Condo vacation rentals in Saint John

This was our 2nd time staying in St John. This visit we brought our 6 & 4 year old with us! Stacey’s unit was everything we needed! The front desk concierge were so friendly. We actually arrived before check in and used their bathroom so we could immediately go to the beach. They offered to hold our luggage but we just kept it in our jeep rental until check in! We jumped in the pool every day, walked to dinner and ice cream every night. Her unit has a great parking spot right by the pool and elevator. Her locker of beach gear was useful for Long Beach days. The unit itself was so clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make breakfasts and lunches. The washer and dryer in the unit worked great. The beach cooler and beach towels were an added bonus for our stay! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to travel to St. John! Thank you Stacey for sharing your slice of paradise with us!

Great condo. Great host. We love Cowpet and being close to Red Hook. Condo was clean and inviting. Sherri was helpful during booking and during our stay. We will be back.

This condo was delightful-just as advertised. It was clean, bright, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed the large patio with views of the bay. The condo community was quiet and well maintained. Overall very enjoyable stay!

Fabio was an excellent host! The condo matched the listing and was perfect for walking out to the beach or over to the bar and restaurant. Looking forward to another trip!

Pineapple Village 3715 was the perfect island escape! This beautifully updated 3-bedroom condo had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun-filled stay in St. Thomas. The pool was literally steps from our door, making it easy to cool off or sip a cocktail by the water. The location inside Margaritaville was unbeatable—close to Coki Beach, Coral World, and just a quick drive to Red Hook for dining and ferries. The condo itself was modern, clean, and super spacious, with all the comforts of home, including a fully stocked kitchen and great AC. Meghan was a wonderful host offering personal touches and concierge services that made planning excursions and dinner reservations stress-free. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to come back!

The place was as advertised and had a great view of Bologo Bay and the beach below. We enjoyed an afternoon beverage watching the waves roll in! The beach going amenities were great, we used the cooler, beach chairs and a snorkel mask on our beach days. The kitchen was well stocked and worked for our meals; Food City was about a 10-minute drive towards Redhook. We thought the location suited us well, being in between Charlotte Amalie and the Redhook area allows visitors to get to those areas easily. And it was only about a 20-minute drive to Megans Bay/beach. The host offered extensive and clear instruction for entrance and when leaving and allowed us early check-in, which was nice. The grounds were well maintained and the pool refreshing.

Just stayed 5 nights in Amy's condo in Cowpet East. It was a great rental. The inside was clearly updated in a way that many other listings weren't. Two huge comfortable king size bedrooms, two clean stocked bathrooms. Kitchen with essentially everything you needed. Amy really goes above and beyond with communication -- she gives you a giant guidebook at the beginning and was able to respond via text or e-mail to every one of our questions. This is really valuable especially if it's your first time visiting the island. Condo had towels, chairs, snorkels, sunscreen -- it was so thoughtful. A huge benefit is how quickly you can get into Red Hook from there. A ton of great food options in Red Hook, including a grocery store. We were incredibly happy there, but I would note the only drawbacks were that you're a couple long steep flights of stairs from the Elysian beach. Elysian beach and resort are nice, but not show-stoppers. Amy's condo itself is the big draw.

Do not hesitate! Book Jonathan’s place! It was perfection! In an optimal location on the best part of the island! Smuggler’s Cove ended up being our favorite beach (and the best snorkeling!) and we felt very fortunate to have it so close. Walking distance to Long Bay’s bar and restaurant, which were beautiful and delicious. The views from the house cannot be beat! If we ever end up back on Tortola, we will absolutely stay here again!

I loved staying here! Private, peacefule, and a pool, short walk to the beach and restaurants. I would defintely stay again, can't wait to go back!

Anna was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend having a rental car because our taxi wanted to charge us more to drive up to the gate to get into the complex and it’s much easier than waiting for a taxi. Bring bug spray if you plan on sitting out on the balcony! Bring laundry detergent if you plan on using the washing machine. The condo was spotless and comfortable. Perfect for a couple night stay for two people! Views from the pool were picturesque!

We really enjoyed our stay! This resort is perfect, great location & great amenities at the resort. Ana was very responsive in any question we had prior to and during our stay. I highly recommend!

This home was well appointed and very comfortable for our family of six. We loved the convenience of being able to walk to restaurants and stores and felt very safe doing so. The kitchen was well stocked and they had plenty of beach accessories available too. Absolutely loved the view. It was stunning!

Beautiful location! A quiet, peaceful place close to Magen’s Bay, scenic drives, & local food spots. The best breakfast spot is conveniently located on the property. Views of the mountains and ocean. Easy check-in and great communication with the host. It was a great spot to be able to explore the north side of the island.

amazing location and condo! much more spacious than the photos show and fit me and my three friends perfectly. on site restaurants were amazing and very convenient. private beach was great, we spent a lot of time there! communication with brandon was very easy and we had a wonderful stay. Absolutely would stay again!

This place was amazing! So peaceful and serene, the beach is a 1 min walk from the from door, private with spectacular views and an absolutely perfectly oeaceful environment. The community was inviting and warm, everyone was genuinely happy that I was there and I felt like famiky with the way I was welcomed and recieved. The unit itself was perfect with a spectacular kitchen, AC, and private bedroom with ample sleeping for 4. This was a steal at the cost and would use this again if I returned. The pool was not working during my trip but it did not matter as the beach was so inviting. A car is needed to see different parts of the island but there are private picturesque beaches within walking distance. Sunrises and sunsets were astonishing and breathtaking from the bluff above the private beach, a short 10 min hike. The fire pit, was a great place to meet locals and have great conversations along with a family style BBQ to bring it all together really made this place feel like home.

Great Location! It took us a little bit of time to find the location. It’s right next to St. Thomas’s yacht club. Once we arrived and checked in, we were pleasantly surprised it looked just like the photos. Me and My Husband stood 30 days. This is the first time I stayed at an Airbnb. I am so thrilled we did. The convenience of having a kitchen, a washer and dryer the freedom to come and go as you please. Nathan’s project manager Brittany was wonderful and took care of any mishap that will occur. The beds were extremely comfortable. He had everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Thank you again so much, Nathan. We definitely will be back in the future. You can’t beat the Location . the restaurants and so many attractions are endless .

From beginning to end Shan was responsive and helpful. I text him when we left the airport and we were met by a gentleman who opened up the condo. The place was immaculate. Bathrooms very clean. A/C wall units were on and it was nice and cool when we got in. There is a cute porch with a table and 4 chairs outside. Not a great view of the water but peaceful surroundings. Would have loved a couple of lounge chairs but it didn’t really matter…we just brought out two more chairs and had bfast outside. We swam in the pool which was nice and clean also. Very happy with the accommodations and if we find ourselves in Tortola again I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out again.

We enjoyed the lovely views and the peaceful, welcoming neighbors. My only complaint was that the beds were really firm, which isn't my preferred kind of mattress.

We really enjoyed our stay at David's home. It was nice to have separate bedrooms and bathrooms and a kitchen. Very clean, spacious and a gorgeous view of the ocean. Relaxing on the balcony was the perfect ending to the days of adventure. Highly recommend this beautiful home

My partner and I thought this was the perfect balance of value and quality. We did not want to overpay for amenities we didn’t need, particularly on an island with so much to do…but we definitely had standards we expected regarding comfort, safety, scenic views, and a warm feeling of “home”. One of the many highlights was the balcony aligned perfectly with the sunset. We ate every home meal out there. I’d come back here if/when back on the Island. I’d highly recommend it.

Our stay was amazing!!! Carrie’s home was clean, beautiful, comfortable, serene and so much more. We would definitely stay there again. She has quality items in her home. From the decor right down to the kitchen utensils were quality. She has everything laid out to ensure you enjoy your stay in her beautiful home and on island. She was very responsive to our needs. She truly takes pride in making sure you have an enjoyable stay.

Matt is a great host. very responsive, place is clean and good Location. This was our 2nd time staying at Matt’s, definitely will be back.
