My family and I have been to Charly's place twice and we love it. We will keep coming back because the location is privileged, just a few steps from the sea. The beach is very nice and the new pool is fantastic for our children. Also, Charly is very warm and friendly, and made us feel at home. The only thing I recommend is to bring everything for the kitchen. I mean cooking oil, napkins, coffee, trash bags, etc. because there's none of that. Otherwise, everything was excellent. We highly recommend this nice accommodation 👌🏻

GREAT STAY! It is very peaceful place. The place is completely worth the place because of the location, the view. It has all the equipment of a house that is needed for a good stay. Sofía always answered my questions and that left me quiet. I would definitely go again.

I visit the house two or three times a year , it is my refuge , the space to share the beauty of the Yucatecan sea to those who visit me, the place to spend the best moments but also the place to regain strength in case of need .

We had a wonderful stay at Rodolfo’s place! The house is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Rodolfo is a fantastic host—very responsive and thoughtful. One suggestion I would make to future guests is to confirm ahead of time which amenities are actually available, as in our case, the paddle court, glamping area, and chicken farm were not available and we only found out upon check-in. That said, Rodolfo handled the situation incredibly well and offered a great solution that more than made up for it. This is definitely a place I’ll be booking again in the future! Highly recommended.

Juan's house is a very pleasant and comfortable, quiet and safe place. A fascinating view. A very suitable room layout. Highly recommended to enjoy a few days of rest. You feel like spending a new year in that paradise.

Oscar was always very attentive to our stay and made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed the place. The villa is comfortable, it is decorated and although it is not facing the sea, the beach club is a few meters away on foot. The beach is nice, quiet and there is a restaurant right in front of the villa complex. Totally recommended!

What a nice and quiet stay, nice place and house. We asked few questions because before arrival they had already told us everything we needed, if we could disconnect as we wanted. Something we can't fail to mention is the beauty of the beach, bearing in mind that to preserve it like this, it's not only the effects of the environment, it has a lot to do with the decisions they've made to preserve it over time, one of them, the dune vegetation. Thank you very much for everything!!

The house is in an exceptional location, in front of the sea, with many amenities. Micheal is an attentive and very responsive host, the key to the washing machine lock broke on our second day and he responded within the hour to arrange for someone to come and ensure we had access to the washing machine. The palapa overlooking the sea offers wonderful sunsets.

Clean, tidy, comfortable and functional accommodation, I would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay in Puerto Progreso at Alexis' flat. The flat has a stunning view, is spacious and is exactly as advertised. The parking spot dedicated to the flat was very helpful. Interacting with Alexis was very nice and easy. It's a good place to stay at and discover the hidden gem that Puerto Progreso is.

The place has an excellent oceanfront location, it is definitely a very peaceful place to spend with family. We had no issues during our stay. I would just add that they don't have a lot of privacy because it is wing of another house and there is no division. We were lucky that we were alone for two nights and were able to enjoy the tranquility and privacy. The house has an excellent ocean view, is very well equipped and the manager was very kind all the time. Only the bathrooms need a little more attention as they were a little dusty and neglected. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Our stay was everything we expected, the house was comfortable and with all the necessary amenities. It's a bit far from the city, but that still allowed us to have the privacy and tranquility we were looking for. Thank you very much Wilma for welcoming us to your beautiful space.

Superhost and house itself is large and great value for money. Living on the beach is something special. Looked like surroundings where affected by the storm, only one palm tree still standing on the plot/beach etc. Michael was quick to reply on the issues we had during our stay.

I had a great stay at Carolina’s place! The location right by the beach was perfect, and everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean, luxurious, complete and comfortable. It met our expectations. We liked that the parking lot was paved, with a security guard, shaded with mesh and easy access. Our apartment was located on the ground floor but the condominiums have an elevator. Very nice beach and facilities. Well-stocked kitchen. The private pool was a bit cloudy, unlike the public pools, but due to the low number of people, we were able to enjoy the public pools without any problems. The management staff are very helpful and kind, as is our host. When leaving the apartment, I asked if it was necessary to take out the trash or even if it was a problem to leave some dirty dishes because the liquid soap ran out. However, we were informed that it was not necessary since the cleaning service would take care of it. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly go back.

My stay at this Airbnb in San Benito Beach was just amazing. The beach is beautiful, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of the place. The apartment exceeded all my expectations as it is much nicer in person than the pictures. Everything was as described in the listing, very clean and well taken care of. What really made the experience even more special was Michael's hospitality. At all times he was very, very attentive and willing to help us, even with extraordinary things we needed during our stay. He is an exceptional host, always available to make sure everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable get away by the sea. This was a remote location but a nice place to hangout for a few days. The beach is not very clean unfortunately, we picked up a large trash bag worth of plastic trash just in the front of the home. The Airbnb itself was very spacious for us 8. The little room/apartment on the side is a bit awkward and secluded but it was fine for us. The kitchen is very well stocked. Prior to checking in you receive a Google forms that is very detailed for all the information you will need. Unfortunately due to the close location to the ocean and the humidity the bathrooms have a lot of build up and things don’t dry very well inside the home. Overall I would recommend this home if you are location for a remote stay with a large family.

This is a wonderful condo on San Benito beach. Peaceful and quiet. There are 2 small towers that make up this apartment complex, and this apartment is just behind the beachfront building. The living room patio doors are floor to ceiling windows, which open up to let the ocean breeze in. Also AC in all rooms. There is a partial ocean view from the living room and 2 of the bedrooms. I would stay here again. A short drive to Progreso or Telchac Puerto.
