Great place, very close to high street and very easy to get to. Nice pub nearby and lovely town overall. Tim was really helpful and responsive too. Would stay again!

Exceeded our expectations despite being beautifully presented. They bought us a bottle of champagne for our birthday and were extremely flexible and accommodating. Loved our stay thank you Marta and team.

Great few days at Camber Cottages. The decor is as the photos suggest, very much in the ‘shabby chic’ beach cabin style. The courtyard at the back is sweet and the living space easy with large groups. The beds were comfy & linen lovely and clean and fresh. The outdoor furniture could have been more comfortable and perhaps a few more seats useful for larger groups. The armchair in the front window a bit worse for wear. Camber sands beach is literally a 5 minute walk over the dunes which made it really easy with kids. Rye is charming & we had a great visit to local vineyard Tillingham.

What a beautiful place to stay. We sunbathed, played games on the beach and chilled out on the verandah all weekend - it was perfect for a group of friends! When booking, we hadn’t realised there was no road access to the house (our oversight!!), so this is worth bearing in mind. You will need to carry bags etc across the beach or sand dunes to get to the house. The house is evidently a much loved family home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in an absolutely beautiful location.

We had a fantastic few days here. A 5 minute walk, through the development, across the road, over the dunes and on the beach - easy with beach stuff, a dog, 6 and 9 year olds in tow! House was clean, plenty of space and outside area was perfect for a BBQ and marshmallow toasting on the firepit. TV had sky and all the channels! Great amenities - thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had a lovely few days away. The house was clean and tidy and perfect for what we needed. Our 3 year old son especially liked the whale on his bedroom wall! We managed to leave an item and Steve and Diane are happy to send it back to us. All in all a positive experience. Thank you!

A lovely, well equipped home in a little English village. Park, pub, butcher and corner store all a short walk away. There were 8 of us - 4 adults and 4 children (ages 2, 5, 7 & 10). Lots of space including a very well equipped kitchen and a table that sat all 8 of us. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at Sarah’s place. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and located in a peaceful area. Communication was easy and prompt throughout. Sarah was a great host ,welcoming and helpful without being intrusive. Would definitely recommend her place to anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful stay at the house, all the children loved it and the various higgledy piggledy stairs and rooms made it extra exciting for them running around. The tennis courts were used a lot and we spent many hours playing in the garden - it’s enormous! The pool was good, and the sauna was perfect for warming up afterwards! The whole house was clean, felt very homey and had everything we needed - Overall a brilliant holiday - thank you very much Sophie and the team!

Absolutely Outstanding Stay – A Real Home Away From Home! From the moment we stepped into the caravan, we were blown away by how luxurious and well-appointed it was. Everything felt top-notch – modern, stylish, and immaculately maintained. It was incredibly comfortable, and every detail had been thoughtfully considered to make our stay perfect. Highlights: • Multiple USB chargers for our devices – so convenient! • Excellent water pressure in the big, luxurious showers • Exceptionally comfy beds with extra toasty blankets for cooler evenings • Spotlessly clean throughout – not a single spider in sight (a huge win for me!) • Tea and coffee waiting for us on arrival – such a thoughtful touch • Super fast and reliable WiFi • Smart TV, a great selection of books – perfect for relaxing evenings • Well-stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils, plates, dish soap, and sponge • Very private – not overlooked by neighbours at all • Swimming pool nearby. We loved it!

We spent a lovely week at Alison's farm. Beautiful location near charming Ticehurst and Wadhurst (both have good Pubs), incredible views across open countryside and hills from the heated outdoor pool, which our daughter loved. Slides, swings and a trampoline bonus points with kids. Alison was friendly and helpful. The Shed itself is warm and comfortable, kitchen is kitted out for basic meals, and the two ensuite bathrooms are super spacious and have good showers with hot water plus bathtubs. There is so much to do in the area from beautiful walks, tastings at vineyards, to cyclyng in Bedgbury, boating in Bewl Water and seaside beauties Rye and Camber in the vicinity.

We loved our stay in this immaculately converted barn. It is huge, plenty space inside for when it was raining. The pond and the jacuzzi were a real treat, and the games room was used by everybody. We loved our barbecues outside, overlooking the valley, listening to the chickens. And we couldn't believe we had breakfast with still-warm-from-just-having-been-laid eggs! We would have loved a dryer or a bigger outside drying rack for all our wet stuff, as we had a toddler with us, but that didn't spoil our fun. We will recommend this beautiful place to our friends!

We had a wonderful time staying in Shirley’s caravan. The holiday park is well-maintained, and it was quiet and relaxing throughout our stay. Everything matched the description perfectly. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, and conditioner. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a great selection of books and board games—perfect for quality family time. One of the best parts was the location: the beach is just a short walk away. Overall, it was a lovely and stress-free getaway. p.s. We had a great stay at this property for a working trip. Jamie was great in responding before booking regarding Internet speeds, as we needed speedy internet (it was perfect by the way). Location and the property couldn't have been more ideal. Lovely space and highly recommended.

We came as a group of 4 and a dog. The house is beautiful and contains everything you need. The kitchen is great with all the items you need. The living/dinning room works very well and with the bifold doors just adds an extra touch during the summer time. The bedrooms are also great with very comfortable beds. The showers are good. The house was very clean without any problems to share. We would for sure book again if we decided to explore this part of the country. Thank you

This "cottage" is actually bigger than my home! Very spacious and comfortable house, recently decorated, and with quality toiletries and bed linen. The towels were soft, and the beds were comfy. We were extremely comfortable here.

We wanted to share how much we enjoyed our recent stay at ​this wonderful cottage. Absolutely gorgeous – the open-plan design and comfortable furnishings were perfect for catching up with friends. We were impressed with how well-equipped the cottage was. From the thoughtful selection of games and books to the​ well-stocked kitchen​, all appliances and utensils you could want and the lovely welcome basket of local treats, we appreciated every detail. The location was great. Being able to walk directly onto the beach from the pretty back garden was stunning, we had great weather, which allowed us to fully relax on the beach and enjoy morning runs. We had a delightful lunch at the Royal Oak, which was within walking distance (the steep hills were a bit of a workout!). ​Mark and Leanne were great hosts, always very quick to reply and sent local info before we arrived. Would 100% love to go back with my family this time (and soon!). Thanks very much for a great stay!

We’ve just got back from the most wonderful weekend at Winchelsea Beach, Anne Rebecca’s Airbnb is perfect for a quiet break, right next to the sea. I have been visiting Winchelsea for over 50 years and I think this was one of my most favourite stays. The location is amazing, quiet and pretty the accommodation faultless and well maintained and great provisions inside and out host was lovely. Thank you Anne Rebecca, we loved it and will most definitely be back.

I stayed at Mary's studio with my 4 year old daughter. Mary went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. For my daughter she had books and toys laid out, a kids bathrobe and slippers and after a day at the beach we returned to find a sand and water play table set up in the garden. The studio is just lovely and cosy, we had everything we needed including plenty of extra special touches.

We had a brilliant stay here. Matt & Jessica were very proactive with their communication, the house was very comfortable and spotless, and the walking distance to the beach made this a perfect find!
