The Villa of 80sqm consists of a large double bedroom of 21 sqm sea view, a living room of 21 sqm with sofa bed sea view; a nice bathroom with shower and toilet and a kitchen with living room sea view. Outside you can enjoy a large, well-kept and panoramic garden where you will find furnished areas where you can enjoy the breathtaking view. From the garden on foot, you go down to the nearest beach, Is Canaleddus, which is equipped with a deck overlooking the sea and a restaurant.

Casa Cannas – Sardinian House (iun P5660)

A real sardinian "casa campidanese" in the middle of a little town. Casa Cannas was the house of my great uncle Giovanni. Built in the 40s, with traditional furniture but with all the comforts, garden with car spot, in a little street in Villaputzu, 10 minutes from Porto Corallo, 15 from the wild Murtas beach and about 30 minutes from the famous Castiadas and Villasimius beaches.

Ladiri is a house from the first half of the 19th century in the historic center of Sinnai. Made of raw earth, it has been recently restored with special attention to the choice of materials and attention to detail. It is located 10 minutes from the sea and a quarter of an hour from Cagliari.
