Monthly Rentals in Sajeong-dong

Right in the centre of all the activities in Gyeongju, but away from the hustle and bustle. Perfect spot to rest. We rented bikes to ride around the area, and easily stopped by a few times for toilet breaks or to drop off our shopping. The owner was very kind as we were not familiar with the appliances and I had to ask her a few times. She replied so quickly. It was a rather warm day when we arrived and she quickly accommodated our request to switch on the air conditioning. Really appreciated the time we had here. :)

Wonderful stay! The unit contains one bedrooms with two full sized mattresses and the third mattress is in a nook next to the kitchen (that part of the house can be closed off to the living space with two sliding doors). There are also one and a half bathrooms. Location is quick walk to a bus stop and right across a small river from a beautiful park (recommend spending 30 minutes in there—admittance is only about 2,000 won and it’s very quiet and peaceful). The unit also had juices and basic snacks for us, which was a wonderful touch. Cheers to the hosts!

We absolutely loved our time at Owon Stay, the place is beautiful, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a stone hot tub and fire pit. The rice balls and tea/coffee left for breakfast were delicious and a really nice touch! We wished we could have stayed longer, Thanks again

Wow wow wow!!! I recommend this accommodation to everyone, genuinely one of the best accommodations I've ever been to. I know it's slightly more expensive than the other accommodations offered in Gyeongju, but this is sooo worth it! It is a super cute hanok, enoooorm clean, sleeps super comfortable and is at a perfect distance for everything (bus stop 3 min walk, lots of restaurants, luggage storage, etc.). The host was also extremely helpful and always responded very quickly!
