Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Pleasant stay at Catherine's home. Very good points: -> It is over-equipped compared to what I have seen in other Airbnbs. -> Written recommendations save valuable time and are written in 3 languages: French, English and Spanish. Perfect for an international clientele. I would like to draw your attention to 2 points: 1- Although it is noted in the listing (paragraph "Not included"), there is no Wi-Fi in the apartment which requires you to use your phone connection for Internet access. 2- The apartment is impeccably clean with many recommendations because cleaning is not included in the service. On the day of departure, remember to reserve enough time to make it as "clean" as the day of your arrival.

The accommodation was as described and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. I enjoyed the view of the Erdre and the private parking space which are a real plus for an apartment in town. Recommended! Cécile is welcoming, friendly and accommodating! Small downsides: the elevator button to go to the basement was broken which involved going around the outside to go to the garage and the soundproofing is not terrible especially in the living room.

Excellent personalized hospitality, Francine is considerate and very welcoming. A beautiful place, facing Lake Vioreau. We were able to eat on the terrace facing the lake at noon, it was really great. Quiet, it was perfect. We will definitely be back next year if a new stage of the Coupe de France open water race takes place on Lake Vioreau.
