Barn of 60m2 dating from the end of the 18th century, restored on 3 levels in the commune of Roure, commune of the National Park of Mercantour. Located only 1h15 from Nice and ideally located between the Tinée and the Cians. Stunning view facing south on the valley with large wooden terrace. Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. There is room for 4 comfortable people (up to 6 with sofa bed). 1 double bedroom, 1 bunk bed in niche/living room, sofa bed in living room. A stone's throw from the center of Entracque, 1 km from the Alpine slopes, 2 km for cross-country skiing. The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator. Great view. Garage, where the washing machine is located. New gas boiler. We ask for a minimum stay of two nights and to leave the apartment tidy.

A room on the Oggia

A simple and romantic space, a real room without frills with a kitchenette and a small terrace overlooking the river: from here you can see a small stone bridge... and the sound of flowing water. The accommodation is a single large vault: the whole house has been restored using natural materials, lime and paints made with flour and linseed oil. For the winter months, there is a wood stove that guests can manage independently. Wood is provided for the stay.

The nest

Once called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's hut served as a kitchen and dining room. It was there that the milk was transformed into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbors ,and where social life was tied up.Tools,seeds, harvests ,were also stored in the arbec. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a sense of protection, peace, conducive to rest.
