Monthly Rentals in Saint Kilda East

Michelle was lovely. Always responded very quickly, happy to answer all my questions and was open to accommodating my stay with flexibility to cater to my circumstances. She made my move from Sydney much easier. Additionally, the apt is equipped with eveything you need to be comfy with extras to help you make the most of Melbourne. If you’re in the area or happy for a small commute give the St Kilda East apt a try!

Des’ place was perfect, close to public transport and easy to find. The home was spotlessly clean and really well appointed. Des was super responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely return to Des’ home in future visits to Melbourne.

Not a fancy place but a great location. Easy grocery shopping and trams were close. The bed was hard, which I liked. The kitchen was equipped with what you’d need for a month long stay. Overall good value for funds paid.

The great place was very quiet. It had a very nice patio that looks like a small rooftop terrace. Nice clean surroundings of the place, very close to where I needed to be each day which was Albert Park. so provided every tick on the box. The only one thing that was a little difficult was the car space, which is not for a large 4x4 which we had, but there is plenty of space on the road leading into the apartments, so really wasn't an issue in the end. if you have a normal size car it's fine, it's just a bit of a squeeze with larger ones.. but overall a lovely clean place that was enjoyable to come back to after a full day out.
