Unpretentious older house about a 5 min drive into Cowes. Private access to beach. Wallabies and birds came up to the back fence for a feed. Possums ate our Easter eggs in the backyard on Easter Sunday morning egg hunt! We loved Richard’s house. It has a great vibe and plenty of space for three kids, five adults and our dog. Kids loved the table tennis. It was good to be away from the crowds in the Main Street. Beautiful walks along the beach which was so accessible. Richard and crew were great to communicate with.

Had a lovely stay — super welcoming and great hospitality. The place was nicely decorated with some cute little treats. The owner was really friendly and quick to respond. The place is clean overall, only small thing was I wasn’t totally sure if the linens had been changed after the last guest, but can’t say for sure.

Very clean and spacious place in the perfect location, right near the water and Bellarine coastal walking track. The sunrises and sunets here are magnificent and can be seen unobstructed right from the living area! The house has everything you need and a spacious front and back yard for the kids and dog to run around and play - perfect for a family getaway. Amy made us feel right at home with timely communication. Will definitely be back here and highly recommend this place for a peaceful weekend with the family.

We had a great stay at Simon’s. It catered for the whole family with kids and dogs. Great location directly opposite the beach, undercover bbq area and kids playground. Big fenced backyard for the dogs and play equipment to entertain the kids. There’s a studio detached from the house which was perfect for a guest with sensory sensitives when peace and quiet was needed. Highly recommended.

Marg was an absolutely amazing host. She gives you great recommendations of things to see and do the surrounding area. Instructions were very clear and her home is beautiful. Clean with everything you need. She is very responsive and very friendly. 10/10 experience.

We had the best stay at the Sandpiper House with Karen and Cameron as our hosts. Super tidy house with a great view and we were also spoiled with complimentary breakfast during our stay 😊 we had an easy check in with an even easier and simple check out. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Greg and Maree’s place was exactly what me and my friends were looking for. A good price being right by the beach and with a pool. Greg and Maree were so helpful and responsive and kind. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing weekend away.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

We booked this property with pool and spa in case the weather wasn’t great for beach. It turned out to be a perfect decision. The outside area was sheltered from wind and we were able to enjoy the pool and spa area and had a great weekend. House was thoughtfully styled and with all bedrooms suitable for adults, it was a really comfortable and relaxing house to spend enjoy a long weekend.

What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

Our stay in Blairgowrie was wonderful. The house exceeded our expectations with spacious rooms throughout and plenty of amenities and some great surprises that were not listed. It is a two minute walk to the beach and a five minute drive to either Blairgowrie and Sorrento shops, cafes and restaurants. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing catering to our large family and two little dogs. We highly recommend this beautiful property. Thank you Dave for such a memorable stay. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely week at Somers, walks on the beach, coffee at the general store. The house was lovely, and it was great to emerge from the backyard to the beach - quite some steps though. Pool was good for a quick dip and play. We enjoyed the view - sitting inside (storms) or drying off after a swim. Our doggie was welcomed with treats. Lots of lovely art and an admiral beachcombing collection makes you feel at home.

Thanks Fi for a fabulous stay! Your place had something special for everyone and was truly a well equipped ‘home away from home’. Our only regret is that we didn’t book longer! Hopefully we are lucky enough to return again one day for longer 😊 Thanks also for being an amazing host and for promptly answering all the questions I had too. You were such a pleasure to deal with. Castaway is a great stay. Cozy and clean. View is spectacular. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. Calm and quiet surrounding. Host is nice, friendly and flexible for our requirements.

This was our second stay here, and we’ll definitely be returning again. The house is clean, well-maintained, and beautifully presented. The location is ideal—just steps from the ocean, where the sound of the waves creates a truly relaxing atmosphere. The hosts are friendly, highly responsive, and communicate exceptionally well, making the experience even more enjoyable.

We have stayed in numerous airbnbs across Australia and overseas and this one would have to be one of the best ones we have ever stayed in. The unit had very tasteful decore, was very well equipped and was in a great position to explore this beautiful area. Our hosts were very responsive, told us local attractions and even had the unit heated for our arrival which was very much appreciated on a chilly day. We will definitely come back to explore more of this beautiful region and stay in this lovely apartment.

My family from NZ really enjoyed staying at the house. It was right on the beach and one block from where I live, so really convenient. Big house with lots of bedrooms. Air hockey and Xbox for kids. Danielle was very helpful and flexible with accommodating our group. Thanks

We loved our stay at the cottage! it looked even better than the photos, felt so cosy and was litteraly in front of the beach. Self check-in made the all experience easier, and value for price is great. We'll definitely be back

I loved Merelle’s stunning light filled and perfectly decorated mid century beach house and wish I could have stayed forever! It had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay from the well equipped and stocked kitchen to the comfortable chairs in the sitting room around the fireplace , canoes /kayaks and beach chairs , washing machine/dryer and old hills hoist and outdoor setting as well as a functional yard for our dog. She has incredible style from the beautiful linen to the retro furnishings and is very eco friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with, responsive and friendly and very generous with early check in and late check out without even having to ask. And the area has so much to offer / so much to see and do on the Peninsula all within a half hour drive. I will be back for sure! Thank you Merelle 😁

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.
