Great place to stay, so close to the Penzance station and bus station yet very private and quiet. The house was really spacious, and although there were only 2 of us we could easily have fitted in 2 more. Steven was very responsive when the Airbnb app failed to release the instructions for finding the property, and he checked in with us regularly to make sure all was well. I'd definitely stay here again, it had everything required for an easy holiday.

This place made for a great base and was good value; we were on a budget and it met all our needs. Beds were comfy and it never felt crowded with 7 of us staying. We could always get enough hot water and bedding and towels were clean. We never heard any noise outside or through walls. Sandra was very helpful and responsive and it was a lovely touch to arrive to milk, biscuits, tea and coffee.

A blissful retreat, with absolutely stunning views. The Bothy is cozy and well kitted out, and the hosts are incredibly thoughtful.

This house is in simply the best location for the town and beach. The house is home for home and the kitchen has every utensil you need and the bathroom is great. The courtyard is a lovely intro in the afternoon too. My only slight reservation: we are a family of 5 and I think the house is more suited to a family of four. The living areas and kitchen/diner feel smaller than the photos look.

Treat yourself to a stay here, but I warn you, you won’t want to leave! Gorgeous space, thoughtful details like yoga mats, towels and welcome basket. An incredible view with plenty of outdoor space to relax or bbq. Walk to the beaches and restaurants. It was perfect for our family and we absolutely loved our stay. Wonderful memories made!

We travelled down to Plymouth for my dad's funeral and hotel prices where crazy expensive. Saw The squirrels on here and it was perfect for 7 of us and out little dog. It was easy to get to with the sat nav. The house is absolutely beautiful and the garden too. definitely got some decor inspo. Would 100% recommend to anyone coming to Plymouth for a visit. We would definitely stay again for our next visit for a happier purpose. Thanks Daryl for being a great host.

Where to start! If you are looking for a fantastically located bolthole to escape to in West Cornwall then look no further. Situated up a steep residential street just above Mousehole, the views are quite simply stunning. We ate breakfast each morning on the balcony overlooking the harbour in the sunshine. The properties main feature is its view, however the rest of the property is well laid out. Largest room with the view is the living room but you will find a well equipped kitchen also with view, and a light and bright bedroom and bathroom space too with all you could need. The village is only a 2 minute steep walk away where you will find great restaurants and places to drink. This was a fantastic spot to enjoy all this part of Cornwall has to offer. We will hopefully be back!

We stayed for four nights and it’s was an amazing stay. The flat was comfortable and very clean with everything you needed. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to any message sent. Would definitely recommend this for families with children or just adults. Such amazing views , good parking , nearby beaches and shops. ❤️

We had the most wonderful two-night stay at this beautiful property! From the moment we stepped in, the space felt full of light, warmth, and joy—perfect for me and my three daughters. The house is spacious, giving all of us room to relax and unwind comfortably, and it's been thoughtfully set up to create a sense of ease and calm. Every room was bright and inviting, and there were so many lovely touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk or quick drive to the stunning Carolyn Bay Beach, where we spent time soaking in the sea air and making memories together. It was truly a restorative and joyful getaway for our little family, and we left feeling refreshed and grateful. Highly recommended—we’d return in a heartbeat! 🌊☀️

The apartment was just right for the three of us, clean and well-provided with all the facilities we needed and in a great location to explore St Ives. Being able to drive right up to the door to unload our car was a real bonus, and the information provided made essentials like parking and shopping very easy. Thanks!

Had an absolutely amazing holiday at honeybee. Chris was friendly when we met and was near if we required anything. I have a disabled son in a wheelchair and the ramp made it accessible and had no problems inside the property. Great base location to explore Cornwall. Thank you so much. Would definitely return.

Really lovely one bedroom flat felt homely, had everything there that you need. Mark was a great host and kept me up to date and informed on all things. I stayed for 3 nights and it was a great location to everything. Easy to get to and if you can get a space in the free car park the walk is literally less than a minute away. Mitch’s place was perfect for our 5 day stay in Penzance. The apartment is private with its own entrance and has a well equipped kitchen, a comfy bedroom and living room and even a glassed in porch that was very enjoyable. There is an outdoor patio that would be nice in the summer months. The shower is fantastic!! Mitch was super responsive and gave us great recommendations for some very cool pubs close to the apartment. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the train and bus station where you can get transportation to all around the area so we didn’t need a car. We’d stay here again for sure.

This accommodation is characterful, charming and comfortable. More spacious than anticipated, it is very well laid out. The location is fantastic with many options for walking. Overall, an exceptional and outstanding property.

Damien's place, at the centre of Penryn was perfect for my stay. The location provided a perfect base for me to attend the wedding I was there for and to explore the local area from. Damien was very responsive via messenger and was a courteous host. I'm definitely looking forward to visiting again.

Wonderful place in a really quiet and accessible location. We rented this space for my nan, and the host was super responsive and clear about the space for an older person (it was great for my nan!). She was also communicative with us during my nan's stay so we were informed, as well as being a great host and super friendly. Would highly recommend!

One of the best air b and b's I have ever stayed in. absolutely flawless. a wonderfully comfortable, beautifully clean, tranquil space. the facilities on offer are second to none. I lived here for 8 days and felt truly at home. I was very sad to leave such a wonderful apartment. excellent location close to all you could need. host was on hand at a moments notice and nothing was too much trouble. many thoughtful extras included to top off a fantastic stay.

Just back from an apartment in Newquay ‘ stunning sea view from Island View in Porth beach air b/b : Nigel was a great host throughout our stay ( only a telephone call away) Apartment was spotlee to a very high spec: Allocated parking space throughout stay : Beautiful walks along the coastline and never enough time to appreciate the areas beauty. Stayed here over the New Year period and it was perfect. Great location, the sea view was spectacular and the log burner was a great addition given the cold weather. Local pubs were so friendly and food was great. Will definitely return, thank you.
