo, but also just to stay there, simply, to enjoy the peace. A special thank you goes to the host: rare kindness, attentive but never intrusive presence. We felt welcomed, at home. It's one of those places where you leave a piece of your heart... and as you close the door, you already dream of returning.

This was the best place we have ever stayed. The pictures of the house are accurate but they cannot communicate how beautiful the house and area are. The outside area is very well thought out and the hammock is a joy! The beach is stunning and clean with beautiful clear water and easy swimming. The location of the property means that you feel have you plenty of space and privacy. Alessandro is very helpful and responsive and kindly arranged to pick us up from the station. If you want privacy, peace, relaxation and the beach this is perfect. We only wished we could have stayed longer. A couple of tips - the walk along the beach to the town is about a kilometre and there is a supermarket on Via Cristoforo Colombo that has more than enough choice. If you want a quick coffee in the morning take a right when you come down the stairs to the beach and Salette beach club is a couple of minutes away. The old town is lovely but steep to get there. Loved it.

We couldn't ask for more! The accommodation was simply fantastic: a portion of a beachfront villa, cared for with simplicity, very clean and super equipped. Absolute merit note to the dehors: a priceless space immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, with a breathtaking view of the sea. Giorgia was very helpful and very flexible, making everything even more enjoyable. A real surprise... and a certainty for the future: we will definitely be back!

Raffaella and Nimmo are extremely welcoming hosts and could not have been kinder to my daughter and myself. Their home is perfect and very spacious with the most amazing view to Formia and Gaeta. They helped with recommendations on where to walk and what to see locally and even booked a table at the Osteria for us. They felt a welcome pack which was extremely kind and their olive oil is wonderful. We could easily have stayed longer and enjoyed the coast that was very close and the towns for meals and gelato It was a great find and anyone who books it will be very fortunate.

This villa is extra special! The property is huge and elegant, everything you would ever expect from a 5 star property. Put that together with an amazing host like Luigia and you have the perfect vacation spot! We felt at home there and would love to return again. It's a short ride to Rome and a great getaway from the busy city. The view of the nearby town is also amazing! We are grateful to our generous hosts for their hospitality and kindness. This is a rare find!

Such a peaceful, lovely space! That view was unbeatable! The bed was comfortable and the apartment well-appointed. We were able to make ourselves several meals and had all that we needed to do so. We were glad to have the entire location to ourselves until late in the evening the night before we left. The parking situation seems like it would have been tricky had the house been full during our stay.

We spent an incredible stay in your house, the design and location are outstanding. And it’s a beautiful combination of architecture, design and nature!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Salvatore and Paola's cottage for a week! Salvatore communicated via messages prior to check in to ensure a smooth experience and offered many suggestions for local restaurants, beaches & points of interest. He, Paola & their 2 dogs were so welcoming and friendly! Salvatore joined us on the terrace one day with a bottle of limoncello made by Paola's mother...a refreshing and delicious, unexpected and thoughtful treat! He also left us some delicious loquat medlar fruit (which I never heard of) that he picked on the property. The cottage is very cozy, simply and beautifully decorated and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay! All necessities were provided and like new (towels/sheets, kitchenware, soap/shampoo) as well as extras like olive oil, spices, coffee/tea/juice and cookies. The terrace was extra amazing & offered a relaxing start and end to each day, with amazing ocean and sunset views! We Highly Recommend!
