The place is perfect for a tranquil stay: the sea is a few steps away, and the sunsets are extraordinary. Jennifer was extremely helpful and responsive when we needed. Recommended for traveling with family, friends, and even couples. We will definitely go back!

We loved our stay! The hosts were so friendly, very welcoming and helpful with everything. It is a place to relax, with the beach right in front. We used the beach chairs and sun umbrella everyday, and while watching the flying flamingos at sunset. The village is a short walk away. We’ll miss our long walks on the beach, the quietness of this place and our kind hosts. We hope to be back!

Nos encantó nuestra estancia, tuvimos días de relajación frente al mar, con el sonido de las olas, la casa tiene una magnífica ubicación y la decoración con palmeras de coco la convierten en un paraíso realmente acogedor, realmente disfrutamos el lugar, ideal para descansar y disfrutar con la familia. Mis hijos se divirtieron mucho, disfrutaron de la piscina y de la playa. La anfitriona fue muy atenta y amable en todo momento. Muchas gracias!!!!!

Hermoso lugar, alojamiento agradable, contó con todos los servicios, espacioso, tranquilo, acogedor y con acceso directo a la playa. sin lugar a dudas un lugar que vale la pena estar

Ik bracht de laatste 2 weken van mijn reis in dit huisje door om in afzondering te werken. Deze plek was betoverend en inspirerend! Wanneer de zee woelig is, ziet die er een beetje donker uit omwille van de aangespoelde grassen (dus inderdaad geen hagelwit strand en blauwe zee). Maar ik vond de nabijheid van het water en het constante geluid van de golven ontzettend rustgevend! Ik hield van de afgelegen locatie van dit charmante dorpje. Ik had een huurwagen. Dorpje Dzitzantun, waar je boodschappen kan doen, is ongeveer 20 min rijden maar Yavier was zo vriendelijk om boodschappen mee te brengen, indien nodig. Hij en zijn vrouw Melba waren heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig! Ze haalden bv kokosnoten uit de boom en sneden deze doormidden zodat ik kokossap kon drinken. Het huis is goed uitgerust en een beetje verouderd maar dat vond ik niet erg. In het tegenoverliggende meer woont een alligator die we konden spotten, heel cool! Cenote Dzonot Dziik (20min rijden) is een bezoekje waard!

It's really one of the best places I've stayed in, the sunset of the place doesn't do justice to the photos, it's wonderful! My family had an incredible time! The house is fully habitable has absolutely everything you need for your stay and the administrator was always super friendly and communicated frequently. Although there is a tenant in the back space, we never had any problem, we didn't really notice his presence. Dulce, thank you very much for this wonderful space, we will definitely return soon.

Unique beautiful house with a stunning vaulted living room filled with sunlight and art! It was such a great space that we ended up spending more time at the house than we anticipated, lounging by the pool, and on the beach. A one of a kind experience!

La casa está muy bonita, pero el patio y el balcón se llevan definitivamente un 10/10, excelentes vistas al atardecer y sobretodo mucha privacidad, por lo que nos encantó el Airbnb, definitivamente volvería! La playa se encuentra aproximadamente a 5 minutos caminando del alojamiento.

Desde el día uno Christine estuvo al pendiente, súper flexibles y amables, la casa tiene una ubicación privilegiada y cuenta con todo lo necesario (y hasta más), cerca de establecimientos para hacer las compras o salir a comer-cenar, la alberca y la playa fueron ese plus que hizo el viaje maravilloso, no se pierdan los atardeceres ni amaneceres en la playa o a la orilla de la alberca, definitivamente 10 de 10, muchas gracias por todas sus atenciones 😊

Super séjour. Petit problème d’horaire à l’arrivée mais Abril a été efficace dans la communication et l’offre de départ de la villa. La villa était parfaite pour un petit groupe qui avait un mariage non loin des villas. Super piscine, beach club parfait. Maison idéale pour partager avec ses trois chambres avec salle de bain privative. Très propre. Super rapport qualité prix. Nous conserverons ce lieu pour y revenir assurément. Le seul défi est que sans voiture c’est plus difficile. Les Uber viennent rarement et sont difficiles à avoir. Certain qu’avec une voiture c’est un peu plus convivial. Merci pour le séjour !

This home is so peaceful and in a wonderful location. Right on the beach and very close to the center of the town. Great restaurants close by. Very friendly locals. The house is comfortable and the patios on the beach side are fabulous. The swing on the second level patio is hard to peel yourself off of. The kitchen is well stocked with any items needed for cooking. Another bonus is the pool with lovely fountains. Northon and Dory are gracious hosts and always available and easy to communicate with. I enjoyed my stay so much. Thanks for sharing your lovely home! I will be back.

Me encantó el lugar, definitivamente lo volvería a visitar

La maison est dans un emplacement exceptionnel, devant la mer, avec de nombreux équipement. Micheal est un hôte attentif et très réactif, la clé du cadenas de la machine a lavé a cassé lors de notre deuxième jour et il a régit dans l'heure pour organiser la venue de quelqu'un et nous assurer l'accès à la machine à laver. La palapa qui donne sur la mer offre de merveilleux coucher de soleil.

El departamento está completamente equipado para familias, el hecho de estar completamente climatizado es algo que se agradece totalmente, la cocina tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar, amo cuando hay agua para beber desde la llegada, sal, aceite, azúcar, etc se agradece tanto. Fuimos por aniversario de bodas y Caro fue propositiva para recomendar opciones para festejar, el roof top es un must cansado para subir pero vale completamente la pena, la playa está a una cuadra pero está lindisima. Si estás indecis@ ya encontraste tu lugar!!!

This Airbnb is unbelievable. The finishing of this house took my breath away. It couldn’t be better designed and more gorgeous. Fantastic location if you’re looking for beach. Though isolated it is in walking distance to a small grocery store where we could buy our food and supplies.

I wish we would've rented a car as there are no golf cart rentals in Telchac. Google shows many restaurants but they are all almost closed our close at 6pm. no night life and very hard to get around.

Mi familia y yo hemos ido en dos ocasiones al alojamiento de Charly y nos encanta. Seguiremos regresando porque la ubicación es privilegiada, Justo a unos pasos del mar. La playa está muy bien y la alberca nueva está fantástica para nuestros niños. Además Charly es muy cálido y amable hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Lo único que recomiendo es llevar todo para la cocina. Me refiero a aceite para cocinar, servilletas, café, bolsas de basura etc porque no hay nada de eso. Por lo demás todo excelente. Súper recomendamos este lindo alojamiento 👌🏻

The place was very homey. Typical older beach house feel, but had everything we needed. The AC in the bedrooms made it very comfortable at night and the fans in the main areas kept it tolerable even on the hottest days. The best part of the house is the back patio with private pool and the immediate beach access right off the patio. Super beautiful and relaxing. Sunsets were beautiful from the back patio. We found tons of really neat shells almost every day, just walking the beach a bit. The ocean was calm and shallow most mornings and my 7 year old daughter loved swimming in it. Most days we saw no one on the beach. The water pressure in the showers was what you would expect from an older house in a small Mexican town. The provided sand toys were really great for my daughter. Overall it was a great stay and we’d recommend it.

Nuestra estancia fue todo lo que esperábamos, la casa nos resultó cómoda y con todos las amenidades necesarias. Está un poco retirada de la ciudad pero eso igual nos permitió tener la privacidad y tranquilidad que buscábamos. Muchas gracias Wilma por recibirnos en tu bonito espacio.

We stayed at Jorge's place with the 6 of us for 5 days. This AirBnB is abaolutely gorgeous. It's like you walked straight into a pinterest picture. The house is super well furnished, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped and everything was very clean. and the views.. oh my. beautiful! The bedrooms are very spacious and beautifully made and the bathrooms have everything you need and are clean! Jorge was very flexible about an earlier check in, welcomed us at the house and explained all the important things. He also provided us with some local tips for restaurants and made sure to answer all our questions in a very timely manner. We had a great time at this place and we will for sure consider coming back in the future.

Las fotos no le hacen justicia a la casa! si, es una casa rustica pero divina!! excelente decoración, lugar seguro para dormir, el área de la piscina frente al mar es fabulosa. Definitivamente regresaremos. Cabe mencionar que parece que le acaban de dar mantenimiento completo a la casa porque se veía recién pintada.

La casa está muy bien ubicada, la playa es muy bonita y tranquila, para quienes les gusta nadar en el mar es una alberca con poco movimiento, es excelente. La casa con espacios muy amplios y muy buenas condiciones. Gabriel y Tony siempre atentos a nosotros. Muy recomendable.
