Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Recent accommodation in perfect condition, close to Paris. Very well-equipped, very peaceful private outdoor space. I recommend it.

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

Perfect stay! Great proximity to the train station if you want to go into Paris but the local area is so nice we spent most of our time there. Beautifully appointed house that stayed a reasonable temperature even though we were in a heat wave. Fantastic communication before, during and after...Fred is a wonderful host. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Very responsive host, friendly, helpful and quick replies. The accommodation was fantastic, great safe and quiet location. Perfect for us after a long day sightseeing. Easy directions to find place and instructions how to enter. On the metro to the centre took about 40 minutes but was ideal to be out of the bustle after a long day. Area felt safe and surrounding properties well cared for. Supermarket couple of minutes walk away and an amazing patisserie around the corner. Wish we had more time to explore that area of Paris but will be returning for a longer stay next time. Thank you for an amazing stay.

We had a wonderful family gathering enjoying the great facilities and beautiful location with straightforward access into central Paris when required.

This is a very nice and cozy house, if you see the same photos, the lighting and ventilation are great, Eleonore is a very kind host, who will kindly remind us that if the room is too hot, we can open the window and ventilate in advance (because the temperature just rose to 29 degrees when we went) And it also provides an electric fan and hair dryer. My husband and I had a great stay here❤️

Excellent accommodation, refurbished or extremely well maintained and clean. The bedding is quality. You have enough to cook. You have all the necessary equipment, however there is no ironing to do. This can be very useful, especially when traveling for work. But otherwise it's really great value for money.

Very nice apartment, in "its juice" but nothing alarming. The price is also very nice. When you're in Paris, you want to spend as much time outside as possible… quiet street and very quiet building. Thank you Paul for hosting us

Marc was an excellent host and extremely responsive with any questions or concerns we had during our stay. The apartment was clean and had all listed amenities. Close to metro station and supermarkets, as well as pharmacy. Only downside is that the walls are apparently thin, although we did not hear others .We had issue with another resident complaining when we made even the smallest amount of noise, so maybe not the best spot if you are bringing children... Would recommend this as a place to stay for others though !!

I came to Nogent sur Marne for a wedding. It was great to be able to walk everywhere. What was even better was how quick it was to get into Paris on the RER. The train is a short 10 minute walk and in 15 minutes you’re in Paris. The next town over, Vincennes, is delightful also. The apartment was as described and very comfortable. It was also in an area that I felt very safe. I highly recommend a stay here even if you’re spending time in Paris. It’s nice to have a peaceful place to rest.

The stay was great! The place is very quiet, ideal for resting after a full day. The host was super attentive and gave us very clear instructions, which made our arrival a lot easier — we found the place quickly and without complications. The subway station is very close, which helped a lot in getting around the city. I recommend it!

I went to Maisons-Alfort for a business travel and chose this apartment mostly on location - it is very close to metro (Maisons-Alfort Stade) and buses, and just 15 mins walking from RER (Maisons-Alfort - Alfortville). Street parking for cars is available on all neighboring streets. The apartment is located on 5th floor of a residential building without elevator - be prepared to walk the stairs. Check-in was done using numeric code + lockbox, I had no troubles finding the place and getting into the apartment even at 11pm. The apartment had everything I needed for a short stay - comfortable bedroom, clean towels, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, knives, plates, ...). I would not hesitate to book this apartment again.

My second stay at Cecilia’s place was great! Both she and her husband (Simon) were great hosts. The place was lovely and neat as usual. I’ll always consider staying at their place whenever I visit Paris!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Sanaa was such a lovely host. The apartment was very nice and comfortable just as expected from the pictures. Sanaa had great communication which made me and my sister feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for something cosy and modern you’re in the right place!

Like last time, everything was perfect!

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!
