We had a lovely stay here - the home is very nice, and at a great location, the garden and views were perfect. The host gave helpful clear instructions, we had no issues with parking, and made use of the recommendation of restaurants from the host. The main road noise did not bother us at all. I would highly recommend.

This is the second time I have stayed at Michael Paul's home, a very homely feel.. Always available if you need to contact, a welcome pack on our arrival. A nice outdoor space to chill in. we will be back again. many thanks again Michael.

We had a great stay at The Little House on the Hill. The House is comfortable, clean and perfectly positioned for exploring Brighton on foot. There are good local supermarkets and plenty of places to eat out or get take-away meals. Hanover Terrace is quiet at night, with only birdsong to waken you in the mornings! Highly recommend this place, we would love to come back!

The barn was beautiful, we had such a lovely stay. The decor was stunning and there was lots of special touches that made our stay more comfortable. Michelle was very good at communicating with us and the main owner of the barn met us on out first day and gave us lots of useful information regarding the barn the sites and walks around the area. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

Super host with a gorgeous home. Very proactive and helpful. Would definitely check if it was available before booking anywhere else for our next visit. Lovely peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle but only a short bus journey to/from the town centre. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay. Beautiful house, clean, bright and airy. Beds were comfortable and bedding was clean and fresh. 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms (both with great showers/water pressure) didn’t have time for a bath, but that looked very inviting. Had small issue with hot tub which Ivana sorted immediately. Could not wish for anything better. Coffee shop opposite, fish and chip shop and amazing pub within 100 yards so great location. Can’t wait to return :)

A great place to stay. It is exactly as it looks in the photos and is lovely. Great location with a lot going on locally. Quiet and delightful street with friendly neighbours. Jan was helpful whenever needed. Highly recommended.

Firstly, June was a good egg! Lovely lady and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. She was always there if we had any questions or needed anything. The flat was literally perfect for a couple of nights away. Clean, everything was new. The whole place was comfortable, bright and airy with an amazing little roof terrace to sit out on and have a morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. Loads of lovely little bars, cafes, shops, etc. within a stones throw and the beach is across the road. Its our first time in Brighton for 15 years or more and we were blown away by how nice the place is. Great shops, bars were all heaving, amazing vibe, great crowd. Honestly, the whole weekend was just what the Doctor ordered and we will be back. P.s, the bed was so comfy too!!!

Great place, very functionnal. Back garden cosy, kitchen very well equiped, rooms are confortable. From walking distance to groceries, restaurants & pubs. Center is 15 minutes walking. Host is very delicate and will provide all you need to know. We were staying as a family (2 adults and 2 kids) -> we recommand this place :)

We had a great stay at the Garden flat. It had everything we needed and was a great location for local cafes/restaurants and the beach. Parking was easy too. Jane was a great host who was very helpful. She also replied to messages very quickly. We would definitely recommend the flat and would love to come back.

It was my second time of staying here while working during Brighton Fringe for a month, and it's a great apartment located close to everything in central Brighton with everything you need for a long stay. Everything was made easy by host Olivia, easy check in and departure with lock box and there was everything avaialable in the apartent you need. The roof terrace is a great bonus in the sun, which for this May actually appeared quite a lot for a change!! :)

We had a great couple of days staying here. The apartment was exactly as descibed and well situated to easily travel to Brighton and Worthing. A great find!

Staying with a 1 year old and my wife we really enjoyed our trip. The apartment was in a perfect location, a nice quiet part of Hove with easy transport links to get to Brighton and also Gatwick Airport. Some nice bars and restaurants on the doorstep in addition to a very handy Tesco. The setup in the flat was ideal for staying with a young child. The second bedroom had a travel cot set up in it upon our request. There was also a high chair, a bath, dishwasher and a washing machine. Open plan kitchen/ lounge area ideal for relaxing in the evening and also a nice outside area that was just a bit too cold to be used on our trip but would be perfect in warmer weather. Would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful, clean and elegant apartment. Ideal location next to the beach.

Desmond's place was great for our one night stay - we were 3 adults. Felt right at home straight away - loved the beautiful plants all around the place and the small garden was a real bonus for an evening drink and breakfast. Parking permit permit was also a great bonus and we were easily able to get a spot right outside. Pleasant 20 minute walk down to the beach and into town - and also very close to Seven Dials which has some fab bakeries and cafes. Desmond was really proactive and ensured it was super easy for us to find the place, with very clear instructions on how to access the flat entrance and sort out the parking. would definitely recommend

Charming and comfortable flat. Beautifully decorated with lots of thoughtful touches. Possibly not great if you are sensitive to fragrance as diffusers very much present. Gorgeous stay with an attentive detail orientated host

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. The views out over Brighton/Hove and the sea from the lounge, bedroom and kitchen are just stunning. The apartment itself is very well equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. Clear and detailed instructions for how to access the apartment and loads of recommendations for places to visit, eat and drink. Fantastic communication right from booking and James even messaged on our first morning to check everything was OK. Brilliant from start to finish. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying at Bloomsbury place. We felt it was in a great location, and was just the right size for the 3 of us (2 adults and a small dog). The place was pristine and the welcome goodies made us feel right at home. We had never been to Brighton before and feel like we’d love to come again every chance we get. We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t fault the accommodation. Everything was new. We had our dog with us and wanted to use the green space in the parks opposite but a council run music and arts festival had taken them over so this was unexpected and a little inconvenient. The location of the apartment was excellent, with the Royal Pavilion, the sea front and the Lanes being very close on foot. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.
