My husband and I enjoyed our stay with Giulia. The apartment was very close (2 minute walk) to the train station which meant we could go on a day trip to Venice. However, to Bologna city Centre it is around a 20-25 minute walk, so be prepared for lots of walking. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The only issue was the boiler taking a while to heat water for showers and the toilet was very slow to fill with water so often had to flush with a bucket of water from the bathroom tap. Overall a very nice apartment.

A well-lit staircase leads to a window with wooden shutters that open to a small outdoor view. The walls are painted in neutral tones, and decorated with a simple iron railing, offering a welcoming transition to the living space.

If I could give this listing more than 5 stars, I would! The apartment itself is exactly as pictured. It is pristinely clean and the beds are comfortable. Gabriele arranged parking for us and gave the clearest directions on where and how to go, taking all the guess work out of arriving, parking, and getting into the apartment. He also gave us a great recommendation for our first meal (La Salsamenteria). He checked in via text/What's App a couple times during our stay to make sure everything was going well. At the end of our stay, they allowed us to leave our luggage for a bit while we grabbed a bite to eat before departing. We fell in love with Bologna and are looking forward to returning and staying at Sara and Gabriel's Green House again. Thanks for an awesome stay!!

This was one of the best Airbnbs that I have stayed at. The apartment was clean and exactly like the pictures. I was able to settle in quickly. The apartment is within walking distance of many of the sights in Bologna, and there were several good restaurants nearby. The hosts were incredibly kind, and they sent restaurant recommendations. I was only here for a week, but the next time I am staying in Bologna, I would love to stay here again.

Located just outside of the more tourist frequented area, the apartment was close to everything while allowing a more relaxed and local experience. Everything worked perfectly, and Nicola is amazingly fast to respond when the slightest trouble arose. All in all, Nicola is a great host and I can't recommend his appartment enough.

Elena's house is in a quiet, peaceful and safe area. Convenient parking in the area. We had a great time at Elena's, beyond expectations. The house is clean, tidy, spacious, Elena is an attentive and caring host, she left us fresh water in the refrigerator, necessary to prepare coffee or tea, well-equipped kitchen, bath and kitchen products, disinfectant at the entrance, plenty of towels in the closet, a nice library provided (not found everywhere) a piano for those who want and like. The house is very bright and spacious, 3 balconies, 2 bathrooms and 2 rooms. Nothing is missing. There is also air conditioning, but we didn't need to use it, because the house is cool. Elena is very discreet, but present, generous and not rigid on check-in and check-out. The Zaragoza area is elegant and lively, the porticoes with their vitality are not far from the house. Highly recommended. I'll be back. Thank you, Elena.

This is a fabulous apartment in a wonderful location only a short walk from the historic centre of Bologna. Clean and elegantly furnished, it’s like staying in a home rather than a holiday let and somewhere we looked forward to coming back to after a day of sightseeing, especially to sit on the terrace with a glass of wine. Christina and Carolina were charming and super helpful hosts - always quick to respond to messages and help with booking taxis etc. It really was the most perfect place to stay whilst visiting Bologna.
