House vacation rentals in Samara Beach

What a fantastic place to stay! It's just a 15-minute walk to the beach, which made it super convenient for morning strolls and catching the sunset. There are tons of great restaurants and cafés nearby, so you’ll never run out of options for food or drinks. The space itself was spotless and really cozy—it instantly felt like home. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into making sure guests are comfortable. They were welcoming, responsive, and truly know how to treat people right. I would absolutely stay here again!

Jeffe’s place is in an amazing spot in Santa Teresa. Easily walkable to all the best restaurants and beach bars. She gave us great recommendations and the place was great! The outside area was our favorite part!

Highly recommended, the house is beautiful and with all the comforts you may need, the pool is very clean and fresh, the place where it is located is very nice surrounded by forest with a lot of peace and privacy, the hosts' attention was exceptional from the beginning, always attentive and pending with the arrival and everything we need to know. We definitely want to return to that same house because the whole experience exceeded our expectations from beginning to end, and again very grateful for Álvaro's attention, we will see you again!

My experience at this house in Marbella was absolutely wonderful. From the first moment, communication with the host was clear, friendly and very professional. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos: bright, clean, perfectly equipped and with very tasteful decoration. The location is ideal, close to the beach, restaurants and places of interest, but at the same time in a quiet area that allows you to rest in total comfort. I also highlight the attention to detail: soft towels, very comfortable beds, full kitchen and perfect outdoor spaces to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100%.

Excellent Place and great location!

Wonderful week with my family of four! Loved Punta Islita—beautiful beach and resort- amenities available to us! So much wildlife around! We actually loved the separate master bedroom, worked perfectly for us. The pool was exquisite! Highly recommend!

This rental has a nice modern Boho-feel. It is about one block from Playa Pelada and you can easily walk to a bodega for provisions. Our kids loved the pool!

Pia's place is probably my favorite AirBnb ever. It's a little beachside oasis right in the heart of Santa Teresa. Walk across the beautifully landscaped yard and onto the sand of one of the best beaches in Costa Rica. Iguanas, monkeys, butterflies and birds everywhere. A great hotel next door for good meals and pool time for kids. Pia is an exceptionally cool and kind and helpful host. And the house itself is awesome -- beautifully designed, well maintained, gorgeous. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Wow! What an amazing place! Right on an empty beach and the cutest house! We had a great stay here and are already dreaming of coming back especially when a pool is added!

Perfect hidden gem right next to awesome beach

Very nice villa, clean, private, it is in a fairly new development, some new construction around, security guard at the entrance, the monkeys pass directly into the yard, everything is in place for a nice stay. Only soft bé, the road to get there is quite arduous.

Chad and his teams were extremely helpful and kind during our stay. We really enjoyed the large living space and the open kitchen concept right in the middle of the jungle. Big thanks to Jespers for being so nice to us!

Great spot right in the middle of marbella easy walk to the store. the beach is a little further but still walkable. Red has e-bikes for rent that make everything a-lot more accessible. The pool and half pipe are awesome additions! Red was a great host can help you with anything you need. Already planning our next trip here! Cant wait to come back to this amazing place.

This place was truly amazing. The house has a beautiful ocean view and was very comfortable. All the AC units worked well, which was welcomed on the hot nights. We also enjoyed the pool to cool off on hot days and the hammocks to relax after a long day! The house was very clean and secure, and the WiFi was very fast which was welcomed for movie nights. I appreciated the extra neighborhood security, they were very nice and we felt safe. Crystal was very responsive and detailed in instructions for arrival and departure. The one thing I might recommend, is adding a few beach chairs to take down to playa Negra! Thanks again Crystal, we will certainly be back!

Alex’s home was absolutely breathtaking. My partner and I traveled with our 15-month old son, and the space was perfect for beautiful, peaceful mornings with a spectacular view, afternoon swims, and lots of space for the little guy to run around safely as we cooked in the large kitchen/grand room. It’s a quick drive to town, and Alex helpfully provided restaurant and activity recommendations. The hosts even provided a highchair for our little guy that really made things easier for us! The howler monkeys in the area provided a bit of a symphony, but it really added to the natural beauty and feel of the home. Would recommend to anyone.

Great place to spend a relaxing vacation. Douglas was very responsive and the property was in a beautiful location. If you arent familiar with Costa Rica, be prepared the roads and long travel times. The location is in a beautiful location, but doesnt have alot of locations near the property. We were looking for that so it was perfect. Douglas' instructions and recommendations were very helpful and we really enjoyed the pool on property. We also had private chefs and massages on site which were great.

We had a very good time at our stay. There are multiple restaurants in the area and Kooks and is very nice for dancing in the weekend. Rotem was very nice with helping us setting ip the TV and offered us to borrow his Netflix. He furthermore helped us getting a shuttle to our next destination. Will definitely recommend his apartment and him as a host.

We absolutely loved staying here. The house is very welcoming and comfortable as well as easy to find and easy parking. Now, the view…that’s amazing!! We were able to relax and enjoy just being there. The outdoor area & pool are very well maintained as is the entire house. Will, the caretaker/concierge is super friendly, helpful and the owners are very lucky to have him as their representative. The beach and many great restaurants are a short drive away. We would most definitely love to rent this place again ❤️

A Peaceful Getaway Near the Beach It was a beautiful house close to the beach, and it was the perfect mix of tranquility and convenience. Surrounded by nature, the property offered a private and peaceful retreat, ideal for relaxation. Despite the secluded feel, it was just a short distance from town, making it easy to access restaurants and any essentials. For us was perfect because we were looking for a quiet escape or a balance between nature and accessibility, this place offers the best of both worlds! Looking forward to visit again.

We had a great time, everything was perfect.We loved the pool and the casita was perfect for my 25 years old daughter. The view was incredible. There was construction near by but it wasn’t loud. It didn’t affect our vacation. I loved the kitchen, it was really well equipped! We highly recommend La Caza de Paz and we would come back for sure!

Our stay at Casa Blanca was everything we could have hoped for. The view and pool were spectacular and taking in the sunsets from the patio was our favourite way to end the day. Highly recommend bringing in Mauricio for a private meal and exploring Marbella for lunch at the Tiki Hut.

My wife and I have been coming to Costa Rica for 16 years. We used to stay in Mal Pais but always found ourselves driving via ATV to Playa Hermosa daily, so we decided to stay where we spent most of our time. On this trip, we brought our two boys (10 and 6), our close friends, and their girls (12 and 8). It was their first time in Costa Rica, and we wanted it to be memorable. Jason, our host, was fantastic, coordinating with us multiple times before our trip to ensure we had everything we needed. We arrived at Casa Nalu after dark & were welcomed by the caretakers, Walter & Ana. The house is stunning, with every detail carefully considered. The pool was perfect for the kids, and the lush property was just as impressive as the interior. The security is top-notch; the property is fenced, and tall native grasses provide privacy as if you're in your little compound. Casa Nalu was the ideal home base, with the beach nearby, Super Hermosa for groceries, and TP8 for amazing pizza!
