We had a wonderful time at Andy's cottage! It was compact but had everything we needed, and the location was perfect for walking to all of Hastings' main attractions. A delightful beach cabin experience. I booked this beautiful home for a recent girls trip. Sofia allowed us to get access early as several of us had come on overnight flights. The home is easily locatable and perfectly situated. We spent four nights, enjoying long dinners at the dining room table, sitting on the back deck, enjoying the stunning view and sleeping peacefully in the lovely bedroom. Sofia was responsive throughout our visit, and even let us check out a little bit later than planned so we could further enjoy the beach. note that this is a very low tide beach. If you’re hoping to swim, you will likely need to go to another part of the beach. The water is ankle deep goes out at that level for a very long way. The kitchen is very well appointed, the beds are super comfortable. I am a stickler for having decent hot water for a nice bath, and that was not a problem at all. Thank you so much to Sofia and her partner. We look forward ved every minute.

Really great stay for a large group, wirh fantastic sized bedrooms all round, plenty of space for everyone and lovely outdoor space for good weather!

We had a lovely few days away. The house was clean and tidy and perfect for what we needed. Our 3 year old son especially liked the whale on his bedroom wall! We managed to leave an item and Steve and Diane are happy to send it back to us. All in all a positive experience. Thank you!

Lucy was super friendly and responsive to our messages, even giving us recommendations for local dog walks to help tire out our energetic golden retriever. The downstairs living area and 2 main bedrooms were really spacious, comfortable and well equipped with kitchen equipment, towels, toiletries etc. Plus a fantastic walk in shower en-suite and outside areas to relax in too. All in all a great stay!

We had a great stay at Robert’s place. It was comfortable, well equipped with lots of space for all 8 of us. Whitstable was just a short walk away with all its shops, pubs and restaurants.

My friends and I had a great stay! The place had everything we needed, the beds were really comfortable, and the hot tub was a perfect touch that made our trip even more special. The host was friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in Rye. Incredibly central location right by the church. Loads of things to do and good restaurants nearby. Would come back!

The flat is perfect for a stay for one or two people for a short break in Rochester. It's is easily walkable to and from the station and easy to find. It was peaceful but near the centre, the castle, cathedral and river with an incredible number or eateries nearby. The instructions for getting in were clear with no problems and the key box easy to use. (I have fought with a couple in the past!) The flat itself was spotless with all the amenities you need. There was plenty of kitchen equipment and Linda left milk, tea and coffee. My only note of caution, was it was up 3 flights of stairs which was easy to manage but I did have to take my bags (I don't travel light so had two ) one at a time. I would highly recommend this most comfortable flat if staying in Rochester

My first time down romney sands with my girlfriend. We both loved the location of shingle bay 11 and it was really peaceful location of the hoilday park. Julie was an execellent host and couldnt fault her. She and scott came out to sort out the tv in the bedroom for us. Im defo going to book shingle bay 11 in the future hoilday. Also you looking for a peaceful hoilday shingle bay 11 is the place for you.

We had an amazing time staying here. The hosts were amazing, friendly, welcoming and very helpful. They sent us clear instructions for our stay and local shops and restaurants immediately following booking. Everything in the accommodation matched the description and photos, and was a lovely place to stay. The price was extremely good considering everything provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook in future

Lovely place. The pictures under play the sea views. Location is excellent 2 minutes from sea and 5 minutes walk from town.

Le gîte d' Emmanuelle est une vrai petite pépite. Il est spacieux et décoré avec goût. Tout à été conçu pour que vous passiez d'excellents moments. Il dispose de deux chambres au rez-de-chaussée offrant tout le confort aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Les jeunes ont adoré la salle de jeux et le kicker. Le jardin est magnifique. Geneviève qui s'occupe de l'accueil est très sympathique et nous a prodigué de précieux conseils pour notre séjour. Bref, je ne peux que recommander vivement ce gîte.

Alles was perfect. Wij hadden met de familie een topweekend in dit verblijf. Prachtig huis op een toplocatie met zeer vriendelijke verhuurders. Alles is tot in de puntjes geregeld. Wij komen zeker terug!

Zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad. Het huisje was heel proper en zeer mooi ingericht. Op wandelafstand van het strand en dijk. Rustige omgeving met dichtbij een supermarkt.
